Absolute stunner of a little place at this stop last night. Could easily fit 8/10 and clean toilets and bins on site and the beech is just fabulous and only £10 community charge to keep things open and bins collected must little stop if going to or leaving Mallaig

Stayed 1 night. Nice and quiet with clean bathrooms. Very comfortable and happy to find somewhere off the main road. I paid £10 for overnight and an extra bit in the morning for a sleep in and a walk along the beach. Carpark was not full overnight (October). Lovely of the community to look after this and allow overnight stays. Up the road in Mallaig it's hard to find anywhere so stay here!
We arrived on a Friday evening at 17:30 and were surprised to find some spaces still available. It's not a big car park but the beach here is very pretty and it was great to have the toilets open overnight. In the evening we walked about a mile along the road to Camusdarach beach to watch the sunset. Many thanks to the community for sharing this place with us.

Guter Platz für die Nacht. wir waren gegen 15 Uhr da und haben gewartet bis ein Auto Platz gemacht hat. Ab 17.30 Uhr war der Platz voll mit Wohnmobilen. Falls er voll ist einfach warten bis die Tagesbesucher einen Platz frei machen. Sonst ein gerader, fester Platz mit Toiletten. Schöner Strand und einige waren Anfang September noch schwimmen.
Super Platz mit direktem Meerzugang, Toiletten sauber. ABER: Leider wieder die typischen „Super-Camper“, die meinen nicht zahlen zu müssen. Nach uns kamen 5 Camper – nur EINER hat bezahlt! Leute, so geht das nicht. Wenn ihr diese Plätze weiterhin nutzen wollt, zeigt Respekt und zahlt euren Beitrag. Sonst wird es solche schönen Plätze bald nicht mehr geben.
this is a great little stop over. £10 for the night plenty spaces comfortably for up to 10-15 f parked well. 2 minute walk to a beautiful white sand beach perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, dog walks. clean toilets on site and waste bins. nice and quiet far enough from main road.
Good little spot if you can get in! Busy enough on a Friday evening in August as lots of people camp on the beach. Well worth the £10 with access to toilets 24/7 and the lovely beach
Uno dei pochi posti in cui ci si può fermare per la notte. Spiaggia bella a 50 m a piedi. Ci sono diversi posti.. Circa una decina condivisi con le auto. Non ci sono carico scarico o corrente, ci sono i bidoni immondizia. Attenzione si può sostare solo una notte e poi ritornare non prima di altre due.
Der Strand hat eine tolle Atmosphäre. Stellplatz ehrenamtlich betreut und gut in Ordnung. Übernachtung 10 £ für 24h.
Ampio parcheggio misto a pagamento in piano con possibilità di sosta notturna per i camper .Il parcheggio è recintato e le piazzole di sosta sono su terra. Posto veramente unico con toilette , bobine del pattume e spiaggia di sabbia bianca che si raggiunge con una semplice passeggiata di due minuti . Un ringraziamento all’amministrazione per aver preparato con tanta cura questo parcheggio .
Good parking place next to a stunning beach, 5 minutes from Mallaig ferry. There is a toilet which was okay and clean. We arrived at 19:00 and there were loads of places. Started to fill up around 20:30. Ticket machine was out of order but there was a QR code to scan (10£/night). No rubbish, grey or black water disposal here.
Super spot. Une très jolie plage à 100metres , on y a passé aprem midi ainsi que la nuit . Pour l instant c est très calme . Des toilettes sont présentes . L horodateur étant hors service , nous n’avons pas pu paye, donc gratuit jusqu’à à réparation de ce dernier ( vu avec le ranger du consil qui est passé voir )
Such a useful stop! You won't be alone but the toilets are open 24/7 and it's a 1 minute walk to a lovely beach, perfect for dogs and children. I stayed 2 nights, arrived around 17.00/18.00, any earlier and the day beach users are still there but any later and it will fill up x

Ein absolutes Highlight unserer Reise! Der weiße Sandstrand und die Schaukel erinnern an die Karibik! Die Toiletten wurde abends nochmal frisch gemacht und waren ok. Wir standen mit vielen anderen und hatten eine schöne und ruhige Nacht. Preis fanden wir angemessen.

Great Parkup, however get there early to avoid disappointment, there is room for around 20 vehicles £10 for 24hrs, people park their cars and camp over night on the beach which approximately 1 min walk away to a very white sandy beach. Highly recommend if you can get a spot. toilets are open with a 30p donation to help with the up keep.
Not too busy 3 vans at 6pm good for £10 no view but wonderful beach 1 minute walk away. Toilets better than expected probably one of the few spaces a MH able to stop along this section of coast. Community run they run the MH services in Mallaig as well.
Stayed for 1 night while waiting to catch the ferry to Skye the next day. Lovely quiet spot with beautiful beach next to the parking area. Toilets could do with some TLC but not complaining as very happy to have use of them. €10 for the night and sign says have to leave by 8am although I lingered a little longer. If there was a water tap I’d give it 4 stars.

Kamen an einem Samstagabend an und es waren noch ein paar Plätze frei. Ist ein toller, ruhiger Ort. Absolut empfehlenswert. Kosten sind aktuell immer noch 10 Pfund über Nacht.
Great little carpark for an overnight stay before catching the ferry over to skye and there is a beautiful beach just a short stroll away for our dog.added bonus having the toilet facilities here too.
Good spot near the beach, shame about the permanent caravan with a loud generator hooked up! Also no drinking water. But toilets clean and tidy!

Nette toiletten, ook mooie degelijke parkeerplek. Meerdere campers dus zeker geen privéspot, maar de keuze zo dicht bij Mallaig is niet heel groot dus prima uitwijkplek.

Lovely quiet small car park - the location, toilets and proximity to the beach are worth every penny of the £10 parking charge. The weather was idyllic when we stayed and we enjoyed sunset drinks and coffee in the morning down on the stunning silver sands. They needed to limit stays to one night otherwise you’d definitely stay longer!!
Waren am Bankholidaywochenende da und haben dort den letzten Platz bekommen! Guter Parkplatz für eine Nacht. Toiletten waren relativ sauber. Nur wenige Schritte zu einer schönen Bucht. Es war viel los, Jugendliche haben am Strand gefeiert, aber trotzdem war die Nacht ruhig.
Wir hatten Glück und haben einer der begehrten Plätze ergattert. Es sind 2 Minuten zum Strand. Wunderschön. Müllentsorgung und Toiletten sind vorhanden, falls jemand das benötigt. Gut für eine Nacht.
Super Parkplatz für 1 Nacht in einem Gebiet, in dem es schwer ist frei zu stehen, da es wenig Parkmöglichkeiten und viele Schilder gibt, auf denen ausdrücklich overnight camping verboten ist! Toller Strand und Bucht mit super Sonnenuntergang sind in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen, Toiletten sind in Ordnung, Mülleimer vorhanden, 10£/Nacht (wird am Automaten mit Kartenzahlung bezahlt)
Fantastic stop over we got there around 6.30 and there was only 2 spaces left little walk to a white sandy beach and the toilets are nice and clean £10 for parking for the night and please leave a donation for the upkeep off the toilets they Seem to be 24/7
We had a quiet night at this place. There is a beautiful beach directly behind the parking lot. Unfortunately no view. Very conveniently located for catching an early ferry from Mallaig.
Toilets are very clean, very close walk to the beach, peaceful and kept clean, can not return for 2 days, would definitely recommend ❤️
Fantastic stop over for the night. We stayed here for 1 night with our 2 children in our motorhome. £10 for the night pay at the machine. Beautiful beach a minute away from the van. We took a walk down there on the evening with a bottle of wine, and the children played on the swing ropes. We stayed Easter holidays, and we were the only ones there. Had the whole carpark and beach to ourselves.
Toilets that are by donation only this is a great idea to help with the local area, £10 a night via a payment machine and a bin for your rubbish. Very quiet location with good 4G signal via our onboard router. Only us and one other van stayed the night. No view to speak of but with a stunning beach such a short walk away this wasnt an issue for us. Another Great park up!!
Bit on the pricey side from experience for park ups at £10 but the beach is very close and the amenities were clean. Great location for getting the ferry for Mallaig in the morning.

Bargain price for an overnight stay considering the area - even without any services. Very nice but it is a busy little carpark. I thought 30p was a bit expensive just to use the toilet. WiFi is good but no TV

La plage est top, l'accès se fait par le parking. Arrivés à 18h nous avons réussi à trouver de la place mais après 19h le parking était totalement rempli. Le remplissage d'eau n'a pas pu se faire car le robinet ne fonctionnait pas. Les sanitaires étaient dans un état correct.

Lovely little car park right next to the beach with clean toilets. Was 13 vehicles last night but a was very quiet overnight. Beach is stunning, we will definitely be back. Only cost £10

No view and very busy, we were one of 10 motorhomes there. Short walk to a beautiful beach. Lots of dogs off lead which caused a bit of a ruckus a couple of times.

Stayed here for one night. Level car park with toilets and a lovely walk to the beach. There were quite a few other vans but very quiet and peaceful.
Le parking vient d'être refait à neuf, il est désormais très plat et les toilettes repeintes (on sent encore la peinture). Nous n'y avons pas passé la nuit, mais les camping-car sont autorisés pour la nuit. il y a de la place pour 8-10 vehicules.

Great wee space with toilets right next to you. My mazda bongo just JUST fits under the 2 meter height barrier. The barrier looked a bit wonky in places so ease in gently. no real view to speak of till you get to the beach, which is stunning.

This is just a car park with no restrictions on overnight stays but the beach that is a few minutes walk away is stunning and there are toilets in the car park which is a plus! (They were a bit dirty but it was a really busy weekend)

poor ground maintenance might be to keep away local boy racers as the potholes were reminise of the Somme. just drive carefully in and out of car park. 2 skip bins on site emptied by council. toilets clean for a popular site.
Unfortunately I didn't see the height restrictions mentioned in the description for our motorhome, my fault. One or two possible motorhome places by the road site. Probably only available off season. limited possibilities for motorhomes here in Mallaig.

Parked here Thur 6th Jan ‘22. No fuss at all; carpark and road completely quiet. As this car park is a little bit off the main road there’s no noise or light from passing cars. Toilets were closed as off-season, but not really a problem as public toilets (and showers) are only 5 minutes away in Mallaig. Car park is rather potholed though. Perfect spot to great the sunrise down on the silver sands.
Such a quiet and peaceful spot right next to the beach, we stayed at the start of October so can imagine it may be a bit busier high season. Actual car park has a 2m height barrier so we just parked in one of the few laybys next to the car park. Bins and recycling bins and toilets in the actual car park to use as well.
Stayed here overnight, flat car parkand plenty of space for maybe 8-10 vehicles. There is toilets but we never used them so can't comment. Only real downside is the 2m height barrier which restricts some people but not my vehicle and some big potholes on the way in.
Pleasantly surprised. This beach is the most beautiful I think I've ever seen!! Parking lot is not so picturesque but more than adequate for a night. Toilets are basic but at least there are some. We arrived around 4pm and there were plenty spaces. About 6/7pm a lot of people arrived to enjoy the evening. No problem. A few tents on the beach and afew people sleeping in vans/cars in the car park.

Small carpark with height barrier. Our converted van was too high so parked up in a lay-by outside the carpark- no issues. Free toilets but not the cleanest! They close overnight but not sure on times sorry. Beautiful beach with white sand!
This would be a 2.5 really. we have a pop top so we're able to get under the barrier. there are toilets although you might want to use your own. Not sure if it was because it was bank Holiday but the car park was full all night of people using the beach for a party with tents and fires. there was no trouble but they were a bit noisy all night
We stayed for one night in car park. Toilets good and quiet. Was disappointed to see people with fires on the "white sands" when the signs say not to as it is turning the white sand grey. Some people just don't care.
Guter Parkplatz für Fahrzeuge unter 2m Höhe. Zelten ist direkt am Strand möglich. Vom Parkplatz sind es ein paar Schritte abwärts zum tollen Strand. Die Toiletten waren die ganze Zeit geöffnet und waren soweit okay. Uns hat es gefallen.

Solution de repli lorsque tous les camping des environs sont full comme en ce début août. Toilettes correctes, plage magnifique de sable blanc.
