Petit nombre de caravanes résidentielles à plein temps également sur place.
Little gem of a campsite in the old orchard at the rear of the garden centre. Check in is with the Staff at the Phillimore Garden Centre (not the Camping Shop as per the title - call them to book) who will take a deposit for a gate that is closed overnight. Large pitches, EHU included. Shower and toilet block dated but functional. Waste and Recycling bins, chemical toilet disposal point and fresh water all available. Small number of full time residential caravans also on site.
Kleines Juwel von einem Campingplatz im alten Obstgarten hinter dem Gartencenter. Der Check-in erfolgt beim Personal des Gartencenters, das eine Kaution für ein über Nacht geschlossenes Tor erhebt. Große Stellplätze, EHU inklusive. Dusch- und Toilettenblock veraltet, aber funktionsfähig. Abfall- und Recyclingbehälter, Entsorgungsstelle für Chemietoiletten und Frischwasser sind vorhanden. Vor Ort gibt es auch eine kleine Anzahl von Vollzeit-Wohnwagen.

El check-in se realiza con el personal del centro de jardinería, quien cobrará un depósito por la puerta cerrada por la noche. Parcelas amplias, incluida EHU. Bloque de ducha y sanitario antiguo pero funcional. Contenedores de basura y reciclaje, punto de disposición de sanitarios químicos y agua dulce disponible. También hay un pequeño número de caravanas residenciales permanentes en el lugar.

A lovely, quiet, pretty grassed area set amongst fruit trees. Friendly staff, and a café at the garden centre where you pay (cash only). Toilets and showers are basic but water is warm - much appreciated as my water heater was playing up. Washing machine (£4 uses £2 coins), dryer (uses £1). Electricity included which was great. Adults only site due to some full-time residents - nice and peaceful.

Hallo, well what a surprise! The camping area is at the back of the garden center. The camping areas are boarded from fruit trees. Its loverly, its quiet and not far from Royston. In the garden center is a cafe were you can also get good meals. The tiolets and showers are not that good but all wohnmobils have them on board. Have fun I certainly will when I come again. Stellplatz sehr schön. Sanitäre Einrichtungen nur 1☆,da nicht nur uralt sondern schmutzig und verschimmelt. Wenn man autark ist alles super. Früchte umsonst zum pflücken. Leider alle Bereiche drum herum Müllhalde. Straße recht laut und 24 h befahren. Haben 18£ pro Nacht inkl. Strom bezahlt.
Stellplatz inmitten einer versteckten Obstwiese, die vom Gartencenter nicht zu sehen ist. Reife Pflaumen und Brombeeren zum Pflücken... herrlich! Strom ist in den 16 Pund inklusive. Sehr zu empfehlen!
Een prachtige plek met ruime plaatsen. Bomen vol met fruit wat ik mocht plukken. Heb heerlijk vlierbessensap gemaakt! Met de bus 26 (35 min) of de fiets ( 55 minuten)naar Cambridge. Met de camper mag je niet parkeren op de park& ride. FitzWilliam museum bezocht. Zéér de moeite waard!Sanitair van de camping vond ik te vies, heb ik niet gebruikt.
Had a great stay! £16 for a large pitch, all-in. Adults only though! 4 toilets/4 showers and washing machine and dryer available for extra. Facilities are basic and pretty old and moldy but clean. Grounds are a tidy chaos! Went berry-picking and if you’re lucky the apples and plums are in season. Ask for a pitch in the garden center, pay cash only!
wat een vibe! een verstopte parel! wij hebben een waanzinnig fijne dagen gehad, het personeel is vriendelijk, super gastvrij en denkt erg graag mee. sanitair is oud maar is schoon en functioneel! nogmaals bedankt voor de persoonlijke aandacht en fijne tijd! de plaatsen zijn super ruim en voorzien van stroom. 16 pond all in is het dubbel en dwars waard!
Melden bij tuincentrum. Vriendelijke, hulpvaardige ontvangst. Sanitair erg verouderd. Mooie ruime plekken in boomgaard. Prima camping voor bezoek Cambridge. Dan camper op Park&Ride Trumptington en met pendelbus naar stad.Fijne pub vlakbij met ook erg goed eten.
Absolute paradise being parked up in an orchard with the sound of birdsong. Total silence apart from an occasional train passing but at distance. Thank you to the owner for providing this facility. Site residents very friendly too.

Large camping spots in an orchard. Showers, toilets, and a dishwashing room. Friendly staff. The garden center offers all-day breakfasts. I definitely recommend it. It's a short distance to the train station with connections to London or Cambridge.

Fantastische plek op doorreis of voor een langer verblijf. Ligt aan een zijweg van de A10 tussen Royston en Cambridge. Melden bij tuincentrum Vriendelijke behulpzame eigenaar.

Such lovely staff at the garden centre. Checking in was really easy asked at the customer service desk about the site. I phoned them before to check availability and they took my details. Got to site the next day before 5pm closing to take £20 deposit for gate key then they show you the site. Myself and partner have stayed over weekend Fri to Sun and the pitches are lovely with EHU included ♥️
Nous y étions hier soir à 18h30, c'était fermé avec un cadenas. Nous sommes allés au Meads farm quelques miles plus loin, c'était très bien pour 24 livres.
arrived around 5.30 pm accessed through the gate it was shut but not locked installed our campervan and had a peaceful night except for the traffic noise of the a10 the garden centre is open between 9 and 5. you can pay for your stay there. the name of the garden centre is Phillimore when you fill in the postal code from this app in Google maps, it will direct you there.
Schöne Stellplätze zwischen den Obstbäumen. Alles da was man braucht. Etwas versteckt hinter dem Gartencenter. Pub gleich in der Nähe. Würden wiederkommen :-)
