Hadden niet geboekt maar kwamen optijd aan en konden nog een plakje uitzoeken. Hadden een super mooie plek. De gastvrouw was erg vriendelijk en gedienstig. De was er mooi gedaan. En 5 min lopen richting strand zit een geweldig eet tentje waar je erg goed kunt eten. En ook takeaway is mogelijk. Dus zeker een aanrader.

super petit camping, verdoyant, très propre, avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. un accueil formidable, très calme. bar, pizza et supérette sont juste à côté ....j'ai payé 14 £ pour un minivan, 1 personne, sans électricité (mi-septembre)

No nos hemos quedado porque íbamos de paso, pero hemos podido vaciar aguas y la chica de recepción se a portado genial. Solo por eso le doy 5 estrellas.

Très chouette.... La dame de l accueil est adorable et la vue sur la mer magnifique.... Il y a un pub et supérette juste à côté. Parfait !!!

Prima voorzieningen voor lozen van zwart en grijs afval. Schoon water met lange slang en hoge druk. Alleen gebruik voorzieningen 10 pond. Spar en Bar ook prima. schoonmaak tussen 11 en 12.

Nous nous sommes arrêter pour l’entretien, pas pour la nuit mais ça a l’air sympa et propre. Avons payé 10£.

Réservation obligatoire en ce mois de juillet mais cela en vaut le coup car le panorama est vraiment bien, un excellent accueil et une nuit tranquille.

Super vriendelijke, enthousiaste en grappige receptioniste (Vicky). Prachtig zicht op de baai. Alles heel proper en netjes, van het sanitair tot het gemaaide gras. Niets op aan te merken. Aanrader!

Absolutely outstanding site, Vicky was all over everything and never seems to be away from the place, we made full use of the Spar that served Pizza, picked up a highland cow teddy as well. Washers and dryer are able to use for a very good fee. Showers/toilets were amazing and this has to be the best site we have stayed at on the NC500, credit to all the team

quiet and spacious. not that Dog friendly. although it states it is. Dogs must not pee on grass or up a gate/fence etc but walk in middle of road off site for both pee and poo. showers are ok but get very Hot. clean and tidy with a good kitchen. microwave sinks. fridge and freezer plus spar shop and laundry facilities. nice sea views. water grey/black and drinking water easily access has EHU

Wir haben hier entsorgt, wäre erstattet worden, wenn wir eingecheckt hätten. Sehr freundlich und alles gepflegt. Die Zufahrt zum Handa Island Anleger ist mit einem 7,5m Wohnmobil kritisch, wir sind umgekehrt. Leider gibt es ab dem Campingplatz sonst nur den Fußweg von über 1 Std. zum Anleger für das Boot. Daher sind wir weiter gefahren. Schade dass kein Shuttle oder Fahrräder angeboten werden.

Wir sind auf unserer Schottland Rundreise mit dem Camper hier gelandet. Super netter Empfang an der Rezeption, Sanitär i.O. u. sauber, Spar-Markt hat eine gute Auswahl. Besonderes Angebot war eine sehr leckere Pizza, die man im Spar-Markt bestellen kann u. entweder in der angeschlossenen Bar oder. einfach im Womo genießen kann .

Mussten hier Halt machen, weil wir Probleme mit unserem Campervan hatten. Sehr herzlicher Empfang, bekamen kurzfristig einen Stellplatz direkt am Meer. Sehr sauber. Tolle Aussicht.

Très belle vue. Sanitaires très propres, mais les douches mériteraient d'être refaites. Eau très (trop) chaude et énormément de pression (non réglable). Pas de 3G et le wifi (quand il fonctionne car il n'y en avait pas pendant toutes la matinée) a un débit faible même proche de la réception.

Really well located campsite with everything you could want. Vicky at reception is super efficient and I for one appreciate all the signage. The only thing that needs improvement is the direction of the vehicles when dumping and filling, it seemed like a free for all, and only one grey dump. Fantastic views.

Brilliant site, now open all year round, on site shop and a bar, I only popped in for one but ended up having 5 ! All the facilities, on site laundrette and also a big laundry machine , the showers were amazingly powerful !

Lovely campsite with a very friendly owner. Showers and toilets were great and very clean and powerful. There’s a spar shop that serves delicious, fresh pizzas that you can eat in the onsite bar. Would definitely recommend. £30 for the night. We had a brilliant view of the coast and saw a dolphin!

£23 for 2 adults and 1 campervan no electricity. Laundry 20kg £11 in 30 minutes at the spar. Dryer on camping is cheapest at £1 for 10kg, dry in 20 minutes. Showers nice and hot, shower and toilets (gentlemen) are super clean. Very friendly employee. Best spots are online reservation only, but the other spots all have a view of the water. No beach just a muddy track towards some gravel.

Vriendelijk ontvangst. Het sanitair is netjes. Goede waterstraal in de douche, helaas wel wat schommelingen in de temperatuur van het water. De plekken zijn vrij dicht bij elkaar en de plek die wij hadden was niet verhard, beetje modderig zelfs. De prijs is goed. Supermarkt naast de camping.

Wunderschöner Platz mit toller Aussicht auf die Berge und das Meer, direkt neben der Wiese zu den Highland Cows. Wir wurden super nett in Empfang genommen und da wir keinen eigenen Wasserschlauch hatten, wurde uns gleich geholfen, indem uns einer am Empfang geliehen wurde.

Een must wanneer je de NC500 rijdt… Veruit de beste plaats die we tegenkwamen. Het prachtige uitzicht en het vriendelijk onthaal door Vicky zijn in de prijs inbegrepen.

Besser geht's nicht: Lt. Website ausgebucht, Anrufbeantworter sagt ausgebucht, hingefahren und nachgefragt, Vicky macht's möglich. Wunderschöner Platz mit Superaussicht auf der Wiese für 23£. Toiletten und Duschen sauber.

Very very friendly staff! Only wanted to dump my toilet and get some water, costs 10. At the moment only paying in cash because of the storm, but you can get cash at supermarket that is literally next to camp site. Views look amazing

Wir waren hier für Service: Toilette, Grauwasser, Frischwasser = Trinkwasser und haben nur 10£ (nicht 12) bezahlt. Alles gut in Schuss, sehr sauber, gut organisiert. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Alle Wasserhähne haben Trinkwasser. Nebenan ein kleiner SPAR-Supermarkt, wo man das nötigste einkaufen kann. Der Platz war sehr gepflegt, wollten wir einen Campingplatz, wären wir hier geblieben.

Knappe 5 Sterne, WiFi taugt nix. In den Sanitäranlagen einige Toiletten ausser Gefecht. Aber: tolle Lage; Vicky supernett; Shop, Bar und Fish&Chips Truck vor Ort. Alles sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Immer wieder.

Geweldige camping! 1 van de mooiste van de westkust wat mij betreft. Eigenaar is erg aardig en faciliteiten meer dan voldoende. Genoeg eetgelegenheden om af te halen na een lange dag en zelfs een kleine supermarkt om te hoek.

Schöner und gepflegter Platz mit toller Aussicht auf die Bucht. Wir standen in der letzten Reihe und hatten trotzdem eine tolle Sicht, da der Platz terrassenförmig angelegt ist. Die Waschräume waren sehr sauber. Es gibt einen Spar mit normalen Supermarktpreisen und eine kleine Bar direkt am Platz. Gerne wieder.

Jolie camping au bord de la mer, accueil très gentil de la gérante, nous sommes arrivés un peu tard (pour l Ecosse ) et elle nous a proposé une belle place pour la nuit. Sanitaires propres, petit supermarché à l’entrée pratique. On recommande !

stayed 11 to 14 August. nice campsite we got a pitch looking out over the harbour and sea. Great facilities shop bar fish and chip van. clean toilets. staff were very helpful. recommend booking in advance but they do hold back some spaces that are on a first come basis starting at 12 noon

Eine sehr nette Dame empfing uns, erklärte alles ,zeigte uns den Stellplatz mit grandioser Aussicht. Sauber, einfache Duschen, Bar und Shop auf dem Platz, an 17.00 Fish and Chips an einem umgebauten Pferdeanhänger. Achtung, der Platz ist nur mit Bargeld zu bezahlen, aber im Shop ATM -Abhebung möglich.

Would give more stars if I could! Absolutely perfect place. Everything you need....showers, clean toilets, lovely manager(Vicky) who was easy to talk to and very helpful. Nice walk up to the coast. And perfect price!

Une vue extraordinaire avec le coucher de soleil sur la mer. La propriétaire est super sympa, nous sommes arrivés à 20h55, elle est revenue nous ouvrir. Nous avons un emplacement face à la baie. Sanitaires propres, petit pub et supérette à l’entrée. Tous les services compris. À recommander vivement

Point de vue imprenable sur la baie, point de départ pour balades aux alentours, autour de la baie ou vers Tarbet à travers la lande et les bruyères... Un endroit paisible, aéré. Nous sommes restés deux nuits dans ce camping avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et accès direct à la plage depuis le camping. L'endroit est calme et magique. Les sanitaires étaient propres et convenables mais il n'y a que 3 douches et 4 toilettes ce qui est un peu restreint au vu de la fréquentation du site.

Dieser CP hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Vicky, eine Mitarbeiterin, ist wahrscheinlich der freundlichste Mensch der ganzen Welt. Der Spar-Markt bietet alles was man braucht, im Markt ist ein Pub und dort gibt es Pizza. Wir haben einen wirklich schönen Abend dort verbracht und viele neue Menschen kennengelernt. Die Sanitäranlagen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber darüber sieht man hinweg.

We stayed here one night mid April, when doing the NC500. Website said check in up to 5pm, so I wasn’t holding out much hope when we just turned up with no booking at 4.58pm, but Vicky was lovely and had one remaining space for us right at the front facing the sea. It’s next to a Spar with a bar, that serves pizza. Great friendly site.

Very nice campsite with all facilities and good shop on site. Was very windy when we stayed but still slept well.

As far as campsites go this was in my top 10. I have given it 5 stars as the view, staff and facilities warrant it. There is a shop on site along with a small Bar. Nice chap who runs the bar. Big thank you to Vicky for fitting us on the site we really appreciated it.

Dropped in here at 11am to empty our waste. Vicky on reception was lovely, £10 to drop the waste or we could come back at 12 and she would be able to get us a pitch (even though online was showing full). So we did and she did. Lovely site. Great views. All modern facilities, plus a Spar on site. Definitely worth using if you can get on.

This site is one of the best I’ve stayed at, so good I booked an extra night. It is now open all year, I guess they will review that after the winter but it was quite busy on the two nights I stayed. £20 for 1 person inc EHU, £10 per extra adult. Spar & bar onsite. Brilliant showers & very clean. Laundry, Pot wash, fridge, freezer, kettle and microwave available to use. All this & the views! 5*

Lovely campsite, beautiful views, friendly staff, clean and efficient motorhome service point! We didn't stay, just did our services passing though (they don't take bookings on the day). The cost just to do services is pricey at £12 but there isn't that many places to do them around here. Overnight rates are reasonable. There's a Spar and a Revolution laundry right next to the site.

Sehr gepflegt und die Servicestation bietet alles, über Chemische Toilettenentsorgung, Schmutzwasser, Frischwasser, Abfallentsorgung inkl Recycling, viele Stromanschlüsse möglich. Für 2 Erwachsene mit Motorhome und Strom = 29 Pfund = Sehr guter Preis

Fantastische camping. Mooie pekken vooral wanneer je aan de rand staat. De mensen zijn erg vriendelijk. Er is een Spar en de pub. Toilet gebouw is prima in orde. Er wordt goed schoongemaakt. Wij hadden het erg naar onze zin. We zijn er zelfs drie nachten gebleven!! Heerlijk

Netter kleiner Campingplatz, terrassenförmig oberhalb der Bucht angelegt, sehr nette Platzwartin. Gute Sanitäranlagen. Unseren Hund durften wir nur außerhalb des Platzes ausführen, damit Zelte und vor allem Kinder die Wiese uneingeschränkt nutzen können - sehr gut!!

Als Dachzelt ohne Strom haben wir mit 2 Personen für eine Nacht 23£ bezahlt. Sanitäranlagen waren sauber und die Platzwartin sehr zuvorkommend. Vom Stellplatz aus hatten wir perfekte Sicht auf die Bucht und das Meer. Gerade zur Abendstunde ein malerischer Ausblick. Die angrenzende Bar lockt mit bodenständigen Preisen zudem hätte man frische Pizza bestellen können. Morgens gibt es frisches Gebäck.

Stayed 1 night. Very nice site, well keep. It has all the facilities you would expect a campsite to have, very good hot showers. £23 for 2 adults and a campervan. Also has a shop, bar and takeout pizzas. Didn't use but people said they were nice. Nice walk to the beach and harbour. Lovely setting and well organised, no over crowding.

camping tellement agréable. un accueil vraiment sympa. une eau chaude dans les douches topissime! accès plage et juste au dessus du camping en remontant la route principale vous verrez de belles vaches higlands! nous n'avons pas eu de vent cette nuit. d'après la propriétaire nous pouvons voir des phoques parfois !!! nous avons apprécié notre nuit ici.

Best place in Scotland so far. Loved the view, friendly owners, great shop with everything you might need and even pizza's. Private entrance to the beach and views from every spot. There is a hike from the site to Tarbet, from where you can take the ferry (10min) to Handa to spot Puffins. We are def coming back here.

Superbe vue également. Nous avons pu faire les services avant de repartir. Il y a également une supérette bon marché et un bar.

Absolut toll. Beste Wäscherei bis jetzt- sauber und günstig. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Endlich konnte ich mal meine Haare anständig Waschen- top Wasserdruck;))

Super Platz. Flächen schön eben und gepflegt. Gute duschen mit ordentlich Druck und Dauer Wasser (nicht ständig drücken). Wifi nur im und ums Haupthaus. Ein Spar und eine nette kleine Bar direkt auf dem Gelände.

A really nice campsite with great facilities that were very clean. We hadn’t booked and turned up on the off chance hoping there would be a space which was no problem. The lady on reception was more than helpful! Beautiful views and a fish and chip van just down that road, perfect!

Great place to stop off at, lovely warm welcome upon arrival. A spot overlooking the bay which was unreal, clean facilities. Highly recommend.

Best camp site I have ever stayed at, upon arrival the manageress was amazingly helpful and polite and showed us around we had an amazing sea view pitch with electric hook up. Site has fantastic clean showers really really great water pressure and heat also not those stupid taps that you have to keep pressing every 5 seconds shop,bar,restaurant/cafe on site aswell opening soon. crystal clear sea

Beautiful scenery and lovely staff. Washing machine not working consistently so don’t rely on it for your laundry. New prices this year, was £17 for one person and a campervan (no EHU - available for an extra £6). No longer a bar/cafe on site and only very basic groceries available in the local shop so come prepared!

Fine campsite with stunning views although we did get the worst spot of them all. Only one water tab a bit away. Very tiny town and the restaurant was unfortunately closed for the season.

Lovely little campsite, very lovely friendly staff, paid £23 for the night no ehu. Washing Machines abit temperamental though but after messaging Revolution Laundry they we’re working again this morning!

An amazing place to stay, with some of the best views of any site we have stayed. Facilities are clean and modern with very hot, powerful shower’s. Lady in reception was great, really friendly and funny. She recommended the local chip van which I would also recommend. Everything was made fresh and in no time at all, it was not greasy and tasted amazing. Definitely worth a visit!!!

Regarding the laundry/ washing machine and tumble dryer (reason we came): - 9kg cost £5 - 20kg cost £10 - tumble drying costs £3 pound per 15 minutes Card payment, detergent is included in the price, pre-wash and softener costs extra. 36 GPB pour 4 avec électricité, plein/vide et vide sanitaires chimiques.. plus que raisonnable. Laverie automatique à carte, vue magnifique et personnel très amical, nous sommes arrivés sans réservation. Seul bémol pour mon fils : pas d'aire de jeux pour enfants.. par contre bon pub et petit resto sympa! Je recommande!

£23 for 1 night, 2 people, 5m camper van with no electric. Showed up on the day with no pre-booking in August and they were able to easily fit us in. This place is really great. Lovely pitches at different levels with a wonderful view of the lochs and lagoon. So many good facilities on site and a lovely restaurant which serves nice food. So many friendly faces and have enjoyed chatting to fellow campers. Very dog friendly and just generally a great vibe. Would highly recommend.

Vue imprenable sur la mer, pré avec des vaches des Highlands juste à côté, sanitaires propres, le personnel est accueillant... La petite laverie automatique fait bien son travail, tout est chouette ici. Attention au vent qui souffle vraiment fort, il peut envoyer valdinguer votre linge par dessus de la falaise, plouf.

Stopped here over night , bit pricey at £30 for 2 adults plus electric but got a lovely spot overlooking the loch and has all the facilities showers , toilets , waste disposal and water so a good place to top everything up

Accueil désagréable, limite impoli malgré notre réservation et le paiement en ligne effectué la veille. Et des sanitaires sales à 18h. En enfin, cela coûte très cher pour dormir ici ! Bref, je ne comprends pas les commentaires élogieux de cet endroit… à éviter si vous avez le choix

Ottimo campeggio con bellissimo panorama e attrezzato con tutti i servizi. Bagni grandi, ben tenuti e puliti. Molto spazio tra un camper/una tenda e l'altro. Staff disponibile. Bar all'entrata che fa da tea room di giorno e pub di sera. Per un camper di 5,4 m e due persone senza elettricità abbiamo pagato £ 26 a notte.

28£ pour une place de parking minable contre un mur collé à d’autres camper… non merci. Demandez le remboursement ou un rabais en lien avec la place. Mais ça ils ne l’admettent pas.

Beautiful place with friendly people, everything is clean! And they even have a grey water place to drive over - I'm fan! Paid 13 euro - one person and one 6 meter campervan, no electricity.

Pulled up on the off chance…so friendly and welcoming! £32 for 1 night, large MH (7.5T) 2 adults, 2 kids, dog & hook up. Views over the bay & Direct walk down to the shore ♥️

Nice site, with a friendly owner. We were given a choice of pitches on the front of the site looking out to sea with fine views of the bay and Handa island in the distance. Toilet block clean and tidy, but cold, so you needed to be quick getting dressed after a shower. Enjoyable stroll to the headland once we had set up.

Fantastic campsite - all facilities you would expect and a great view, located next to a lovely bay. Absolutely spotless Paid £28 for pitch - campervan, three people plus electric. Would definitely recommend

A perfect campsite! fantastic facilities, amazing view, 99% midge free and great value. as per other reviewers we'd planned to stay just 1 night, but extended that to 2. Slept very well with quiet and respectful campers all around. If we ever pass through Scourie again we will be sure to stay, highly recommended. The drive from Scourie to Lairg is stunning also!

Only planned on staying 1 night on a whim but ended up staying for 2. Very peaceful site, great facilities (£2 for a ~20 washing machine run, £1 per 20 mins for the tumble drier). Showers are a bit on the powerful side but certainly did the job. We payed £20 per night for 2 adults without electric (Electric an extra £4 per night). Will 100% be staying again soon.

Absolutely awesome campsite. The lovely lady who ran it was amazing! Amazing views, facilities were clean and takeaway on site! Definitely recommend!

Stunning little campsite. Lovely walk round the headland with view to the old man of stoer on a clear day. Amazing beach and rock pooling for the kids (3 &6 years). Pub onsite doing draft beer. No tents at the moment and no shower facilities open due to Covid but paid £20 for our 7.5m camper van with elec hook up and to empty waste and fill up with water. Helpful staff.

Posiblemente de los mejores camping de Escocia. Situación perfecta con vistas al mar y montaña. Servicios sanitarios nuevos y muy limpios. Lavadora y secadora con monedas pero muy bien. Todo perfecto.

Belle vue sur la baie. Cela vaut la peine de téléphoner pour demander une place, même s’ils ne prennent pas de réservation ; ils tiennent une sorte de « liste des priorités ». Possibilité de faire une vidange en passant pour 10£.

Tolle Aussicht, sehr nette Besitzer. Man kann im Pub/Café nebenan auch was essen bzw Essen mitnehmen. Sanitäranlage ist einfach aber völlig okay.

A great site. One of the best. Relaxed, lovely terraced layout of pitches. Great views and reasonably priced. I paid £9 for camper, 1 adult and a dog. I did not bother with electric.
