Free at night, overnight sleeping allowed. Of course, there are pedestrians on one side and cars on the other side, so it's a bit busy and noisy in summer until say 10 or 11pm, but not excessively either. We're not light sleepers so I would recommend this spot if you want to have a sea view in town near the pier.
blue disabled badge holders can park for free. stayed for a few hours. It was very busy and very noisy because of a beach concert.
another free at night stop. just like brighton. but you would be much better off sleeping somewhere else. noisy as hell. if you sleep heavy might be ok, light sleepers should move on
Parking from 8am-6pm is pay and display but free from 6pm. You could park here overnight if under 5T I think but it's a busy road and very tilted so don't think it would be a comfy nights kip. You'd be better finding a residential street just off the seafront and parking at the side of someone house next to a wall (not in front obvs!) and then leave early the next morning.
