Parkplatz, der von Wanderern als Ausgangspunkt genutzt wird. Kostet 5 Pfund. Sackgasse. Keinerlei Service, dafür wunderschöne Plätze unter Bäumen am Bach. Zufahrtsstrassen sehr eng, mit unserem Jumper knapp. Nicht für grosse Wohnmobile geeignet.

We had a wonderful time, such a gorgeous site! Farmer came round and we told him we were staying another night, so he told us he would collect payment the following day but we missed him! Trying to get his details so we can pay him, any help would be greatly appreciated!
proper amazing view of the mountains right beside the river. chill owner charges £5 per person and you can have a campfire. signal was okay-ish. would defo come again.
Lovely site, came in about 2200 at night. Opened the gate and found a spot! Farmer came round at about 0830 for payment. £5 per person. Direct path up to Pen Y Fan. Ideal! :)
We spent the night here for NYE so we could get straight up Pen Y Fan on New Years Day.We were a bit concerned as our motorhome is in the larger side being 7m long and 3.1m high but we made it in. The approach roads can be a bit tetchy but if you’re a confident driver and good at reversing you’ll be fine.Great spot by the river with lots of ready made fire pits.Farmer takes payment in the morning.
Lovely place to stop for the night. No facilities or very good phone signal but reasonably flat ground and plenty of space available. Amazing views to wake up to and a beautiful river. Really nice guy comes round and collects £5 off you. We asked him for his number on a previous visit and called ahead to check availability this time. He’s such a nice man always stops for a chat. 4x4 welcome.
It's an awesome place. Been going here for years before van life and loved it every single time. Loads of fire pits, occasionally get 4g, no facilities, £10 per night, loads of walks including the beautiful Pen-y-Fan and a lovely river running through the whole area. The road to get here is very narrow so be mindful of that and can get muddy in rain.
Lovely little spot down quite a long lane off the main road. Sheep roam freely, enough space for vans and small motorhomes. Bring wellies when it’s damp! Gate areas get muddy. Kind bloke came by in the morning around 8/9am, give him a £5 and a smile.
Eigentlich ein wunderschöner Platz mitten in der Natur. Fühlt sich erstmal an wie ein Geheimtipp, aber ist bei den Locals wohl recht bekannt, viele Autos den ganzen Tag über. Die meisten waren gechillt, aber es gab auch ein paar Honks, die sinnlos über den Platz gecruist sind oder mit der lauten Musik aus ihrem SUV den ganzen Platz beschallt haben. Ansonsten super Ausgangspunkt für den Pen y Fan.

beautiful spot. It's not exactly private as it appears to be well known. excellent walks. we found some flat spots to park. £5 PP farmer will take card transaction. had 4g. no bins or other facilities. had a lovely time. great for dogs.
Great spot! Lovely night here. Friendly farmer came at 7:30 to collect. £5 per person. Some guys arrived late at night and played music and had their headlights on the whole time and left at midnight. Just bad timing I guess. Apart from that would 100% recommend.

Spot 5 *, la route est assez étroite mais une fois sur place pas mal de place et cadre sympa au bord de la rivière. L’agriculteur vient prélever 5£/p début de soirée. Nous sommes restés garés sur place le lendemain toute la journée pour faire la randonnée à Pen y Fan qui vaut vraiment le détour! Environ 3h aller-retour jusqu’à Pen y Fan et 600 m de D+ en évitant la foule du parking officiel !

LOVE - a total privilege to be allowed access to this stunning place. Idyllic. Walk up to the pool and swim, play in the river, have a fire, the most incredible night sky. PLEASE treat it with the respect it deserves and leave no trace.

Great place in Brecon, views and walks around are lovely! Farmer charges £5 per person. No facilities here. We have a camper van so not an issue for us. Excellent location though, very chilled and friendly campers!
Chemin en effet très étroit pour y accéder , mais avons réussi avec ducato 6.40m, nous avons eu de la chance de ne croiser personne car strictement impossible , juste la place d’un véhicule . Mais après 10 min à s enfoncer dans la campagne , nous y arrivons enfin et cela vaut vraiment le coup , quel lieu !! Bord de rivière , flanc de montagne , vaste étendue , moutons , bref le top .
Great spot! Farmer is nice but didn’t have any change from £10 but gave the extra £5 as was definitely worth it. Sheep are free roaming and are quite noisy in the evening. Go in from Brecon as it is less narrow. Only 10 minute drive from pont ar daf car park if you are climbing pen y fan.

Stayed here lastnight beautiful surroundings so peaceful Me my partner and 3 kids stayed walking in the fields with sheep and through the lovely stream £5 per adult £1 per child

Beautiful views of the hills and a stream to paddle in. Plenty of room in September, a few hikers cars in the daytime but only a couple of vans overnight. No mobile signal in the bottom , bit up the top field. no facilities or bins. Shame people leave tissues behind bushes. friendly farmer collects £5 / person overnight. would definitely go again
Parking for Pen y Fan £5 per person. The very, very narrow single track lanes to this site has very few passing places and very high hedges. Not suitable for anything wider than a van without catching your sides on the hedge. Through the gate which opens into a fairly level site for tents or campers. No facilties.
