Campeggio molto spartano ma per una notte di passaggio va benissimo. Le piazzole restano abbastanza asciutte anche con la pioggia. La signora con cui abbiamo parlato e che ci ha dato le istruzioni è stata molto gentile. Cani ammessi.

Vorab:Unser erster offizieller Campingplatz. Wir musst sowieso Schwarzwasser los werden und Frischwasser auffüllen, daher bot es sich preislich an. Die Duschen und Toiletten waren sehr sauber! Wir sind nur auf nette Leute getroffen. Es gibt keinen Check-In wenn man ankommt: wer ein Pitch mit Strom gemietet hat, sieht seinen Name vorn am Bord neben seinem Pitch, ansonsten frei Wahl auf der Wiese.
I camped at Stow Rugby Club in my VW bus and was really impressed. No reception queues – just book on Pitchup and check site rules in the lobby. Facilities are far above the price: clean toilets, hot showers, and washing-up sinks. The slope is manageable with careful parking. Clubhouse bar prices beat local pubs, and the 24/7 coffee machine is a great touch. Scenic, tidy, and excellent value.
Platz ist sehr uneben. Für eine Nacht aber in Ordnung.
10 Stellplätze mit Strom, einigermassen eben, der Rest ist eine große ziemlich schiefe Wiese. Toiletten okay, Duschen unbefriedigend, aber gratis. 25 £ für 2 Personen ohne Strom sind für diesen Platz recht viel! Buchung und Bezahlung nur über pitchup.com!!
Showers are open with each other no cubicles and dirty. Not great if wanna walk stow on the wold. £28 a night bit of a rip off
Great site near to Stow on the Wold. 5 hard standings the remaining 10 against the back of a sloping field. 10 minutes walk through the back field to a great pub or short bus ride into Stow. not possible to walk up the road as no pavement. clubhouse open at weekends out if season when we were there. Toilets and showers in mobile portacabins but surprisingly efficient. Great views and free rugby.
Es un camping pequeño y acogedor, nos dejaron vaciar aguas gratis porque la recepción ya estaba cerrada. Majísimos! Hacen unas pizzas buenísimas.
