Parking plat avec plusieurs sections différentes. Section médiane gratuite. Disque de stationnement dans la section d'entrée et recharge électrique. Parking payant de courte durée du dernier tronçon (max 3 heures). Parking en partie de l'école de musique Beethoven. C'est très occupé toute la semaine. Il faudra peut-être attendre un espace car il n'y en a que 5 environ qui conviennent à des fins de surplomb sur le côté droit.
Il faut ensuite 15 minutes à pied jusqu'à la gare de Mödling. Plusieurs trains se dirigent ensuite vers la gare principale de Vienne. (Hbf). 20 à 30 mn. Puis ligne de métro U1 jusqu'à Stephensplatz.
Le plus simple est d'acheter un billet en ligne avec l'application OBB Scotty. (5€ aller simple incluant train et métro).
Mödling elle-même est également une belle ville avec de nombreux restaurants et bars. C'est à 5 minutes à pied. Et la piscine publique est à 5 minutes dans l'autre sens.
Les habitants sont tous très accueillants mais nous nous étions assurés d'être garés sans aucune obstruction.

Partly Beethoven music school car park. It's very busy through the week. May have to wait for a space as there are only 5 or so that are suitable for overhang purposes on the right hand side.
It's then a 15 minute walk to the Mödling train station. Several trains then direct into Vienna main train station. (Hbf). 20 to 30 mins. Then U1 underground line to Stephensplatz.

Mödling itself is also a beautiful town with many restaurants and bars. It's a 5 mins walk. And the public swimming pool is 5 mins other direction.
Locals all very welcoming but we had ensured we were parked causing no obstruction.
Flacher Parkplatz mit mehreren verschiedenen Abschnitten. Mittlerer Abschnitt kostenlos. Eingangsabschnitt mit Parkscheibe und Elektroladestation. Letzter Abschnitt mit gebührenpflichtigem Kurzzeitparken (max. 3 Stunden). Teilweise Parkplatz der Beethoven-Musikschule. Unter der Woche sehr voll. Möglicherweise muss man auf einen Platz warten, da es auf der rechten Seite nur etwa 5 gibt, die sich zum Überhängen eignen.
Dann sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof Mödling. Mehrere Züge fahren dann direkt zum Wiener Hauptbahnhof (Hbf). 20 bis 30 Minuten. Dann U-Bahnlinie U1 zum Stephansplatz.

Mödling selbst ist auch eine schöne Stadt mit vielen Restaurants und Bars. Es ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Und das öffentliche Schwimmbad ist 5 Minuten in die andere Richtung.
Die Einheimischen sind alle sehr gastfreundlich, aber wir hatten darauf geachtet, so zu parken, dass wir keine Behinderung verursachten.

Ci siamo fermati una notte. Arrivati tardo pomeriggio non c’erano molte auto. Vicinissimo al centro e molto tranquillo e sicuro di notte. Nei giorni lavorativi sembra sia molto affollato e per i camper grandi ci può essere qualche difficoltà.
