La patinoire a été démolie. Le revêtement en béton, adjacent au spa, est toujours en place. Il n'y a aucune restriction ni disque de stationnement, contrairement aux parkings environnants.
The ice rink has been demolished. The concrete floor next to the spa remains. Unlike the surrounding parking lots, there are no restrictions or parking discs here.
A little further along the side street, there are great trash cans; you can even dispose of organic waste there. The sauna area of the nearby spa is also highly recommended :)
Die Eisbahn wurde abgerissen. Der Betonboden neben dem Balneum bleibt erhalten. Im Gegensatz zu den umliegenden Parkplätzen gibt es hier keine Beschränkungen oder Parkscheiben.
Eine Nebenstrasse weiter gibt es tolle Mülleimer, sogar Biomüll lässt sich dort entsorgen. Der Saunabereich vom nahegelegenen Bad ist auch sehr zu empfehlen:)

Proseguendo lungo la strada laterale, si trovano dei pratici cestini per i rifiuti; è possibile smaltire anche i rifiuti organici. Consigliamo vivamente anche la zona sauna della vicina spa :)

Einfacher Platz, kostenlos, für uns perfekt für 2 Nächte, aber, bitte nehmt euren Müll wieder mit, lasst die Hunde nicht überall kacken und putzt die Zähne nicht in aller Öffentlichkeit. Sonst wird diese Kulanz seitens der Stadt bald untersagt. VW Busse und ähnliches sollten eine Toilette dabei haben, das urinieren in die Sträucher ist eine Sauerei.

Ein kostenfreier großer Platz, auf dem wir eine ruhige und erholsame Nacht verbracht haben. Ist offensichtlich auch kein Geheimtipp mehr, gegen Abend füllte sich der Platz doch erheblich mit Autos, Wohnmobilen und Transportern.
Prima plek voor overnachting en bezoek centrum. Gratis en voldoende plek en met meerdere campers voelt altijd direct veilig.Tip voor een eenvoudig restaurant waar het eten geweldig is, de service correct en snel en de porties enorm zijn. Prijs kwaliteit perfect! The kitchen Grillhouse by Angi. Langs de weg stukje lopen richting Oostenrijk of via het oude centrum.
Super Ausgangspunkt um die schöne Altstadt zu besichtigen. Wir haben auch nach 20 Uhr noch einen Platz bekommen. Nachts sehr ruhig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Danke an die Stadt Sterzing für den super kostenlosen Parkplatz!
Naprosto skvělé místo. Dostatečně velké. Večer tu nesvítí tolik lamp a je tu klid. Na jednu dvě noci ideální.
Parkplatz ist OK. Haben hier nur für ein paar Stunden gestanden als wir uns Sterzing angeschaut haben.
Wir haben hier eine super Nacht verbracht. Rein optisch nicht der schönste Platz, aber für einen geduldeten Tages- und Nachtparkplatz perfekt. Schwimmbad nebenan. Zentrum, Bergbahn und Wanderwege Fußläufig erreichbar.
Ein guter Platz für eine Nacht. Aber es ist kein Campingplatz liebe Leute. Wenn man hier Tisch und Stühle raus stellt und sich die Zähne vor dem Camper putzt und seinen Müll hier abläd wird wohl bald auch das übernachten verboten sein.
It was a fine free parking to explore the city and sleep 1 night. There is no shade and it got pretty busy but never full. There was some event in the background but not too late (Friday evening). All in all pretty decent for a night and Sterzing is lovely!

Eigentlich ein schöner Platz, relativ ruhig und scheinbar von der Stadt geduldet, ca 40camper vor Ort als wir da waren... Aber... wenn Tische aufgebaut werden, laut Musik gehört wird etc. muss man sich nicht wundern, wenn die Stadt doch irgendwann dagegen angehen sollte.
Wir haben auf der Rückreise wieder dort geschlafen, war super ruhig. Man kann bequem in die Stadt laufen zum Essen -auch sehr lecker und schön. Bäcker gleich um die Ecke zum frühstücken an der Tankstelle
Stopped here today and as described as other reviews. The only issue was people attending a rock concert in town, so the party had already started in their vans at 4pm. If the concert had not been on we would have stayed. Good access to the town, 10-15 min walk. Town is lovely, pretty with good bars and restaurants.

NIE WIEDER! Wir verbrachten mit unserem VW-Bus eine Nacht hier. Gegen 1:30 Uhr bemerkten wir eine Person, die neben unserem Bus 15 Min verharrte und diesen ausspionierte. Scheinbar gibt es hier Personen, die ausspionieren, ob das Wohnmobil gerade verlassen ist, um dort einzubrechen. Zur Rede gestellt kam eine fadenscheinige Begründung in gebrochenem Englisch ehe er mit seinem Rad schnell davonfuhr
parking à 900m du centre ville... juillet et août tous les mercredis de 19h à 23h c'est la fête des lanternes avec stand de nourritures et boissons..nuit très calme... surtout ne vous Garez pas le long des barrières de la patinoire car des jeunes s entraînement au hockey et des palets tapent dans les véhicules.. supermarché à 200 mètres...un parking idéal pour passer une journée et une nuit.

Eine sehr gute Alternative zum Parkplatz am Spar Markt der mittlerweile eine Höhenbegrenzung und maximale Parkzeit von 1,5 Stunden hat. Das Schwimmbad ist gleich nebenan und sehr empfehlenswert. In die schöne Altstadt mit Geschäften und guter Gastronomie läuft man 10 Minuten. Danke für diese Möglichkeit an die Verantwortlichen.
Perfekt för en natt. Väldigt tyst och tryggt. Flera andra vans/husbilar där. Vi betalade oss in på badhuset (6 euro för vuxen) och duschade och badade bubbelpool med bergen som utsikt. Skippa tennisbaren och gå till Istanbul kebab istället för middag/öl. Trevlig ägare och avslappnad stämning.

The parking lot is a bit run down and it is partially used as a material storage site; but we still felt very safe and it is very spacious, so although when we arrived there were other motorhomes there we easily got a place. It was very quiet and completely free of charge, with no limits about maximum time of parking. Unfortunately there weren't any services available but for us it was fine.

Wir waren auf unserer Reise in den Süden am 27.05.26. für 1 Nacht von 22:00-10:00 Uhr dort. Der Parkplatz ist gut zu finden. Er ist sehr groß und es war sehr ruhig und sicher in dieser Nacht. Direkt daneben ein großer Supermarkt.
Des öfteren beschädigte Fahrzeuge gemeldet. Parkplatz zu befahren und grossteils genutzt von Baumaschienen,Bagger und Lkws…. Fazit: Wenig Ruhe, unsicherer Parkplatz
Il primo maggio, trascorsa una piacevole nottata in una pace indescrivibile. Una visita nella stupenda cittadina di Vipiteno, la spesa al vicino Eurospar ed una favolosa pizza alla pizzeria a 20 mt. C'è anche un chiosco con Kebab nel parcheggio adiacente. Seppur senza servizi, la sosta la consiglio. Teniamola pulita , facendo in modo che non la chiudano.
Pasamos aquí una noche, y todo salió bien. Súper seguro y tranquilo por la noche. Si buscas un poco hay un grifo con agua disponible muy cerca. El pueblo es muy lindo.
We staan hier momenteel met ongeveer 40 mobilhomes, ik denk einde paasvakantie en iedereen gaat naaf huis. We hebben goed geslapen en brachten gisteten een bezoek aan het stadje en gingen ook kijken in het welness-center. Volgende keer komen we terug en gaan we zwemmen en sauna´en in Balneum. ook heb je De Spar in de directe omgeving. We aten bij Krammer.

El año pasado paramos en el parking del supermercado, en el cual ya no se permite la estancia durante más de 90‘. Este parking sin servicios justo en la parte trasera está bastante bien. Dormimos con otras 6 autocaravanas y son problemas.
Diesen Platz sollte man streichen und Sterzing meiden. Sind immer gerne für einen Zwischenstopp Essen gehen und in der Käserei einkaufen gehen angehalten .Da der Sparparkplatz und der Parkplatz daneben für Wohnmobile wegfällt weichen alle auf den Eishallenplatz aus. Dieser ist heillos überfüllt und die Einheimischen mögen die Mobile nicht. Fazit Platz nicht mehr anfahren.

Parcheggio vicino a supermercato. Quindici minuti a piedi per il centro di Vipiteno. Siamo stati una notte e c'erano molti altri camperisti. Notte molto tranquilla.
Ruhiger kostenfreier Platz zum Stehen und Übernachten. Thermalbad direkt daneben. Nichts besonderes, aber Danke an die Gemeinde hier stehen zu dürfen. Wie lange noch ist fraglich. Neben uns stand ein Concorde der um 21.15 Uhr sein Notstromaggregat eingeschaltet hat ! Mitten im Wohngebiet ! Er wurde von uns darauf hingewiesen, den Motor sofort auszuschalten.

Nessun servizio, alla sera un po di rumore se ci sono partite di hockey ma dopo le 11 si tranquillizza. Notte molto tranquilla fino alla mattina alle 8.30. Nessuna restrizione su orari.

Der Platz an sich ist nicht schön aber alles drum herum. Schöne Aussicht, Lidl und Spar nebenan. Schönes Schwimmbad mit Außenbecken (sollte man nutzen). 15 min bis in die Stadt.

abbiamo parcheggiato qui solo per visitare il bel paese. e' vicino al centro e gratuito. non abbiamo trascorso la notte perché troppo movimentato da chi frequenta la palestra e la piscina.
Très grand parking adapté à tous les gabarits. Nous étions 8 à dormir sur place. Malgré les mouvements générés par la piscine nous avons passé une nuit très calme. Le joli centre ville historique n est qu à 1km.

Kostenloser Parkplatz auf einer Betonfläche, sonst nichts. Für Zwischenstopp ok. Spaziergang durch die Stadt oder Besuch des Schwimmbads lohnt sich. Für‘s Übernachten für uns eher nichts. Man steht dicht an dicht wie die Makrelen in der Dose.

Great place to spend the night and discover the cute city center that is 12 min by foot, with austriac architecture and great little shops. Be attentive to go in the right parking place. We saw many campers in a parking that campers are prohibited.
Wir waren letztendlich zwei Nächte hier, in der Nacht von Samstag auf Sonntag war der Platz reichlich voll mit bestimmt 30 Campern. Da es auch geregnet hat war es gegen 19 Uhr bereits voll. Man kommt sehr gut zu Fuß in die wirklich schöne Altstadt, und zum Einkaufen ist auch ein Supermarkt in der Nähe. In der Nacht von Sonntag auf Montag war dann wesentlich weniger los, aber auch gut besucht!
