A quiet Sunday night stopover no problems arrived at 21:30 and left at 08:00, no phone signal most of the night on giffgaff. Van well insulated and soundproofed so low traffic noise
Parking gratuit à côté de l'A55 dans une voie sans issue. Arrivé à 21 heures et la route principale avait un trafic de passage étrange. Avoir 2 bars sur O2 et non éclipsés par les arbres. Idéal pour commencer tôt pour visiter les chutes d'Aber à proximité.
Free parking next to A55 on a dead-end road. Arrived at 2100hrs and main road had the odd passing traffic. Have 2 bars on O2 and not overshadowed by trees. Ideal for an early start to visit the nearby Aber Falls.
Kostenloses Parken neben der A55 in einer Sackgasse. Kam um 21:00 Uhr an und auf der Hauptstraße herrschte gelegentlicher Durchgangsverkehr. Habe 2 Balken Sauerstoff und bin nicht von Bäumen beschattet. Ideal für einen frühen Start, um die nahegelegenen Aber Falls zu besuchen.

beckybear15/02/2026Stayed sat night and thinking Sunday. Beautiful area to explore. This road is hard to turn around in so be careful length or you be reversing out. Lots of dog walkers. Noise from A55 is quite loud here but I block it out. Wan not bothered by anyone and had some well needed rest from the oast week.
blettepoireaux17/12/2025slept one night in december. no issues. great to hike to the waterfall. toilets nearby, also filled my bottles in the toilets. you hear the road of course, i didn't mind
the_xtura_tourers12/11/2025A convenient free stop for Aber Falls which is well worth a visit. Toilets nearby. Cafe in village on walk back from the waterfall. There was a fair bit of traffic on and off all night on the A55
DirBli30/09/2025Gut für eine Übernachtung. Die Strasse direkt wird kaum befahren, Sackgasse. Aber direkt an der A55, die man hört. Nachts nur wenig Verkehr.

Decent place to stay the night. Very little passing traffic on the road you are staying on but there is a fair bit of road noise from the A55 on the other side of the bushes. Stayed parked for the day after to go walking to Aber Falls. All in all, it works well as a stop over and daytime parking.

Idéal pour visiter les cascades sans payer le parking. Bruyant en raison de la nationale juste derrière. Mais le village est tout mignon.
militia05/07/2025Very convenient off the main road. Avoid the £5 parking charge at the Aber falls carpark, if you're planning to walk up there. Obviously there's going to be road noise. Good place for a windy night.

Got here around 4pm went for a walk up to Aber falls got back to van around 7 so far only us and one more van here

Plenty of space, odd passing traffic, some noice from nearby motorway but very handy stopover

Free parking down dead end road, we didn’t stay as it’s just off main A road so too busy for our liking but is it only 15 minutes walk from main car park to visit Aber falls ( which is £5 parking ) so saved some pennies and got to walk through the little village. Toilets just round the corner open during the day, public so they can be hit or miss in cleanliness, and cafe down road seemed run down

Fab wee park up for one night. Dead end road you can hear traffic noise but it didn’t bother us. Close to aber falls. No bins so please take rubbish with you.

Mooie gratis parking, maar ik zou niet aanbevelen om er te slapen. Het verkeer maakte onophoudelijk veel lawaai. We sliepen er erg slecht. (Ook geen 4G verbinding)
