Casa Palmera propose quatre emplacements tout équipés, avec surfaces stabilisées et gravillonnées. Deux d'entre eux sont adaptés aux camping-cars jusqu'à 9 mètres et aux caravanes à un ou deux essieux équipées d'un treuil électrique. Les deux autres emplacements conviennent aux camping-cars jusqu'à 7,5 mètres. L'accès se fait par la route principale goudronnée et une allée privée en béton de 30 mètres. L'accès se fait par un portail électrique de 3 mètres de large ; le stationnement en marche arrière avec guidage est recommandé. Il y a suffisamment d'espace pour les véhicules tractés, les motos et un auvent. Les sanitaires comprennent une salle d'eau commune aux quatre emplacements, avec lavabo, WC, douche à l'italienne, évier et lave-linge. Des étendoirs et des cordes à linge sont fournis. Chaque emplacement dispose d'un robinet d'eau froide courante et une station de vidange des eaux grises se trouve à quelques mètres. Des poubelles sont prévues pour les ordures ménagères et le recyclage.

Aucun produit chimique n'est accepté, sauf s'il est compatible avec une fosse septique.

Nous disposons d'une superbe piscine partagée par les clients séjournant dans les deux appartements et par ceux séjournant dans la maison. Vous trouverez un espace détente/lecture/salon confortable avec toutes les chaînes européennes, britanniques et sportives, ainsi qu'une table à manger. Nous acceptons les séjours longue durée et les emplacements saisonniers. Un préavis de 24 heures est requis pour toute réservation. La région offre des paysages montagneux magnifiques et spectaculaires. Le bar le plus proche, proposant des tapas espagnoles typiques, est à seulement 5 minutes en voiture ou 30 minutes à pied. Un service de taxi est disponible localement pour vous emmener au bar du coin ou en ville pour 15 €. Pizarra est la ville espagnole la plus proche ; de là, vous pouvez prendre le train pour le Caminito del Rey ou pour Malaga. C'est l'endroit idéal pour explorer la magnifique région d'Andalousie. La plage la plus proche est à seulement 25 minutes ! Ronda est à 40 minutes et Mijas à 30 minutes. Casa Palmera offers four fully serviced pitches, with hard/soft surfaces (gravel). Two of these are suitable for motorhomes up to 9 metres and single or twin axle caravans with powered winches. And two are suitable for motorhomes up to 7.5 metres. Access is via the main tarmac road and a private concrete drive for 30 metres. Access is via 3 metre wide electric gates and guided reverse parking is recommended. Plenty of space for towed cars/bikes and awning. Facilities include a wet room used by all 4 pitches, which includes a sink and toilet, walk-in shower, sink for washing up etc and a washing machine. Washing lines and airers are provided for drying. Each pitch has a tap with cold running water and a grey waste disposal is a few metres away. Bins are provided for household waste and recycling.
NO CHEMICALS are accepted unless suitable for use with a septic tank.
We have a fantastic swimming pool which is shared by guests staying in the two apartments and by guests staying in the house with us. There is a soft chill out/reading/lounge area with all European, UK and Sports channels and a dining table. We can consider long term stays and seasonal pitches. We require 24 hours notice when booking. The area offers stunning and dramatic mountains and is only a 5 minute drive or half hour walk to the nearest bar offering typical Spanish tapas. A taxi service is available locally if you fancy a drink and they will take you to the local bar or into town for €15. Pizarra is our nearest Spanish town and from there you can catch the train to the Caminito del Rey or to Malaga city. It really is the perfect location to explore the beautiful region of Andalucia. And only 25 minutes to the nearest beach!! 40 minutes to Ronda, 30 minutes to Mijas. If you wish to meet guests arriving by plane, they can opt for one of the two apartments and the airport is only 25 minutes away.

Casa Palmera bietet vier voll ausgestattete Stellplätze mit befestigtem und unbefestigtem Untergrund (Kies). Die anderen beiden Stellplätze sind für Wohnmobile bis zu 7,5 Metern Länge geeignet. Die Zufahrt erfolgt über die asphaltierte Hauptstraße und eine 30 Meter lange private Betonauffahrt. Die Einfahrt erfolgt über ein 3 Meter breites elektrisches Tor. Rückwärtsparken mit Einparkhilfe wird empfohlen. Es gibt ausreichend Platz für Anhänger, Fahrräder und Vorzelte. Zur Ausstattung gehört ein von allen vier Stellplätzen genutztes Badezimmer mit Waschbecken, WC, ebenerdiger Dusche, Spülbecken und Waschmaschine. Wäscheleinen und Wäscheständer sind vorhanden. Jeder Stellplatz verfügt über einen Kaltwasseranschluss. Eine Entsorgungsstation für Grauwasser befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mülltonnen für Hausmüll und Wertstoffe stehen bereit.

Chemikalien sind nur erlaubt, wenn sie für die Verwendung mit einer Klärgrube geeignet sind.

Dos de ellas son aptas para autocaravanas de hasta 9 metros y caravanas de uno o dos ejes con cabrestante eléctrico. Y dos son aptas para autocaravanas de hasta 7,5 metros. Se accede por la carretera principal asfaltada y un camino privado de hormigón de 30 metros. El acceso se realiza a través de puertas eléctricas de 3 metros de ancho y se recomienda aparcar marcha atrás con guía. Hay mucho espacio para coches/motos remolcados y toldos. Las instalaciones incluyen un baño compartido con lavabo e inodoro, ducha a ras de suelo, fregadero, etc., y lavadora. Se proporcionan tendederos y tendederos para secar la ropa. Casa Palmera offre quattro piazzole completamente attrezzate, con superfici dure/morbide (ghiaia). Casa Palmera biedt vier volledig uitgeruste staanplaatsen met een verharde/verzachte ondergrond (grind). Twee staanplaatsen zijn geschikt voor campers tot 9 meter en caravans met een enkele of dubbele as en een elektrische lier. Twee staanplaatsen zijn geschikt voor campers tot 7,5 meter. De toegang is via de geasfalteerde hoofdweg en een eigen betonnen oprit van 30 meter. De toegang is via een 3 meter brede elektrische poort en achteruit inparkeren wordt aanbevolen. Er is voldoende ruimte voor getrokken auto's/fietsen en luifels. De faciliteiten omvatten een gedeelde badkamer met wastafel en toilet, inloopdouche, afwasbak etc. en een wasmachine. Waslijnen en droogrekken zijn aanwezig. Elke staanplaats heeft een kraan met koud stromend water en een grijswaterafvoer bevindt zich op een paar meter afstand. Er zijn afvalbakken voor huishoudelijk afval en recycling.

We hebben een fantastisch zwembad dat gedeeld wordt door gasten die in de twee appartementen verblijven en door gasten die bij ons in het huis verblijven. Er is een comfortabele lounge/leeshoek met alle Europese, Britse en sportzenders en een eettafel. We kunnen langere verblijven en seizoensplaatsen overwegen. We vragen u om 24 uur van tevoren te reserveren. De omgeving biedt prachtige, indrukwekkende bergen en ligt op slechts 5 minuten rijden of een half uur lopen van de dichtstbijzijnde bar met typisch Spaanse tapas. Er is een taxidienst beschikbaar voor een drankje; zij brengen u voor €15 naar de bar of het centrum. Pizarra is de dichtstbijzijnde Spaanse stad en van daaruit kunt u de trein nemen naar de Caminito del Rey of naar Málaga. Het is echt de perfecte locatie om de prachtige regio Andalusië te verkennen.
