Small parking lot along a small beach called Red Strand. We arrived after 2100 and toilets were closed, open again by 9am.

It's a busy little spot, road in constant use. And you're right on it bar half a dozen parking spots with walls either end. However, beach is gorgeous and if u are there weekends the sauna should be there. Well worth booking & using sea. Toilets are basic & water tap to front. Lots of dog owners/locals, all very friendly .
Op 1 oktober 2025 hier 1 nacht doorgebracht. Toiletten gingen rond 19 uur dicht en weer vroeg in de ochtend open. In de avond en nacht weinig last van verkeer gehad. Bij het toilet gebouw staat een afbeelding dat er niet gekampeerd mag worden maar verder geen bord over overnachten verboden is. Aardige locals met honden op het strand. Wij hebben ook een hond en dat snel contact met andere mensen.
Stayed 2 nights. Beautiful place, quiet and felt safe here. Used the toilets at 8:30am so I think they may not have been locked during the night at all while there
Incredible view, lovely locals, felt safe as there were a few others parked up too. Toilets open until 9pm and again from 9am. Flat too!

This is without doubt a beautiful spot, although only suitable for small motorhomes and campervans. We were not level and it felt wrong to be here, so moved on.
We were a little worried about this spot as it is right on the road, but traffic was quiet and no one went past between 10pm and 8am. Beautiful little beach, bins, drinking water and toilets open all night whilst we were there. Please leave space for locals.
wunderschöner Platz direkt am Strand, welcher leider sicherlich nicht mehr lange für Womos zur Verfügung stehen wird, daher manche sich sogar auf Keile stellen und 3-4 PKW Plätze blockieren,obwohl es sich hier um einen öffentlichen Parkplatz (!!!!!!) handelt!
great park up, right by the edge of the beach. toilets were clean. stunning views and amazing night sky,we saw so many stars on our stay
Super Parkplatz für 1-2 Nächte. Netter Strand direkt daneben. Schöne Aussicht. Nachts kaum vorbeifahrende Autos.
I stayed here last night with the kids. so quiet and right on the beach. camp beside a quiet road. toilets open until after 21.00. and again first thing in the morning.
Great quiet spot for the night. Nearby toilets get locked overnight. Keep the place clean and you've got a lovely spot.
Beautiful spot alongside the beach. Nice walk up to Galley Head Lighthouse, quiet night.
Very good spot stayed with 2 other campers for 1 night.The beach beside us was stunning and very quite,highly reccomend this spot if you want to go swimming.
Perfect little park up! Stayed for one night with other campers. Very quiet and good signal. Free Toilets and water. As mentioned toilets are locked at night time. No bins. Beach front.
Nous y avons passer une nuit (le 17/04/2024) . Plutôt calme, belle plage, les toilettes sont fermées la nuit mais c'est très propre. Petit dérangement très très tôt le matin, on ne saura pas qui c’était ni pourquoi.
Very limited space and the water tap is a push button, not threaded so not able to connect hose. Beautiful beach though!
Few flat spots and some slopy ones, cons: along the road (quiet at night). Pro: lovely beach, plenty of locals and off leash dogs playing around. When I was there there was a mobile sauna too :)
Parking collé à la route au bord de la plage. Accès aux toilettes en journée et robinet d'eau à l'extérieur utilisable le jour et la nuit. L'endroit doit être sympa la plupart du temps car la plage est très jolie et l'accès eau/toilettes est très pratique. Mais, nous avons eu énormément de vent et de pluie durant la nuit et quand nous nous sommes réveillés le van était recouvert de sable collant.

No life guards so no restrictions on dogs!!! Huge beach. Good pub on the headland. Young teenagers came down from the caravan site. A little noisy but no real problem. A very pleasant nights sleep.

Enjoyed a quiet night by a lovely beach with two other vans in early May. Nothing else of interest around that we could see, but a great place to overnight.
Ooh - this was a great stop - quite busy with locals and a popular swimming spot!! It became quiet around 21:00 and we had a great night - woke to a sunny day and empty beach to walk the dog!! Nice quiet and pretty spot - room for 3/4 vans! Oh and by 09:30 the locals are back walking dogs and swimming!!
Mit dem Wohnmobil standen wir auf der Straße für eine Nacht, sehr ruhig ab und zu passiert ein Auto. Toller Strand.
il parcheggio si trova proprio sulla strada ma praticamente non passa mai nessuno. C'è la fontana ma è poco pratica per caricare il furgone. zona molto tranquilla
Très belle vue. Très peu de passage. Il y a une roulotte sauna installée devant les sanitaires mais nous ne l'avons pas testée. Il y avait du monde qui s'y présentait. Les toilettes ouvrent à 9h. Robinet extérieur. C'est propre.
We parked alongside the wall in the parking area. Lovely beach for exercising the dog and there’s a bin by the toilets for poo bags. Road was quiet at night.

Stayed here on 11th May ‘22. One word amazing! The spaces are on the road side. 3/4 vans at most would fit perpendicular to the beach, there is another area that would fit 4/5 cars, camper would take most of these spaces (would avoid). The beach was quiet, no road traffic. Toilets old but clean and checked in evening, closed over night. If you want to wake up to a private beach it’s spot on.

Il y'a de la place pour au moins 4 camping car, le parking est le long de la route et juste à côté de la mer.
A top tier overnight spot. Daytime toilets, a coffee shop and freshwater tap, alongside a stunning quiet beach view. Small bins in the toilet for those in need.

Peaceful night on our own. Parking still busy at 6pm , so best to arrive late. Parking is on side of road, but little traffic at night- room for several vans. Toilets open, and water tap. Nice spot for a swim, plenty of people surfing/bodyboarding.
