The instructions are only in serbian, but it's all very straightforward. You'll need enough change to get tokens for the machines to work (200-1000 dinar notes). No detergent needed as this is already included. You can briefly park at the bus stop in front of the laundromat to drop off and pick up the laundry and the person who's going to do the laundry.
Very pleasant owner, speaking english. Machines are new. You should have 200 or 1000 dinara for tokens. If the owner is on the place, ask him for change
