Le parking Ballyhoura Mountain Bike Centre est un point de départ idéal pour faire du VTT et de la randonnée. Il y a un magasin de vélos/location de vélos avec des opérateurs très sympathiques qui se feront un plaisir de vous aider si vous avez des questions. Vous pouvez également y acheter un café. Le parking est payant, vous payez lorsque vous arrivez. Il y a des douches (payantes) et des toilettes que vous pouvez utiliser. Il y a aussi une station de lavage de vélos pour les VTT. Sinon pas de services. Un endroit vraiment relaxant pour passer la journée - très calme.
The Ballyhoura Mountain Bike Center car park is a perfect starting point for mountain biking and hiking. There is a bike shop/bike rental with very nice operators who are happy to help if you have any questions. You can also buy a coffee there. The parking lot is chargeable, which you pay when you drive in. There are showers (for a fee) and toilets that you can use. There is also a bike wash station for mountain bikes. Otherwise no services. A really relaxing place to spend the day - very quiet.
Der Parkplatz des Ballyhoura Mountain Bike Centers ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt zum Mountainbiken und Wandern. Es gibt einen Bikeshop/Fahrradverleih mit sehr netten Betreibern, die einem bei Fragen gerne weiterhelfen. Außerdem kann man dort einen Kaffee kaufen. Der Parkplatz ist gebührenpflichtig, die man bei der Einfahrt bezahlt. Es gibt Duschen (gegen Gebühr) und Toiletten, die man nutzen kann. Auch eine Bike-Waschstation für Mountainbikes ist vorhanden. Ansonsten keine Dienstleistungen. Ein wirklich erholsamer Ort, um den Tag zu verbringen - sehr ruhig.

sprintingsnail29/10/2023Good spot but mainly for mtb, the no overnight sign is barely visible on the sliding gate. No other signage around so this place is day only.

Signs state no overnight camping. Wasted $5 going in then out. The comments and descriptions made it sound like a park for the night. Needs to be edited. I’m sure it’s lovely for a day visit.
SimonFa19/07/2023Lovely spot with hiking as well as biking trails. Be aware that the purple hiking trail has a sign saying no dogs about 1.5 miles from the start if you go clockwise. There is a sign at the entrance saying gate locked at 10pm, but if it was it was open again at 6:30am when I went for a hike.

absolutely loved it.. beutiful walks and bike tracks if you're into that. lots of free space to let my doggo run free..well worth paying €5.

lovely quiet spot. Showers and toilets open 24/7. very friendly staff. coffee available..... what more can I say!! :-))
