moved here after seeing brown stones quarry is no overnight camping. seemed like a good spot that I had to myself. the quarry seemed to keep it quiet. however, after I found a level-ish spot at the top, a car pulled in and sat there idling with it's lights off. after a while it left and another 4x4 came in and did the same. I felt uncomfortable on my own. may be possible d*gging spot so be warned
What a wonderful spot - amazing scenery and the only thing we heard during the night was bird calls. Cars arrived in the morning to walk dogs etc but was after we were already awake. Two other vans stayed over the same time as us and there was more than enough space. Wonderful spot!
