The place is located on top of the Şahinkaya Kanyonu and offers a spectacular view down the canyon.
If you want to reach the top, you'll probably need 4WD. I didn't try to drive the last 30m, which is the steepest part, but stayed a little before on a flat part of the road, with an amazing view, too. I've got 2WD and the differential lock helped. There's also the option to stay on a beautiful flat field right before the road passes the fence and the tricky part begins. You can get there with most vehicles and just enjoy hiking the rest to the top.
In the evening, someone came driving up to take pictures. And a group of three boys hiked to the top. At night, I was on my own.
Be aware there are only very limited options to turn once you've crossed the fence.
