Great for a night. Lovely walk to the wildlife hide where we saw a deer and sea birds. £5 donated online which was handy. Midges are relentless after sundown. Don’t open the van door! I blame the dog..! Shower was ok for a quick fresh up. Amazing place for a few quid and we felt safe too. Two vans here last night. Thank you, NT Scotland!

Good for one night!

There maybe prettier places to be but it is a serviceable spot for me. When your windows are closed, it doesn’t matter so much. Toilet and shower a minute walks away. Good 4G. The midges are pretty active. I found it okay but the family in a rooftop tent next to me are obviously having issues. I can hear them trying to swat the little suckers. Pretty quiet. 3 vans her tonight

An sich kann man dort super stehen. Toilette & Dusche (hier wird um eine Spende von 2£ gebeten) sind nur 1-2 Gehminuten entfernt. Wir sind allerdings im Laufe des Abends geflohen, weil die Midges dort wirklich zu doll für uns wurden. Hier aber zur Info, dass wir in einem Campervan schlafen, ohne Klima etc. Die Midges sind allerdings durch mehrere Lagen Moskitonetz hindurchgeschlüpft.

Perfecto sitio para parar y hacer un reseteo. Duchas y baños con agua caliente, grifo para rellenar garrafas y zona para limpiar cosas de cocina. Muy recomendado, por favor hacer donación para que siga en funcionamiento. Nos vamos muy agradecidos.

Ottimo parcheggio vicino al campeggio dove ci sono bagni e docce che si possono utilizzare con donazione libera. Abbiamo passato una bella notte

parking propre et très calme malgré la proximité de la route. Paiement libre via un QR code. a proximité à pied d’un très beau spot/plage de gravier pour admirer coucher de soleil, des biglants en pâturage et des daims !

magnifique spot. toilettes et douches à disposition contre un don. ce parking est le départ de randonnées faciles avec des enfants. nous avons vu des Highlands cows.

Great spot. Amazing scenery around, surrounded by mountains but no real view from the van. Great toilets, showers and pot washing at campsite 2 mins walk away - basic but clean. Suggested £5 donation for a night.

this is brilliant, clean, looked after the site, and just add a donation at the toilet block. please don't soil this site by leaving rubbish around and partying you will ruin it for everyone the only thing is the postcode sends you to a house down the Rd. The campsite is next to the fire station

For a £5 donation with toilets and showers that were relatively clean, this was a good find! Deer park just a small walk down the path. It was us and about 4 other vans, so very quiet. Small tent campsite just up the road. Very good find!

It was great a great site to stop but for us it was a midgefest.

The trees calm any wind, so you will find yourself feeding the midges May-Sept

quelques places proches de la route mais c'est calme la nuit. a 50/100 mètres, des toilettes et douches gratuites sont a disposition (demande de don de 5£) le chemin pour aller se promener au bord du Loch pars du parking, en passant par la ferme des cerfs.

This is an excellent little overnight parking spot, well sheltered from the wind, and quiet overnighter. Toilet’s nearby served a purpose but could do with an overhaul. Advisable to get there sooner rather than later as there’s only parking for 8-10 vehicles, and currently a crashed vehicle across two or three spaces. Well worth a £5

The showers and toilet were a welcome stop for us. Great signal for internet & all round pleasant place. Only space for maybe 8-10 vehicles

Perfekt um eine Dusche zu genießen und das Geschirr zu spülen. Wir haben die Nacht dort nicht verbracht, uns aber sehr über den Platz gefreut. Spenden sind gerne erbeten. Danke!

Gerade Plätze, 5£ Donation erwünscht. Neben Hauptstraße, die nachts aber ruhig ist. Toilettenblock inkl. Dusche 50m entfernt (etwas älter und könnte sauberer sein). Wasserdruck Dusche sehr gering. 30min Spaziergang ausgeschildert und empfehlenswert. Schöner Strand und Ortskern inkl. Cafés. Hirsche und Highlandcows entlang des Weges, sehr idyllisch. Zeltplatz nebenan ist NICHT für Wohnmobile!

We stayed here a couple of nights ago, £5 donation- through card payment. Worth the £5 and very happy to pay this, a very peaceful nights sleep.

Great place for overnight stay. Overnight parking is allowed but they ask a £5 donation (which we were happy to make) you can make online or by text. 50meter walk to toilets and showers, also £2 donation. I think there´s room for about 12 vehicles but everyone is close together.

Fantastic place to overnight, toilets and showers within close walking distance. wind was howling and we were well protected. £5 donation required, well worth it. Nice and quite.

Platz sehr überlaufen, schon mittags voller grosser Wohnmobile. Ein Stern extra für die tolle Dusche! Am Eingang kann mit Kreditkarte gespendet werden - das ist sie auf alle Fälle wert!

Parking au bord de route 5 CC sur le parking serré comme des sardines mais nous sommes arrivés un peu tard pas trop exigeant

Good, free campsite for an overnight stay. No noise, so good night sleep.

Super endroit : plat, calme, l’accès aux douches chaudes et aux toilettes gratuitement est un luxe qui nous a surpris ! Il convient de faire un don pour un accès pareil !! Nous avons pu voir les cerfs en fin de journée c’était grandiose. Seul bémol : des nuages de midges dès la fin d’après midi jusqu’au matin.

Great spot! Very quiet when we were there. felt very safe throughout. pretty much in the middle of Torridon so great access to walking. Campsite toilets and water free from a short walk up the road and a local shop/Cafe a tad further. Bins at location please use! I noticed signs about human waste in the woods! Come on folks, use the free toilets let's look after the place and leave no trace!

Stayed overnight with no issues. Nice and quiet night being the only van in the carpark. Would recommend.

Toller Platz direkt neben einem Zeltplatz. Duschen und WCs am Zeltplatz kostenlos nutzbar. Mülleimer vorhanden. Mega Aussicht und nette kleine Wanderrunde beginnend am Stellplatz ausgeschildert. Spenden bei Stellplatznutzung erwünscht.

This is a brilliant spot, the views of the mountain are sensational. Showers are free and are electric and sooooo warm - look like a new instalment although only a shower curtain for privacy but no one there anyway. Bins are there too and a lovely walk to the loch via the deer park.

Stayed here for a night, felt very safe, quite a bit of traffic passing till late but got a good night sleep. Toilets and showers just round the corner, quite clean and usable. Bit awkward if you have a long van.

A welcome refuge from poor weather in other spots. Covered by trees and could hear deer right outside throughout the night. Didn’t use the nearby facilities. Relatively busy with campers, likely due to the weather, but plenty of space for us all. There was a notice up regarding human waste in the attached woodland - something to be wary of if you have dogs to walk. £5 donation to NTS requested.

Rien à redire ! Village accueillant dans un très beau site, wc/douches très bien entretenus. Calme malgré la proximité de la route. Peu de passage même au matin.

4* = Good. Quiet and spacious, near the toilet and hot shower block.

Parking du The national Trust nous avons fait une pause déjeuner. La rue et route passe à côté mais c’est assez calme.

Viele Midges, etwas abseits der Straße, nachts ruhig, ab 7:00 viel Verkehr. Schöner Spaziergang zum Loch Torridon, vorbei an einem Rotwild Gehege. Croft Markt am Donnerstag im Ort Torridon.

Midgies galore, a lot of traffic going past to an unknown area. Muddy and better places to see. It seems OK but undesirable

10/05/22 - Great flat spot moved here from a spot down the road as the river was swollen and there was heavy rain. There were quite a few other campervans there already but plenty of spaces. Flat quiet and the services around the corner were great!

Super fijne plek voor de camper. Op 2 minuten lopen een toilet en een heerlijke warme douche voor 3 pond( een donatie). Ideaal deze plek om te staan! We hebben ook 5 pond gedoneerd voor de camperplek.

Stumbled upon this lay-by. 4 other vans, very quiet, the odd vehicle passing but nothing too noisy. Toilet block 2min walk up the road with hot electric shower, drinking water tap, disabled toilet, 2 sinks for washing hands/brushing teeth and another for washing pots! Donations requested so make sure you pay. Walked to the shore & saw Colin the Stag & 8 others with babies!! Amazing find!!

Plenty of space and a bit of shelter on a very blustery night. Public toilets (with showers) only 2 minutes walk away (donations suggested). Red deer walking through the site at all hours.
