Attention, nous sommes arrivés devant l’entrée, camping fermé à partir de mi-septembre…
Petit camping au bord de l'Ave, peu ombragé ; les emplacements sont en gravier. Dans la petite ville de Caldas das Taipas. Aire de service pour camping-cars médiocre, mais fonctionnelle. Accès gratuit à la grande piscine municipale (avec pentes pour enfants et adultes). Promenade facile le long de l'avenue jusqu'au centre-ville, ainsi que le long des deux rives.
Small camping site beside Ave river with low of shadows; spots are gravel. In CALDAS DAS TAIPAS small town. Poor motorhome service area, but it works. Incoming provides free access to large municipal swimming pool (with slopes for children and adults). Easy walking along avenue till city center, as well as along both riversides.
Kleiner Campingplatz am Fluss Ave mit wenig Schatten; die Stellplätze sind geschottert. In der Kleinstadt Caldas das Taipas. Schlechter Wohnmobil-Servicebereich, aber funktionsfähig. Die Anfahrt bietet kostenlosen Zugang zum großen städtischen Schwimmbad (mit Pisten für Kinder und Erwachsene). Bequeme Spaziergänge entlang der Allee bis ins Stadtzentrum sowie entlang beider Flussufer.

VWroodwit30/08/2025Enkele dagen gestaan met vw en bustent. 20€ totaal. Koude douches maar wel heel veel. Zwembad die je mag gebruiken is super. Ook heel veel lokals. Door de week prima maar in weekend volgestampt met gasten. Toen heel veel lawaai van muziek. Na 22 uur niet meer aankomen mogelijk. Hek opent met toeteren. Elektra is aanwezig. Geen aangemerkte plekken wat rommelig wordt richting weekend. Er stonden zelfs tenten bij veldje bij wc gebouw. Je kunt zo de camping oplopen. We langs de receptie maar die herkent vast niet alle gasten. Wij vinden het een prima uitvalsbasis voor door de week, mijd weekenden!.

Camping muy económico, incluye acceso a la piscina municipal que está muy bien (3 piscinas, tobogán, ...). Tanto en la piscina como en el camping las duchas son de agua fría. Limpio y en buen estado. Pasamos una noche tranquila.

A pleasant municiple style camping site. Friendly staff. Access to the local pool. No marked pitches but large sandy/ grass area for vans. €17 for van / trailer. Have to pay extra for trailer. Did us well for a one night stop over.

Maybe due to summertime, but area for motorhomes also with big tents, beside space for them in remaining camping. Toilets away from site, with only cold showers. Emptying spot requires rework.
skodaventure06/08/2025Un Camping très agréable pour faire une halte pour visiter Braga et Guimaraes. Accès gratuit à la Piscine municipale à proximité. Emplacement ombragé 14,20€ une nuit pour un camping car 2 Adultes et 1 enfant de 2 ans (gratuit) Sanitaire propre Parc et Riviere à proximité du camping.
gcm9929/07/2025I paid €11.55 for single person in 7.4 mtrs vehicle including EHU and free entry into the pool complex. Showers are free and warm in the bunker like construction. Park on the left where there is shade from the trees. The entrance is foreboding drive down the narrow road up to a closed gate. This is opened remotely from the office nearby. The receptionists are pleasant and speak good English.
