A wonderful place, and above all, a wonderful host. I planned to stay one night and ended up staying five. The hike to the Blue Eye is amazing, but the whole area invites walks and reflection in front of stunning landscapes. There’s electricity, hot water in a simple and clean shower, and plenty of peace and quiet. Highly recommended.
wat een heerlijke plek! ideaal om te wandelen naar blue eye. We hebben heerlijk rustig geslapen. gisteren kwam de vader van Frank een kampvuur voor ons maken en kwam er gezellig bij zitten. met behulp van Google translate een leuke tijd gehad. wat een ontzettend gastvrij adres. Een aanrader!
schöne, ebene wiese zum schlafen & perfekter ausgangspunkt für‘s blue eye. wenn mehrere busse da sind, ist ein klo/eine dusche aber leider zu wenig, da beides in einem raum ist. haben 10€ zu zweit gezahlt :)
Franc is super friendly guy who runs also the Bar next to the camp. He was very welcoming and we enjoyed the stay. Shower was warm and we were also able to make a small fire. Thank you, Franc and next time in Theth we know where to go!

Gut für die Wanderung zum Blue eye. Warme Dusche. Sehr ruhig und idyllisch auf einer Wiese mit Sichtschutz. Es hat auch geregnet als wir da waren, war aber kein Problem abzufahren.

Campingplatz nahe des Blue eyes und mehrere andere Wanderung. Sehr schön dort, super ruhig und super Lage umgeben von wunderschönen Bergen und allem voran ist Franc ein super Gastgeber mit viel Herz, genau so wie seine Mutter. Unvergessliche Zeit dort verbracht. Wir kommen wieder:)
Franc is een super host! De camping is mooi en vlak. De wandeling naar Blue Eye is vanaf te camping te doen, totaal 2 uur heen en terug. Let op, het camping veld is niet te zien vanaf de weg. Rij bij het bord van de camping naar binnen en dan is het veld links om de hoek. Sanitair is simpel en schoon, water is drinkbaar en komt zo uit de bergen. Top locatie!
Ik kan me aansluiten bij al mijn voorgangers, een geweldige host (Franc), waardoor je verblijf waarschijnlijk langer gaat duren dan gepland. De camping is het meest dicht bij de Blue Eye, ongeveer een half uur lopen, maar je kunt op 200 meter ook al een duik in de rivier nemen.
Prachtige plek, bij het startpunt voor de wandeling naar blue eye. Ook de wandeling naar de mooie waterval (4,6 km) kan je vanuit hier doen. Camping en dit gebied, staat nog in de kinderschoenen, maar dat maakt het juist ook zo leuk, sanitair is simpel, maar het werkt. Franc ( en zijn ouders, die er nu ook waren) zijn ontzettend aardig, behulpzaam en werken keihard. Water is drinkbaar.
Frank ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber und spricht gut Englisch und italienisch. Er ist sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht, dass man sich wohl fühlt. Man steht auf einer grossen Wiese. WC einfach, aber sauber. Es ist ruhig und der Ort ist ein guter Ausgangspnkt für blue eye. Wir waren am 14.6. dort
Auch von mir 5 Sterne. Ein junges Start Up wie so vieles hier in der schönen Natur. Es gibt noch Kinderkrankheiten wie keinen Spiegel in der Dusche, Toiletten Papier usw. Aber Franc ist wahnsinnig nett und zuvorkommend. Stellplatz ruhig und gerade. Und nur das zählt.
Fabulous place. We ended up staying an extra night it is so peaceful and beautiful. Frank is friendly and helpful. Shower and loo are clean and hot! Internet is patchy.
Super schöner Platz nah an der Straße, aber trotzdem geschützt. Toller Ausblick, saubere Sanitäranlagen, heißes Wasser. Perfekter Startpunkt für die Wanderung. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und der Preis günstig. Wir blieben spontan eine Nacht länger mit unserem 10t LKW Camper (also auch für größere Fahrzeuge geeignet).
Toller Platz direkt am Blue Eye Startpunkt für 5€. Der Besitzer ist super freundlich und tut alles, für einen guten Aufenthalt. Dusche, WC und Frischwasser vorhanden. Waren ganz alleine. Gerne wieder-danke!
Camp v nádherném prostředí národního parku, ideální výchozí bod k Blue Eye. Majitel Franc je velmi pozorný hostitel, kemp je prostý ale účelný. WC a teplá sprcha.
Wunderschöner Platz mit sehr fairem Preis. Franc ist ein sehr netter und Hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl und sicher. Die Natur ist natürlich auch sehr beeindruckend. ACHTUNG: die Koordinaten bei Google sind nicht richtig. Auf der Parc for Night Karte stimmen sie aber.
Toller Platz ggü. des Tabakladens. Guter Startpunkt für die Wanderung zum Blue Eye. Die Wiese ist von der Straße aus nicht sichtbar. Nachts sehr ruhig. Einfache, saubere Sanitäranlage vorhanden. Franc, der Chef, ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Man merkt ihm an, dass ihm die Zufriedenheit seiner Gäste wichtig ist.
Nice place, at the start of the hike to blue eye. Franc is a friendly and helpful guy. He made an access to the beautiful grassfield but we stayed near the fence, because we were not sure if our heavy camper could exit again. For a van it should be okay. Services are primitive but all okay. Also suitable for tents. Almost missed it, but it belongs to the tabacco shop with the big parasol
Excellent spot to stay for as long as you want. I stayed two nights with quiet, restful sleep and early quiet rise. There are toilet facilities onsite. Franc is a great bloke with a shop with all you need and WiFi. Walking distance to Blue Eye. Great value at 5 euro a night. Restaurants are Two minutes, away serving good food. Highly recommend.
