Port neigwl alias. Hell's Mouth. Fabelhafter Ort.

Car park and beach area lovely for a day time visit but there is a sign in the car park that says no camping and a motorhome with a line through it. The road and the bay on the road don’t appear to have any signs to say you can’t park overnight but the bay does have a gate at the end for farm vehicles .

Stayed here mid November, had the place to myself , I can see it getting a no over night parking soon as the rest of wales ??????? has it ?‍♂️ beautiful beaches fantastic walks along the coastal Path , waste bins only

  • 5/5

Really nice spot. Short walk to a gorgeous beach. Lots of other campers/cars parked up, but it felt very chilled, mostly surfers and the likes. Woke up to the view of the mountains and the sheep. Would stay here again!!

  • 5/5

Came here for a walk on beach… wonderful big beach. Will definitely come back for a night park up. We arrived at midday and about 3 spaces free, but people coming and going all time, especially great for dogs

  • 4/5

Great little park up arrived around 9 left at 10:30 no issues at all other campers were very polite and up for a chat. Beautiful little walk to the beach great surf spot.

We stayed 2 nights (drove off during the day to go other places then returned for evening/night). Beautiful beach and very quiet. Couple of other campers both nights we stayed. There are no-camping signs on the verge next to the road itself but the car park and marked parking area on the corner have no signs at all and we weren't disturbed.

  • 5/5

Very quiet. Arrived late and left early. Great surf beach. No facilities. Nice places to eat a few mins drive away

  • 4/5

Beautiful park up… but nuisance locals. Stayed here 3/10/24… at 1am had a car drive by, excessively tooting the horn and about 5-10mins later returned and did the same… possibly just kids messing around. Still a lovely park up though, the beach is spectacular!

  • 5/5

A beautiful, quiet, place to stop. It may get windy. There were no "no overnight" signs visible! in fact there were a couple of surfers that looked seasonal based. Bins available. Short walk to the beach, which is a long, sandy and stoney mix, dangerous rip tides and shelving. Obvs good for surfing in the right conditions.

  • 4/5

Good level car park. More or less emptied out by 7:30 but then new people kept arriving well into the night. Lots of noise. Nice walk down to the beach and a lovely sunset over the mountains. Not the best but does the job.

Great spot to park for the night! Stayed here last night without any problems. Easy access, plenty of spaces. Three bins are still provided for general rubbish. Great spot for kitesurfing and surfing. Keep it clean!

  • 5/5

Stayed here for one night and had an amazing sleep! Decent phone signal on EE. We stayed with 5 other campers, no signs for "no overnight parking" 3 bins and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Got busy in the day with sufers and general visitors, but we arrived at 9am and there were loads of space. There was also a man selling little bits from his motorhome!

  • 5/5

Awesome overnight stay along with some local surfers. No signage anywhere about no overnight parking. Locals said they use it overnight when surfing.

  • 5/5

Overnight camp signs all been took down as of march 24 few vans when stayed, top place right near beach,

  • 2/5

No overnight camping signs along all the road by this beach! So can’t even stay on the verge at night. Fine for the day though..! April 22

  • 1/5

no camping signs everywhere! such a shame because this part of Wales has become very unwelcoming.

  • 4/5

Main carpark has no over night sign. There is a parking area outside of the carpark which fits roughly 8 vehicles with no signs. We spent the night here with no issues, we stayed with one other van. Locals and tourists park down the road rather than paying carpark so this is another option. Beach access through carpark 4 minutes away. Amazing spot for swimming and surfing.

Sadly this has gone from 5* to 1*. New no overnight parking signs. Don't understand the reasoning..it says support local businesses...I used to as we usually ate, drank & got provisions locally. Now I will only come for an hour or 2 and leave giving nothing. ps. I'm local. Usual silly Council ideas

  • 1/5

New no overnight signs. Very full during the day vans as far as the eye can see.

  • 1/5

No over night signs went up two days ago. Stunning place. We woke up in the lay-by outside the car park (as car park already had no over night signs) to two council workers putting up new signs everywhere!

  • 3/5

Visited 24th April. Vans parked as far as the eye can see. Didn’t stay so returned the next day. Over 70 vans stayed overnight. Full at 05:30am! Stayed the night as lots left as a sunday. Went to bed at 21:30and didn’t wake up till 09:30 lol. Great surfing beach but far too busy.

  • 5/5

Car par states no overnight no problem just park near entrance no problem.very quiet perfect.

  • 5/5

Superb place to spend the night! There are plenty of spaces, the beach is but a stone's throw away and there are plenty of bins but no toilets. A lovely spot to park up for the night - I loved it! Went for a swim the next day - beautiful. (Do not park too close to the bins as these are collected early and access will be required by the bin men) Popular with surfers and dog walkers.

  • 5/5

4G and stunning beach! Stayed the night in the lay by just outside of the car park with another van. Sheep all around so dogs on leads. The beach is beautiful and we walked the length of it dogs off lead as steep cliffs (unstable). Will stay again for sure!

  • 5/5

This is a gorgeous place to visit for the day. Right next to the beach, 4G and very peaceful. Lots of cars but friendly and respectful. No overnight parking

  • 5/5

Spent 2 very quiet nights here over bank holiday weekend. Around 10 campers and by 10.30pm it was silent until around 8am. We were in a motorhome and parked on the layby next to the car park.Short walk to the beach.

  • 5/5

Didn’t stay here overnight but can verify it’s a beautiful spot right near the beach. 1 mins drive down the road is Rhydolion farm campsite with really hot showers £8 per night

  • 5/5

Great place, attracted 7 or so vans on Saturday (and even a few in cars)

  • 3/5

Can get VERY busy during the day.

  • 5/5

Great spot very busy when we arrived, surf school, lots of youngsters learning to surf, happy bunch. Once they left, so quiet, had barbecue and watched the sun set, lovely

  • 5/5

Excellent, quiet spot for vans of all sizes, used by surfers, stayed 1 night, very quiet 1/6/19.

  • 5/5

Best place to park up, almost on the beach itself. Stunning

  • 5/5

Nice quiet little spot with around 20 spaces. didnt see anybody all evening gets very busy with dog walkers in the morning so be thoughtful of locals. few minutes walk to the beach. no toilets or showers.

  • 5/5

Brilliant place to stay, very close to the beach. In the morning a local police officer knocked on the van, we were worried he would tell us off for staying but he was investigating something else. He said it's absolutely fine for us to stay and we could stay another night if we wanted. Very nice man and said he actually watches a lot of YouTube videos on campervans. ?

  • 5/5

Not many places that are so close to the beach that are stealth camping friendly especially as its a mecca for surf
