Nice campsite although close to road noise but not really an issue. Great showers and loos and amenities. Very friendly owners.
Camping de la rue Hill. Parfait pour les tours Alton. Robinet d'eau dans le champ, cassette vide dans le bloc sanitaire. Propriétaires très détendus.
Hill Street Campsite. Perfect for Alton Towers. Water tap in the field, empty cassette in the toilet block. Very relaxed owners.
Campingplatz Hill Street. Perfekt für Alton Towers. Wasserhahn auf dem Feld, leere Kassette im Toilettenblock. Sehr entspannte Besitzer.

Wonderful site and owners. So helpful and kind and a beautiful spot. Just 7 minutes to Alton Towers. Really clean with good facilities and showers. Cost us £20 for a standard pitch without electric, which was a bargain. We called ahead and paid cash on arrival to save the site booking fees and they were open in March this year.

Hard standing pitches next to a slightly busy road and felt a little apprehensive but that’s probably just me. A great night spent at this campsite and great location for Dovedale Stepping Stones thanks

£10 per night, per person. Very welcoming, amenable owners. Gave a tour and a sweet hand drawn map of local amenities and places of interest. Lovely, powerful shower! Basic but well-appointed facilities for a single person but huge space for families with goal posts. Next to a field of sheep and near one of cows. Very restful night's sleep. Look out for Solstice Weekend festival!

£10 per person per night, book via their own website rather than pitch up. We rang on the day and got it. Lovely site and facilities and very friendly owner.

Perfect stopover on the way up to Scotland. Lots of space so were able to find a quiet corner at the back of the field. Very clean toilets and lovely hot showers. Cows/sheep/chickens close by so kept dog on the lead. Friendly and welcoming owner.

Camping simple, avec des sanitaires propres et des gérants très cools. Seul bémol, le bloc sanitaire n'est pas très grand par rapport au monde présent le week-end. Chiens acceptés (3£), mais pas de chemin pour se balader à proximité (ou alors il faut longer la nationale pendant un moment).
foscyucman07/04/2019Spend the night here with a motorhome. Paid £7.50 each person and £3 for the dog. No grey water dump unfortunately. Nice looking place.
