Peaceful rural stopover with stunning sunsets over Morecambe Bay. Sandvilla Stays offers just three hard-standing pitches, each with EHU, making it a quiet and exclusive spot to unwind. To the rear of the pitches is a private, fully fenced garden, ideal for dogs, which opens directly onto a large dog-walking field. Friendly alpacas and goats roam a separate field and guests are welcome to feed them. The setting is surrounded by lush countryside with open views in all directions, and sunsets across Morecambe Bay are particularly special. Well located for exploring Lancaster and Blackpool, and a must-visit is the local brewery Farm Yard Brew – around a 20-minute walk away (busy roadside then bridlepath) Please note: there is no direct access to the beach or sea from the site (access is a short drive away). The nearby road can be busy for walking, so care is advised. Beck Farm Campsite, misschien zijn er maar 4 of 5 campers (geen campers of caravans) toegestaan op hun vergunning, maar de startprijs is £ 12 voor 1 persoon en een busje, ongeveer de beste in de buurt van Tenby. Echt een leuk milieuvriendelijk initiatief met een boerderijwinkel die tot 5 uur open is en voedsel maakt. Ze zijn groot in recycling, zonne-energie, enz. dus geen aansluitingen, maar er is ruimte om dingen bij te vullen als dat nodig is, er zijn 5 toiletten en warme douches en een gootsteen voor de afwas en een pizzaoven! Overdag verkopen ze deeg en beleg in de boerderijwinkel en zelfs ovengedroogd hout, leuk als het er een paar zijn. De boerderijwinkel serveert ook ontbijt en koffie. 40 minuten lopen van Tenby langs de kust of 20 minuten naar het dichtstbijzijnde strand. Er zijn ook glamping-tenten en yurts in het nabijgelegen veld. Een ongelooflijk mooie plek, zelfs zonder een duidelijk zicht op de oceaan. Sommige plaatsen zijn licht glooiend.
