possible to stay but not ideal. good place to park on the way to this spot and walk and see the view. many many tourists here.

Point above the area for the balloon launch point, just on the edge of the Red Canyon. The way up is easy to master in dry weather, but a bit steeper. Directly across from Rose Valley. Follow the stuck quad path.
Punkt oberhalb der Fläche für den Ballonstratpunkt, direkt an der Kante zum Red Canyon. Der Weg nach oben bei trockenem Wetter gut zu meistern, aber etwas steiler. Direkt gegenüber von Rose Valley. Dem festgefahren Quadpfad folgen.

ArthurEtAntonia02/02/2023Magnifique spot pour voir les montgolfières décoller, un peu de chemin pour y aller ne convient pas à tout les gabarits, nous y sommes passées avec un camping car de 6.30, le matin réveil avec les montgolfières c’est magique, attention du monde toute la journée, quad,4x4 qui font beaucoup de bruit si vous n’aimez pas ça.

Stayed one night here. Very noisy and busy at sunrise and sunset with quad bikes, horses, music ect, but quiet at night and the middle of the day.

Estuvimos aquí a principios de diciembre. No conseguimos llegar al sitio, Google Maps nos envío a muchos caminos en mal estado y nunca alcanzamos este lugar. Se dañó nuestra furgoneta en uno de los caminos y tuvimos algunos sustos intentando dar la vuelta. Si ves que estás entrando en malos caminos, no sigas.

Stayed one night here unfortunately no balloons in the morning but the views from here are incredible. You can park all along this area, many spots to pick. Very busy in the day with passing ATV and jeep tours and busy for sunset. I imagine you will get great photography of the balloons going up from here. Good 4G, bins, not that many stray dogs.

When we were here the balloons took off on both sides of us, so quite noisy when they were blowing them up but otherwise amazing! We parked right on the edge and had a great view down into the valley. Day gets busy, as right next to ATV stop, but night and morning (after the balloons) are quiet! You are also not completely in the middle of the morning chaos, but rather next to it, so fun to watch!

It’s silent at night and chaos all day long if the weather is good. It’s in the center of all the hikes. Can walk to Goreme. park below and walk up the narrow road to the right of the large humped road. Then walk up the center towards the right side of the juice truck, go until it forces you to turn right and then you’ll see your path to parking.
Draup12/05/2022lieu magnifique avec vue sur la red Valley et les départ des montgolfières juste a coté . attention il ne faut pas suivre Google Map mais plutôt lorsque vous quittez la route principale au niveau du resto köfteci nuri balon seyi arami prendre la route à droite et continuer ensuite tout droit par le chemin que prennent les quad, on l'a fait en camping car 6m50.
