in the offseason this is a place for kids drop to school, thus dont park near the ring, but park on the entry street before the final turn. also in the evening the street is empty but in the morning and during the working day in offseason you probably wont find places. the level is not ideal, but we slept quite ok, taking in mind there are no other places around :)
