Too expensive without toilet facilities

A good little park up for the night. very quiet had a peaceful night and only a short walk into the town which was a nice one. would recommend eating at the torrent pub...food was great.

£15 a night to park in a Carpark of an abandoned building. No bins or toilets. Absolute ripoff.

no one here on the spot. felt not comfy to stay for the night and moved on. visited the website but for over 7m long seemed no space good enough

It looks like a really nice town but the aire is unsuitable except for small motorhomes. Most of the spaces are for a maximum of 6.5mtrs with hardly any space in between. It's all tarmac, sloping with no grass anywhere. We didn't stay.

Good location - lovely town with cycle track close by. Good working services. We had trouble with the website for booking and emailed for help. When choosing the pitch don't choose surface (hard standing/grass etc) or it shows none available. We helped a German man to book, as it wasn't allowing him to register. Very tight pitches and slightly sloping - few for long vans

Excellent facilities provided here. All the facilities were clearly marked and working. Had a quiet night's stay.

Stayed here couple of weeks ago mid week. Excellent facilities. I was in VW camper just one other motorhome here. Very quiet night. Coop nearby opens at 7am. Would definitely stop here again. Booking in simple with QR code. Nice long water hose to fill up fresh water.

Please pay before parking in a bay as some are already reserved and paid online beforehand. Great Aire, close to mawdach trail for cycling walking. Will definitely be back.

5 bays available up to 8m in length. Book online. Make sure you put in your correct vehicle and add on’s length as your bay is specific to you. Great stopover, 5 mins from small town with a variety of small local shops, pubs, takeaways and restaurants. All facilities available and used. Well worth supporting these spaces.

Fantastic little spot, grey waste, toilet waste and fresh water facilities, very peaceful and feels safe. Little patch of grass as you drive in so good to be able to let the dogs have a wee before bed, well done to the local council!

Great little stop on the edge of town, with water and black and grey waste disposal. Short walk into town where you’ll find great pubs and places to eat. Easy to book online and wish more places like this, no issues with road noise on a Saturday night. Thank you Dolgellau Council

Firstly, thanks to the council for making/allowing this to exist. The site is small but tidy (no bins so take own waste). Looks like 8 spaces (maybe noted as 5 for legal reasons). Large MHs may find a little tight to manoeuvre if bays occupied. Good water access / waste drain. Chemical waste point clean. EE 4g. Only dropped a star as road noise is a little intrusive / no off season reduction.

Fantastic place - more like this please!! Soooo quiet overnight, we only heard the owls. Near to the lovely town which had plenty of cafes, bakeries, pubs and restaurants and a couple of shops. Two long bays at the far end (bays 4 &5) suitable for 8m units. Drive over waste!!

Great place! Very close to town with pubs and restaurants. Easy to pay via the bar codes. Wales and the rest of the country need more of these Aires. Well done Dolgellau.

Just pulled up here on our honeymoon adventure. Exactly as described, grey water and black water with drinking water refill. Great facility, the country needs more of these.

excellent facility where there is otherwise a sad paucity of them in Wales. encourage councils to provide more of these, and please pay for their use using the App - it is very easy to use and you can select either an overnight stay or just use of the facilities - the qr codes are everywhere on the site so there are no excuses. there is cctv monitoring to make sure you pay

Spaces for 2 x 8m units, 2 x 6.36m, 1 x 5m. All the QR codes link to AIRESTOP web site - please use it. Chocks are useful for those without lifters. Toilets at local sports centre, cafes, pubs or public toilet at Marian Mawr park.

Used this waste disposal could t find a QR code anywhere to pay. No lock on the lid so we just used it

We were spending a few days around the Mach Loop, and this site came in handy. Called in on 09/10/24 to empty the waste water, toilet, and to top up with fresh water. Can't complain at paying £5 for using these facilities. Then stopped for the night on 11/10/24. £14.80 for the night and again use of the waste and water facilities. Quiet despite being a short walk from the town centre.
