Nice place next to a busy park. Visiting the Aral sea museum (300 tenge = 0.5 EUR) is definitely worth it. At night there were a lot of black horse flies. They got into my van through tiny ventilation spaces in the beams of my van (never had this problem before) and were super annoying.
