Platz direkt am Wertstoffhof mit sehr ordentlichen Plätzen. Wir sind nicht über Nacht geblieben, sondern haben nur Frischwasser getankt und Grauwasser abgelassen für 3 £

Good spot does fill up quick but view is nice abit of noise from wind turbine but fine. Good if you need hook up and at £20 it’s ok if you need some electrical/ water etc as hard to come by here in not a big campsite - would recommend but fills up by 5pm

So in theory this is a fab little place. Can’t book but space for 5 with EHU. £20 for electric and drinking water and grey water. Extra £3 for black water. HOWEVER PLEASE BE AWARE - something I wasn’t aware of until after paying, this is a 6 amp site - I am now educated in the fact only smaller camper vans will charge on this, motorhomes need a minimum of 10 amps for EHU to be successful.

Used for water and CDP fantastic spot with EHU and hard standing. £3 coins for CDP which wouldn't unlock. Called the number and within 19 minutes lovely chap from NHT came and sorted it out. Would have been happy to stay, but we were heading north

Stayed here on the first and last night of our holiday. Well looked after perfect view overlooking Scalpay. You can see the ferry coming in and out it’s beautiful. 10 min walk to tarbert.

Perfect stopover after arriving on the evening ferry & to fill up water & dump waste. £20 inc EHU seemed a fair price but then an additional £3 to empty toilet made it an expensive stopover. I can understand why the black waste was charged separately & locked but maybe then the £20 should be reduced to reflect this.

Good little aire provided by the community so please pay appropriately. We saw multiple vans using the facilities and not paying. We stayed overnight and found our pitch to be pretty level and quiet overnight. Also we were sheltered from windy conditions, so had a good night. Lovely views out to sea.

We found a bit expensive 7 GBP to empty grey water and the toilet. CDP is only for green/bio, not for blue chemicals. Close to the ferry.

aire super bien aménagée pour les services. ça ne fait pas rêver pour la nuit mais ça peut dépanner avant ou après le bateau si les parkings plus loin sont pris. un très bel effort pour accueillir les camping-cars. merci

A great spot to get your van sorted after a few days off pitch and also to catch the early ferry. Very quiet. Great views west and to Skye on a clear day. A short walk to Tarbet's facilities. £20 is a very fair price 3 for the chemical disposal. Also good to pop by and pay for the services before touring elsewhere!

Gut angelegter Platz. Strom ist noch nicht möglich. Daher 15 Pfund pro Nacht mit Ver- und Entsorgung. Müll könnte öfter entleert werden.

Good place to empty your chemical toilet for 3 £1 coins. There are very few on the island, especially if your not booked into campsites, so advisable to start your trip after coming off the ferry with an empty cassette! We didn't stay the night but it looks well organised and clean with good flat plots for vans.

Stayed 1 night (21/04/24) as we were catching the 07:20 ferry from Tarbert and is really convenient for ferry. Six spaces and currently £15 per night as the electric hook-up is not working just yet. We were the only van there but disappointingly another motorhome pulled in to dump waste, left and didn't pay the £3 fee

Very handy for ferry at Tarbert. 6 flat, hard standing pitches. Stayed on 22/04/2024 straight off ferry as we were tired. Electricity not on yet so cost is reduced to £15 per night. Grey waste, water, rubbish and CDP available. Contactless payment at entrance. Can also pay £3 to use facilities but not stay. Run by local community and well worth supporting. Views are great too.

Campers are now advised to access the CDP from Urgha Aire 50m further east to reduce conflict with heavy vehicles at recycling site. The Aire accepts contactless payments for overnight stays and grey water services. CDP now operational again.

would go down just a bit to laxdale lochs at present for the views as this site has no working chemical disposal point

Great facility about 5 mins from Tarbet. As said before 3 x £1 coins needed for 4 mins to empty chemical waste. Easy to find and clearly marked where campers should park. Open 24/7

Coin operated disposal point. Open 7 days a week/24 hour. £3 for 4 min of the chemical toilet disposal. Green chemicals only. Free water to rinse the cassette.

Really useful for emptying the loo

Attention aux jours d'ouverture et aux horaires.

Bien situé un peu au-dessus de la zone de recyclage. Un peu caché par les containers le jour de notre passage. Par contre, nous avons pu bénéficier de la gratuité du service peut-être parce que nous étions fin octobre. Il y a bien les services d’eau propre et pour les toilettes chimiques. Par contre, rien n’est prévu pour les eaux grises ce qui semble être un problème courant sur l’île.

À proximité immédiate de Tarbert. Accès facile. 3£ pour vidange des WC chimiques et remplissage du réservoir d’eau. Très pratique.

Brilliant facility open 24/7 fully signposted up the right hand side of recycling centre. £3 charge and hose to the side to wash down.

£3 for access to the CDP. You have 4 minutes once coins are in to open the lid (don’t put the coins in until you’re ready!) There’s a tap and short hose immediately next to the CDP for cassette rinsing. Fresh water could be taken from the rinse hose (it’s on the water main) but I asked at the recycle center and then feed out the hose long reel.

Perfectly black water drop off. Really clean for what it is. Well worth the £3 cost. Recycling centre was closed when we arrived but access to the drop off was still available. Awesome idea well executed.

Attention, il n'y a pas de vidange pour les eaux grises. Nous nous sommes cassé le nez. Une vraie galère sur ces îles pour ça.

Quand vous arrivez, suivez le signe du camping-car à droite, il y a un tuyau à l'entrée du site mais ce n'est pas celui-là, il y a plusieurs entreprises aux même endroit. Le jeune homme très gentil, installation eaux noires parfaite (derrière les deux gros containers). Vu la difficulté et les prix d s campings à se fournir en eau et vider les eaux noires, il faut remercier cet endroit pour l'initiative !! thanks so much !
