We were invited by the local mechanic to camp here on a Saturday and there were a lot of locals camping here as well. None of them were bothered that we were there and one of them even came up to us saying he had some bones for our dog. Some of them played some Turkish music, so it wasn’t silent before 23:00. We loved the atmosphere though, because there was a very nice vibe to it with all the small bonfires around. Fill a bag with thrash and take it with you, because there is quite some trash laying around.

After rain its muddy but alright. No problems. Some fishermen walking around. Calm and undisturbed. There is s tree with a little ring on it.

Loved this spot. Came at night and was welcomed by two cows chilling. Drove a bit further towards the lake. Very peaceful night, some fishermen came in the morning. A stray dog chilled around.

Zeer fijne, zeer rustige plek! Enkele schaduwplekken. Water is niet om in te zwemmen en stond vrij laag toen wij er waren. En er ligt, zoals bijna overal in Turkije, wat afval. Er komen wat locals om te vissen, naar hun boot die vlakbij ligt of om te picknicken/bbq'en. Hou bij regen links aan bij binnenkomst.

Campingplatz Mocamp am Meer, direkt an der Hauptstraße, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Idealer Ort für eine Pause vor der Ankunft in Istanbul. Nach dem Grenzübertritt hatten wir eine ruhige Nacht. Wenig Schatten und Spiele für Kinder. Saubere und komfortable Einrichtungen. Ein großes Plus ist der herzliche Empfang mit vielen guten Tipps für einen Besuch in Istanbul.
