Very friendly and helpful reception from Pauline, and later Tony when we arrived. Easy going, easy to chat to. As the current owners, they purchased this site in a very run down state. Old ablutions (pretty awful) have been removed. Temporary ablutions are basic, but clean and functional. It's a great spot, and I expect it will only improve over time as upgrades are implemented.

Eine Nacht mit Minivan von Dover nach Schottland übernachtet. 7.oo Uhr abends telefonisch verabredet. Kurz vor 7 waren wir vor Ort. Die Eigentümerin nicht. Später gab's Okay für unsere Selbstinstallation. Sanitär sehr einfach. Frauen: Okay. Männer: Unappetitlich: Pissoirablauf defekt. Urin läuft zu Alturin in Eimer darunter! Platz ruhig. Stellplatz prima. 35 Pfund pro Nacht inkl. Strom zuviel.
We hadn't booked but a nice chap came and introduced himself as soon as we pulled up and very quickly we were parked and connected to the EHU. Basic toilet and shower block. Very good food is available at the pub which is about 5 minutes walk.
arrived without booking and a friendly chap walked over to me an introduced himself as new owner, prices have gone up its £30 a night, was a few others parked up. Nice an quite parking. Will definitely come back here, pub in walking distance aswell. New owner has planning set up for new facilities, toilets and shower on site, cheap EHU.
Didn’t stay. To save other families the inconvenience of going, please be aware only children over 14 years old allowed. Never seen this requirement before.

Small campsite with 5 hard standing pitches with option for prepay hookup, large grassed area without EHU but looks like some plugs have gone in. Price £8 for pitch plus £7.50 per person. Room for a 77m. toilet block quite basic. Fresh water and elson point but no grey waste. Lovely setting with wildlife pond. 30 mins cycle to Duxford. Pub /coffee stop in walking distance. Friendly, helpful owner.
Price is 8 pounds for a campervan + 7,5 pounds per person. No grey water discharge, but the owner can live with a dischargement on the gras field. Rather simple services.

Friendly owner. Nice wildlife pond on site Small compact site. Facilities are basic and have to be paid for. 50p for shower. 20p for hairdryer. But all clean. Some road noise from main road particularly on a warm night with windows open. Good 3G and TV coverage. No wifi. Shepreth rail station 0.5mile with hourly trains to Cambridge
