Great spot close to Ondaretta and free overnight during weekends. If you park on Odarain Kalea on the buildings side of the road there is room for a van of 6m+ as the pavement is very wide so you won't impede anyone. DO NOT park in front of the red brick building though as some kind of compressor and extractor fan goes off all night.
Parcheggio a 10/15 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Durante il giorno é a pagamento ad una cifra veramente irrisoria, la notte è gratis dalle 20 alle 9 del mattino. Abbiamo dormito una notte e non abbiamo avuto problemi. Non sarà bellissimo come spot ma è davvero comodo, consiglio!
Idoneo per visitare la città, non carino per passarci la notte. !!! Fare biglietto di parcheggio costa pochissimo ma i controlli vengono continuamente eseguiti.
We camped further down under the trees closer to Campus Bar. No problem at all, you have to pay till 20:00pm but weekends are free. Police came twice checked our ticket and thats it. Dont pack out! Lots of big garbage disposals. Coffees, bars, beach nearby.

Hi there Gary from the UK I camped here for 1 night 16/12/24. I would only recommend staying here for the day. Postives Pretty safe and close to the beach as highlighted Negatives- The road is used as a rat run from 6am to 10am. 3pm to 9pm. So if you have a very well sound insulated Van. Great... The traffic is relentless and i moved the following day.
It was a fine spot, I put my van in front of the uni where there is also a camera hanging. Felt a bit safer. The spot is a little loud with the cars and students in the morning/night but that’s logic because of the location.
Nous avons séjourné à cet endroit durant une nuit (du dimanche au lundi) avec notre van. L'endroit est sur, pas de vol à déclarer, quelques véhicules passent sur le matin mais rien de bien perturbant pour le sommeil. Plutôt un bon spot, calme à côté d'une fac.
Si Van c’est ok, mais « interdit » au camping car, en tout cas interdit de dépasser sur le trottoir et sur la route, donc camping car de 6m c’est non. On s’est pris une amende par des policiers désagréable sans effort pour nous proposer un autre lieu de stationnement. Nous ne sommes pas les bienvenu dans cette ville!!! À fuir!
Direkt gegenüber eines Unigebäudes mit Zugang zu Toiletten. Haben eine Nacht hier ohne Probleme gestanden. Gebührenpflichtig von 9-19 Uhr. In 10min Fußweg zum Strand. Straße ist tagsüber mittelmäßig frequentiert.
Habe hier heute über mehrere Stunden geparkt. Wirkte sehr sicher und es gab auch keinen Einbruch etc. Lage ist gut und nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. :)
AVISO !!! En esta zona hay que pagar tarifa ordinaria boton azul !!! , no confundir con tarifa 2 (vehículos industriales y empresas) que el botón es verde. Solo se paga por el día en ciertas horas. Paso continuo de coches
Zona Azul cerca del antiguo Campus Universitario de Donostia. De pago de 8:00 a 20:00. Por la noche gratis. Zona tranquila para pasar la noche y a 10' de la playa de Ondarreta.
Arrivés vers 13h nous nous y sommes garés pour l'après-midi. Pas loin du funiculaire et de la plage. 1,60€ .
Parfait pour passer la nuit. Un peu passant, beaucoup de voitures, mais sympathique
Sábado noche bastante ruidoso, gente joven de fiesta y mucho tráfico
Used to be a great spot by the uni but it looks as if it's been re-zoned and might be prohibited now. But my Spanish isn't great so definitely double check!
