A good place to start a tour, no service but comfortable and had a good night's sleep.

Idéal pour passer la nuit, avant de partir pour le Camino del Rey, la navette est à 5' ça monte. Pour ceux qui n'ont pas leur billet en ligne, pas la peine de courir l'ouverture de la vente est à 9h45 mais on paye une visite guidée même si on le fait en solo, mais on vous donne un casque et une résille. Et de toute manière avec ou sans ticket on fait la queue.... alors patience...

parking très calme, en janvier nous étions 5 v car , venir par Ardales car la route par Antequera est étroite. le bus est à 100 m pour rejoindre le départ du caminito del rey.

Parking plat gratuit. Idéalement situé pour le départ du Caminito. Très difficile d'accès en venant du sud (par Alora). Accéder par Ardales. La nuit a finalement été calme malgré un sentiment d'insécurité le soir.

Had a great first night here, quiet and other friendly campers around. Great for dogs (not in caterpillar season) and some beautiful hikes around. On my second night however (a Friday) a group of campers came playing loud music till late. I ended up driving off to get a good nights sleep elsewhere. Maybe a spot better for midweek rather than the weekend

Perfekter Übernachtungsplatz für den Besuch des Caminito del Rey. 10 Minuten zu Fuss bergauf zum Shuttlebus (der fährt direkt am Bahnhof). Wir standen ruhig unter Bäumen und ohne Störungen. Am besten abends kommen, wenn die meisten Besucher schon wieder weg sind.

Platz mit viel Schatten. Übernachtung kein Problem. Die Gemeinde hat diverse Schlaglöcher repariert. Leider ziemlich vermüllt. Restaurant, Bahnhof und Busshuttle zum Caminito del Rey in 300 m Entfernung (Berg hoch). Hörbares aber kaum störendes Brummgeräusch vom Wasserkraftwerk im See.

parcheggio gratuito, ampio e al riparo dal caldo andaluso (30 gradi ad ttombre) offre ombra e un posto tranquillo per la notte. Non ci sono né servizi né cestini per i rifiuti cosa che purtroppo non ferma le persone dal disseminare immondizia in giro

Nuit au top pas de bruit, il est préférable d'arrivée en fin de journée pour avoir les meilleures places. Idéal pour faire le caminito del rey. Départ de la gare El chorro à 300m de l'aire camping-car, 1er bus à 7h40 précise 2,50€/personne environ 25' de trajet, puis prendre le circuit pedestre 1,5km 30' pour rejoindre le départ. La fin du caminito del rey à 300m de l'aire camping-car.

Buon parcheggio tranquillo senza servizi. il telefono prende poca linea, ma comodo sia per passeggiare e passare giorni tranquilli sia per arrivare all'accesso del Camino de rey

Autocaravana 7,5m, 2 adultos, pernoita. Espaço grande, bons acessos, sombra das árvores e vista rio/barragem, sem serviços. Dia: Alguns carros estacionam para irem fazer o Caminito del Rey. Apesar disso mantém-se calmo e com bastante espaço disponível. Noite: Super sossegado, seguro e algumas caravanas no local.

Very nice isolated location. No camping amenities. It is basically an overflow parking lot with lots of shading. Walking distance from the Caminito del Rey bus spot and a hotel/restaurant. We spent two days and visited the restaurant a couple times and the Caminito. Free.

Buen sitio para dormir. Tranquilo, con bastante espacio y sombra. Fuimos a dormir para hacer el Caminito del rey y está a 7 minutos caminando del hotel del punto de salida (si haces la ruta guiada). Habia más carabanas y furgonetas y se estaba genial. Muy recomendable.

Super kostenloser Platz zum übernachten WC gibt es oben im Hotel. guter Ausgangspunkt für Caminito Del Rey. Wir hatten eine ruhige Nacht. Schade, dass die Leute ihren Müll nicht oben in den Mülltonnen ordentlich entsorgen können.

Bel emplacement à l'ombre, au bord du lac. Calme, de la place, terrain plat. A 4min de marche des départs en bus à Caminito del Rey. Pour le retour, quelques minutes de marche suffisent pour arriver à l'emplacement. Aucune commodité, magasin à proximité. Route très très peu large et fortement frequentée par les bus réalisant les navettes pour Caminito del Rey (de 9h à 20h).

Endroit très calme dans la nature. Nous étions garés au fond du parking face au plan d'eau, endroit plat et propre. Nous y sommes restés 1 nuit. Il y avait d’autres personnes mais l’endroit est assez grand.

Schöner z.T. Schattiger Platz am See. Auch mit großem WoMo kein Problem. An einigen Plätzen braucht man Keile, ansonsten alles OK. 5 Sterne, wenn die Besucher ihren Dreck mitnehmen würden. Der Weg zum Caminotto Del Rey (Ausgang) lohnt sich. Es gibt nach der kleinen Kapelle viele Infos mit Bildern. Sehr informativ.

Parking gratuit en terre. Nous y avons passé la nuit. Tout est calme et agréable. En 10 minutes à pieds nous avons rejoint la gare de El Chorro.

un endroit comme on les aime, nature, lac et calme. Nous étions garés au fond du parking face au plan d'eau, endroit plat, et près du sentier pour aller au bus navette du camilito. Belle randonnée malgré beaucoup de vent, beaux paysages. Nous y sommes restés 3 nuits et avons fait d'autres randos au départ du village. Pas de commerces alimentaires à proximité, prévoir.

Très bien pour faire "El caminito del rey". Pour info, le parcours se fait exclusivement du nord au sud, donc prendre le bus (2.50€) pour aller à l'accès nord. Magnifique randonnée.

Handy for parking if you want to hike. Very dark and shaded and muddy when we were here. Lots of room and several campers here when we stayed. Close to buses and train station. Very small shop in the village that sells the essentials but not fresh bread

Niezbyt duży parking. Widoków brak, po deszczu bardzo błotniście. Jedyną zaletą, że jest blisko autobus do Caminito. Na jedną noc ok.

Een geweldige plek voor een overnachting! We hebben hier 2 nachten overnacht en het was een rustige locatie. De plaatsen zijn ruim. De omgeving is prachtig met mooie wandelroutes. Wij (met hond en 3 jonge kinderen) kwamen hier in februari toen de processierups volop aanwezig waren en hadden geen enkel probleem. Gewoon opletten, geen reden tot paniek. We komen hier graag terug!

An sich ein sehr schöner Platz, gut gelegen zum Shuttlebus, aber die Eichenspinnerprozessionsraupen sind dort zahlreich vertreten. Gefährlich für Mensch & vor allem Dingen Tiere! Unsere Hündin musste zum Tierarzt und 4 Tage lang behandelt werden. Hatten ein Glück gesehen, dass es sich um die Raupen handelt, sodass direkt und richtig behandelt werden konnte. Gemeinde sollte Warnschilder aufstellen

toller Platz, direkt am Wasser. Aber Vorsicht! Ich kann nur bestätigen, dass es den Kiefernprozessionsspinner gibt. Auf dem Platz selbst habe ich ihn nicht gesehen, aber die Straße hinauf zum Bus. (Mitte Februar) Erst jetzt am Abend habe ich nochmal recherchiert, da ich einen Ausschlag am Hals habe, ohne die Raupen berührt zu haben. Bodenkontakt besser meiden.

Great parking spot, just a 5 min walk uphill to the train station with shuttle bus. Right next to the lake. BUT the spot (whole area actually) are now in mid February FILLED with the pine processionary catepillars, which can be lethal for dogs and dangerous for kids. So would not go here if you plan on spending any time outside the van!

hemos pasado dos noches muy buenas, bastante sombra, sin problema para estacionar, muy buenas vistas.

Nous y avons passé 2 nuits et on a adoré sauf la 2eme nuit,un vendredi soir où plusieurs Espagnols s'y retrouvent pour faire la fête comme si ils étaient tout seuls. Dommage de ne pas respecter ses voisins car l'endroit est très pratique et bien sirué pour le Camininito

Zona de árboles al lado de una de las carreteras al caminito del Rey. Este parking está cerca del final del camino, así que es muy útil para dejar allí la caravana. También cerca de zonas de escalada. Sin servicios, pero con buenas vistas al embalse. Zona en completa sombra.

Schöner Platz und sehr Ruhig gelegen - aber extrem Viele Camper Ende Dezember und das Verhalten bei manschen war wieder unter aller Sau die Leute machen Lager Feuer errichten Basis Lager muss das sein ??? Bald darf man nur noch bezahlen schade!

la galère pour y acceder avec un 7m20! surtout depuis Antequara, village extrêmement etroit, un côte tres pentue, faites chauffer les chevaux! Et l'autre route, préparez vous à manoeuvrer avec un bus qui arrive en face!!!ouffff!!!!!!

The area has many tourists. Expect it to be busy in the morning with cars.

Pourrait être très agréable par un comportement responsable. Il est exact qu'il n' y a pas de WC mais est-ce une raison de se comporter comme des animaux et de laisser des traces partout ? Il n'y a pas de poubelles mais chacun vient avec son véhicule et les soutes et coffres sont assez grands pour emporter nos déchets. La randonnée demande de la récupération; laissons dormir nos voisins

nous y sommes restés 24 heures nuit très calme idéal pour ceux qui ont des chiens les navettes sont à 200 m par un chemin boisé. il vaut mieux y accéder par ardales au nord que par alora au Sud , route plus étroite

grand parking ombragé proche de l'eau sans service ,ni poubelle il se trouve à l'arrivée du sentier d'El caminito d'El Rey ,il y a une navette qui fait l'aller , retour toutes les 20 mn 2,5€ si vous allez où revenez d Antequera ne prenez pas cette route car elle est étroite , vertigineuse et elle traverse un petit village, ( j'ai eu très peur )

4/10/24 Fantastic location to park for the Caminito and spend the night after. Shady, spacious, cool. A little noisy from the hydropower, but it's white noise so didn't bother us. Some trash around too - please don't leave toilet paper or bottles and cans, and pick up what you can.

Solo parcheggiato per vedere il caminito. Consiglio questo parcheggio anche perché alla fine del caminito non dovrete riprendere il bus ma sarete già arrivati.

Ich hatte eine super entspannte Nacht. Mit Blick auf den See ist es traumhaft. Wenn Mann die Fenster schließt hört man auch keine Geräusche.

Muy bien sitio con sombra, para pernoctar, pasamos una noche, a 10 min del punto de salida al caminito del rey. Lo único negativo es el sonido constante de las chicharras, pero eso es naturaleza...para los que tenéis AC y os gusta la montaña perfecto..

Es war ziemlich laut , es gibt ein Umspannwerk gegenüber Hunde bellen und Morgens wecken einen die Hühner. Positiv es gab keine Mücken und keine Fliegen. Für eine Nacht OK

Parking muy tranquilo, estábamos 5 autocaravanas. Ideal para hacer el caminito del rey. En una caseta que hay unos metros más arriba al lado de la estación del tren se compran los tickets del autobús que te lleva al inicio del caminito del rey y una vez acabado de hacer el caminito del rey, justo el final es el parking. No dejar basura.

A quiet night in a shaded car park next to the reservoir. No traffic passing overnight. Stayed with 4 other vans and plenty of room for everyone. Unfortunately a small amount of used toilet tissue left on the ground, however this was not left by any of the respectful van owners.

Endroit magnifiquement pratique pour faire le caminito del rey. Je vous conseille d’y arriver la veille au soir car le parking est plein la journée, nuit très calme. À quelques mètres de la navette qui mène au départ de la balade. Pas de service mais assez de réseau

Très bon spot sous les arbres et au bord du lac. Calme. Nous sommes arrivés en fin d’après midi et il y avait beaucoup de places et nous avons pu aller au caminito le lendemain avec les navettes bus. Je recommande ! ☺️

Wir kamen am 10.4.24 um 12:30h hier an und hatten fast die freie Auswahl an Plätzen. Ein ständiges kommen und fahren. Es ist ein ebenerdiger und schattiger Platz auch für große WoMos geeignet. Jede Menge Platz zum Rangieren. Oberhalb des Parkplatzes (ca. 300m) fährt der Shuttlebus zum Startpunkt des Caminito des Rey. Man benötigt von hier insgesamt ca. 50 Minuten bis zum Eingang Nord

Parking pour navette caminito del rey., très calme en bordure d'un lac. pas de service et pas d'éclairage public. très pratique pour être de bonne heure au caminito del Rey 6 km du 1 er parking payant 2€ la journée. après il y à 3 km à pied pour rejoindre le tunnel d'entrée. Si vous n'avez pas réservé il garde quelques places au jour mais tôt le matin.

A large, relatively flat, shaded parking area. It fills up quickly in the morning but we arrived at night time where 6 other campers were staying. There is a water tap nearby just up the road and it seems to be a safe, popular parking spot. If you arrive past 10am, you will struggle to park.

Excellent overnight parking spot to visit Caminto del Rey. We found a perfect spot right at the end through the trees by the lake with great privacy. several other mohos about but plenty of space if you get there early. There are trees but they are well trimmed and easy to get a 7-8M van in. if you want to walk the Caminto, getting tickets is a ball ache unless you do it online in advance.

Good spot for a night to do hikes. A little noisy from the hotel above and dam.

Spent quite a few nights here. Plenty of campervans but everyone was very respectful and quiet. There were loose dogs but this was a bonus to us! No fires and lovely atmosphere. Walking distance to shops, pubs, and Caminito del Rey- short drive plus walk to climbing.

Prima plek om te parkeren of overnachten als je de Caminito del Rey wil lopen. Deze parkeerplek is bij het eindpunt van de wandelroute. Een bus brengt je voor €2,50 naar het beginpunt van de Caminito! Er zijn overigens géén voorzieningen hier.

El parking está muy bien, es amplio y está nivelado. Sin embargo está lleno de basura y de gente que se dedica a hacer hogueras junto a su autocaravana. Luego nos quejamos de que se prohíba pernoctar en muchos sitios. Para dormir está correcto, pero es bastante ruidoso gracias a la poca educación de algunas personas. Una pena la verdad porque en si es un sitio estupendo junto al embalse.

Nous y avons passé une nuit avant d’aller au caminito. Il est très bien placé sur la fin du parcours. D’ici on met 10 minutes en van pour rejoindre le centre visitor (parking 2 euros) mais vous pouvez aussi prendre une navette dans le hameau juste au dessus, à la gare. Cette navette vous emmène directement au départ côté nord (2 arrêts). Attention il n’y a pas de réseau.

Great location for the shuttle bus to the start of Caminito Del Rey. Did its job but not a particularly peaceful stay. We found some people treated the car park like a campsite, with fires which are prohibited. Many dogs off lead roaming free and barking during the night which would be a worry for someone with a cautious dog. Hope this is a one off Saturday night and is not common

Very busy and cramped car park - managed to get the last place. The Caminito appears to have become a victim of its own success.

Una pena, un parking lleno de furgocamas, noche del 7 de diciembre pleno puente ni más ni menos 4 hogueras con el peligro que conlleva, hacer fuego. Inconvenientes, autocaravanas recomendable aparcar al principio. Por el resto bien para coger autobús 2,5€ lanzadera para ir al Caminito del Rey.

Bien, muy tranquilos junto a otros campistas, llegamos un domingo al atardecer para pasar el lunes y hacer el camino el martes, cogimos lanzadera para subir a la entrada norte y luego el camino es de bajada y te encuentras la AC. Las entradas se compran sin problema en taquilla aunque las entradas por Internet diga que no hay.

Très bien placé pour faire El Caminito Del Rey. Nous sommes arrivés en milieu d'après le vendredi et il y avait beaucoup de places mais ensuite le parking s'est rempli jusqu'au tard dans la nuit (1h du matin ) avec beaucoup de bruit.

Bon endroit pour passer un nuit. Endroit tranquille, peu de monde à cette saison. Départ de la navette pour le camino del Rey juste au-dessus de ce parking à 10 minutes à pied.

Abbiamo trascorso una notte qui. Luogo tranquillo e silenzioso. Fronte lago. Nessun servizio. A pochi metri dalla fermata del bus per il Caminito del Rey, al ritorno vi troverete direttamente al "parcheggio" senza bisogno di ulteriore viaggio in bus. Erano presenti altri van.

Great one night stopover for Caminito Del Rey. Shaded and am quiet by the reservoir. There were 5 other motorhomes staying overnight so it felt safe. Toilets at the bar and hotel up the hill (5-10 min walk).

Lovely site. Plenty of room, arrived after 19.00 hrs, and very peaceful. There is the background noise from the electricity but it’s manageable. 10 minute walk to get the bus to the start of the Caminito. (No ticket, no problem).

Sitio agradable y muy nivelado. Pasamos la noche del domingo 15-10-2023 y al no abrir el lunes en Caminito de Rey estábamos muy tranquilos. Por favor, no dejéis basura para no convertir esto en un estercolero.

Ottimo per visitare il caminito del rey. Situato all’uscita del sentiero con bus navetta si va all’ingresso al costo di 2,50 euro. Abbiamo passato la notte tranquilla con vista sul lago.

Estacionamento amplio, consigues hacer maniobras con el Autocaravanas y bastante sombra. Los árboles tiene una buena altura lo q no ha dañado el Autocaravana

Un lugar precioso. Habían mar furgonetas cerca. Nadie molesto. No hay fuentes ,llevar agua. Se puede ir tranquilamente.

Toller Stellplatz im Schatten, gerade, kostenfrei. Bestimmt schön für die Wanderung, da hier die Busse fahren. Leider wussten ihr nicht, dass da Montags nichts ist. Also lediglich einen gemütlichen Abend dort verbracht. Einziges Manko: die Lüftung(???!) des angrenzenden Hotels hat etwas genervt, wie das Rauschen des TV wenn kein Sender da ist. Hat über Nacht zum Glück aufgehört

8,5m in 25/05/203 out 27/05/2023. Parcheggio gratuito per il Caminito del Rey. Fondo sterrato e irregolare. Senza servizi. Tranquillo di notte, a parte un ronzio continuo. I biglietti per il bus per il Caminito si acquistano nel chiosco tra l'hotel La Garganta e la Stazione Ferroviaria (2,5€). Meglio prenotare online in anticipo l'ingresso al Caminito. Parcheggio consigliato per il Caminito.

Aan het eind van de parking kun je zwemmen. Overnachten geen probleem, in het boven gelegen hotel kun je kaartjes kopen voor de caminito del rei. Overdag wel drukte van auto's en soms ook bussen, het is immers een parkeerplaats voor de caminito!

A los pies de la presa, debajo de mucha arboleda con bastante sombra. Había bastantes AC y furgos porque es un lugar de paso para el caminito del rey. Nos tocó algo de fiesta por la noche pero cortaron pronto y pudimos dormir bien.

Great spot, stayed here for three nights. Toilets - follow the signs to Caminito Del Rey they open at 10am (5 minute walk). Wifi - Restaurante La Garganta have free wifi, sit on their terrace and enjoy a beer!

Good place and a lot of shade, so interesting in summer. Can get quite busy, especially in weekends. When it’s quite you can hear the humming sound of the water installation further on.

Precioso sitio al borde del pantano cubierto de sombras y pinos. Bastante nivelado, a 200 metros de la parada de autobús que te lleva de vuelta al parking del comienzo del camino del Rey.

Magnifico lugar. Muy tranquilo y bonito con bastante sitio. esta a 200mts del bus que te lleva al Caminito del Rey y a 400mts del de mal del mismo También salen de allí cerca rutas de senderismo. La parte negativa es que acampa gente. Así que ya veremos lo que dura

A delight! Catch the shuttle bus just around the corner, at the trainstation, to the start of the Camino del Rey. When you’ve walked it, you’re home! Theres a bunch of small kiosks serving food and drinks at the end of the walk, don’t miss the avocado toast, only €2 and SO good! Very calm nights - and an exciting road to get here!

Estacionamento ótimo, com muito espaço, com árvores, silencioso, no final do Caminito Del Rey. Internet 4G estável e com pistas de escaladas perto! 5 estrelas !!!!

Great spot for the caminito del rey, the parking is at the south end of the route, ( the exit ) the shuttle bus takes you to the beginning just up the path from the parking spot, it’s a one way system on the walk so you need to catch the shuttle bus to the beginning and walk back, the La Garganta hotel which is close to the bus stop does fantastic coffee and cake.

Ombragé malgré que nous cherchions le soleil. pratique pour prendre le bus en direction du départ du caminito. De la place en cette saison . belles randonnées au départ de El Chorro.

Il y a du monde mais beaucoup de place aussi. Nuit très calme. Pratique pour faire le Caminito del Rey qu'il faut réserver surtout en haute saison.

Ottimo parcheggio tranquillo, vicino al cammino del Rey ed alle falesie di arrampicata. Molti alberi e posti dove mettersi.

Aire super, au calme, ombragé et dans la nature. Le chemin Caminito Del Rey est vraiment au bout du parking, suivez le chemin et continuez sur le gauche, pas besoin de payer le bus!! Parking gratuit. Nous avons fait le plein/vide à Alora

Wenn man zum Camenino will genial nah und praktisch, sofern man einen Platz bekommt. Tagsüber laufend kommen, suchen und fahren auf beengtem Raum. Der Nachbar hat leider eine Parkschramme „kassiert“. Wasser gibt es an der Bushaltestelle die Straße rauf

Ich war, im Februar 2020, hier und habe die Wanderung Caminito del Rey gemacht. Da standen nur 2 WoMos auf diesem Platz. Jetzt 14, aber der Platz ist immer noch gut, und im Verhältnis zu vielen anderen Plätzen achten die Gäste hier auch auf die Sauberkeit - super! Ich will nämlich noch öfter als Gast in Spanien willkommen sein.

Very good parking to acess caminito del Rey, climbing routes, via ferrata and mountain bike trails. Acess to water nearby and close to a very nice bar and restaurant. During winter it’s hard to charge batteries with solar due to too much shade during most of the day. Arrive either early morning or late afternoon, otherwise you might not have a parking spot due to caminito people.

Es un buen lugar para pasar la noche. Plano y con muchas sombras. El problema viene cuando los que aparcamos no nos comportamos y encendemos fuego, arrojamos basura y ponemos música a nuestra bola de noche porque le quitamos el encanto. De noche se escucha un ruido de fondo runnnnnnnnn…… Por lo demás es ideal a pesar de no tener ningún servicio.

Perfect to spend the night for the Camino Del Rey. However parking lot does fill up in the day time because the Camino Del Rey northern starting point is closed until the second week of january so this is the only parking. Lots of campers and a quiet night! Would recommend!

Guter Parkplatz für einen Besuch im Caminito del Rey. Ohne Service, aber mit Schatten und nachts ruhig.

Le spot est très sympa avec des pins et une belle vue sur les falaises. mais nous avons était dérangés par des ragondins et des sangliers ! nous étions là mi septembre et seul sur le parking, cela explique certainement leurs présence.

Aparcamiento amplio bajo pinos, mucha sombra. Dependiendo del dia toca compartirlo con pastoreo de ovejas (muchas moscas) o turistas del Caminito del Rey (aparcamiento buses). Noche tranquila con ruido de fondo de Central Hidroelectrica. Ningun servicio. Posibilidad de visitar Caminito del Rey (previa reserva), zona de escalada proxima o senderismo.

Bon endroit pour dormir, calme, proche de l’arrêt de bus qui amène au départ du Caminito del Rey. La centrale à proximité n’est pas gênante mais beaucoup de mouches

Super Platz am See. Das Ende der Tour durch den Caminito del Rey ist hier. Zum Startpunkt bringt einen der Bus ( Haltestelle ist 500m entfernt). Das Wasserkraftwerk auf der anderen Seite brummt die ganze Zeit, ist aber auszuhalten.

Supongo que según días de semana y temporada del año puede ser acierto o desacierto. Es el parking que todo el mundo usa para venir al caminito del rey. Sitio de sombra. No esperes atardecer o puesta de sol bella puesto que estás a ras de un embalse. Hay sitios para aparcar más agradables que otros… ¡buscad!

great Place to Stay for the night. we stayed a few nights mid April with some other vans and motorhomes.

fácil acceso en ac de 7,4m. muy nivelado. mucha sombra y un paisaje espectacular. ideal para hacer rutas mtb y senderismo. repetiremos.

A really nice spot under the trees (not many places in the sun to recharge a solar panel). Good parking to leave a car and catch a bus to Caminito del Rey.

Precioso sitio lleno de árboles junto al embalse. Muy bonito para dormir con vistas. Se oye un poco la hidroeléctrica que está enfrente. Caben muchos vehículos. Muy amplio para autocaravanas.

Super plek! Voelt ook heel veilig doordat er meer busjes staan en er zijn altijd wel mensen op het terrein. Mooi omringd door de bomen naast het meer.

sitio muy tranquilo bajo la estación del chorro, hay bastante sitio, entran decenas de furgos, junto a una presa y parte del embalse, puedes coger el bus al caminito del rey desde allí. andando a pocos minutos hay una tienda y varios bares para comer y beber. lo malo es que de día se llena de coches de gente que viene a coger el bus al caminito, mucha sombra. prohibido el baño.

Spot plutôt sympa! Au milieu des arbres, en effet il y a un bourdonnement continu mais qui n’a pas été trop dérangeant pour nous. C’est assez propre pour un spot “nature” en Espagne. Par contre nous n’avions aucun réseau..

Der Platz ist hübsch, aber wer bei andauerndem Brummen (Traffo oder so) nicht schlafen kann, sollte Oroax mitnehmen.

Un super endroit pour le Caminito Del Rey . Nous sommes arrivés le soir. nuit calme. bus le matin pour ce circuit des passerelles puis repas avant de repartir. Nous avons rencontré des CCrites très sympas.

Spent a few days here enjoying walking and cycling in the area. Great location with free WiFi along the road and nearby water supply. Very peaceful Monday to Thursday, a bit noisier on Friday but we left on Saturday when a large group congregated to party and we didn't think we'd get any sleep. Would come again but not on a weekend.

Grand parking sous les arbres, au bord de l'eau. Super si vous souhaitez grimper à El Chorro ou faire le Caminito del Rey. Dommage que ça soit un peu sale...

Pretty spot, flat, convenient to visit El Caminito del Rey because the hike ends 10 minutes away from the parking. There is a shuttle bus (1.55e) The parking is unfortunately little bit trashy and surrounded by nomades that make the place their owns. So do not surprise if you have some dogs that come to welcome you or if there is some music. It's shady though

Beau parking ombragé et plat en bordure d'un plan d'eau. Passé une nuit le 27 janvier 2021 pour faire le caminito del Rey. Quelques campeurs ont discuté tard dans la nuit sans apparemment se soucier du sommeil des autres. Par ailleurs l'endroit n'est pas très propre.

On y était très bien et nous avons passé une très bonne nuit. C'est vrai que le coin n’est pas super propre et il faut faire attention ou l'on marche. C'est spacieux,ombragé, joli et gratuit . . . donc attirant pour toutes sortes de gens dont certains peu respectueux.

Stayed here a few nights whilst climbing and hiking in the area. Really good spot with access to water up the hill. The only problem is the amount of toilet tissue and waste - lots of people clearly have no respect for the area, if you are not looking you’ll likely tread in all sorts. Lovely spot spoiled only by irresponsible campers.

Si trova al punto di arrivo del camminito del Rey e perciò è molto comodo, basta prendere un autobus per andare all’inizio del Caminito per poi, alla fine del percorso, ritrovarsi già al camper. Da lì partono anche meravigliose passeggiate e luoghi in cui è possibile scalare. Il posto è molto tranquillo e alcune parti anche ombreggiate, l’unico rumore di sottofondo e la centrare elettrica.

Cool place to meet people, make a fire, go hiking/climbing. Unfortunately there were some old rich people who kept complaining about our music when we got together with 8 different vans for a fire. The music was not loud and they started complaining at 7PM! If you can’t handle a group of young people come together with a bit of music maybe vanlife isn’t for you, or go stay on a camping.

Wir haben hier einige Nächte verbracht. Der Platz war eben. Direkt am Fluss und am caminito del rey. Viele kletter- und wanderrouten sind von dort erreichbar. Im Ort gibt es eine Bar, ein Restaurant und ein kleiner Supermarkt. Eine wasserstation ist auch vorhanden. In der Nacht war es ruhig, tagsüber immer wieder Besucher des caminito.

Fine spot but very popular, we arrived quite early so found a good spot. Plenty of sh..t around some people are really disgusting you literally tread on it.

Large area and shady. So plenty of space. Only problem is popular! So gets very busy, a lot campers here at night so peace and quiet not really an option. Lots dogs wandering about. It is flat, no services. Some areas are used as a toilet so toilet paper around - yuk! If you don’t mind being sociable, dodge the loo till, then not a bad spot. If want a peaceful setting, go outside the area.

Quite ok, close to the village and a bit noisy because of the water dam.

7.5mtr AC. Level parking area with easy access to the Caminito del Rey bus. 5 mins walk. There is a working tap on the road on the way up to the bus. Sun and shade places, no supermarket around so come prepared.

Parking de tierra bajo un pinar y pegado al embalse. Super tranquilo, mucha sombra y muy apto para la pernocta y perros. Coincide con la salida del caminoto del rey. Viendo que es un espacio de aparcamiento eché en falta (al menos a la entrada, en la carretera, que coincide con la entrada al pueblo) un espacio de recogida de residuos. Al final se estropeará

Un sitio genial. Justo a la orilla del pantano y sobreado. Estuvimos una noche y no tuvimos ningun problema. Hay que tener en cuenta que la Eléctrica que hay en el embalse hace bastante ruido y puede que te moleste o debas llevar tapones. Por lo demás, perfecto

Perfecto para pasar la noche después de hacer el Caminito. Tranquilo y sombreado Parada del bus lanzadera a 5 minutos.

Fantástica zona bajo los pinos para aparcar y dormir. Desde aquí se accede a la parada de Bus del Caminito del Rey en 5 minutos.

Sitio muy bueno para parar a descansar y puede que para pasar la noche y a la sombra. Es un parking al pie del embalse.

Perfecta zona para dormir i pasar incluso varios días. En comparación con el otro embalse, es un sitio muy tranquilo, está el lago al lado para darte un chapuzón, mucha sombra. A 100 metros de la parada del bus del CAMINITO :)

Beautiful day and night parking spot where you can set up your table and chairs right at the lake front. Would recommend an early morning swim! No services.

The best spot for visiting Caminito del Rey, and we checked out most of them. Lots of space & shade, away from the road, near the south exit, which is better as you can pre-book the shuttle bus to the north entrance and don't have to wait around for a free bus back. You can hear the hydroelectric station humming, but it didn't keep us awake.

Super Stellplatz dafür, dass er direkt im Dorf liegt. Als wir dort waren, war er Recht wenig besucht und das Wasserwerk nebenan hat mich auch nicht gestört.

Schöner Platz, um 22:30 Uhr sind 8 spanische Fahrzeuge mit 8 Hunden eingetroffen und es wurde bis spät in die Nacht mit lauter Musik gefeiert. Man hört auch die Trafos aus dem Gebäude im See.

El lugar es precioso, amplio para coches, autocaravanas y Camper. Ideal para rutas sencillas con niños, para comer al aire libre, el problema como siempre los abusos, y dormir, que se reúnen jóvenes con timbales y dos noches que hemos estado, han sido bastante insolidarios y han estado cantando y tocando toda la noche.

Aparcamiento pegado a la central hidroeléctrica, buena ubicación para diversas rutas que salen desde la zona. La noche que estuvimos apenas pudimos dormir por la fiesta que tenían montada multitud de furgonetas que ya ni hablamos de la normativa covid. En fin, raro es que sigan permitiendo estacionar a lo largo del embalse...

Great free parking flat with lots of shade. Easy access. 5 min walk to the bus stop that takes you to the start of the Camonito del Rey hike. Perfect beautiful view all around. No service which explains my 4/5

Bruit de la station électrique est audible mais constant donc ça ne gêne pas pour dormir. Un peu boueux. a l'ombre donc les panneaux solaires ne produisent pas grand chose. a partir du vendredi soir beaucoup de locaux venus pour grimper, marcher, faire du vélo... ils font un peu la fête mais comme c'est des sportifs ils sont en général couchés pas trop tard. mais gratuit.

Está justo en la estación eléctrica. Zumbido constante...

Wir haben hier für eine Nacht gestanden. Alles andere wurde hier schon geschrieben was ich hiermit bestätigen kann.

31 decembre, un vrai camping international, sûrement bien avec moins de monde.

Easy access from road and flat parking opportunities. Very bumpy to drive further in. Buzzing noise from power station can sometimes get really loud, depending on power consumption. Less exposed to wind than other parkings near by. Water point further up the road at the first junction. If you're planning to charge on solar panels, spot in in shade most of the day. Much traffic during weekends.

Vraiment top ! je me suis garée au 3/4 bien dans l'ombre et presque pas de bruit de la centrale. Les portes fermées c'était silencieux. j'ai adoré ce petit spot nature :)

Bon endroit ombragé et calme, idéalement situé pour aller faire le Caminito Del Rey (navettes à proximité). Léger bruit continu de la centrale électrique mais pas dérangeant. Nous y avons passé une très bonne nuit.

Toujours aussi bien? avons fait le chemin du roi et avons passé la nuit. Nous avions prévu de mettre nos deux gros camping-cars dans le nouveau parking à la croisée des chemins, nous nous étions renseigné? il devait être ouvert et avons trouvé des barrières sans aucune explication.

Did not like it here, found it to be dark, grubby and depressing,with large mud pools. Yes it does have humming noise but it’s constant so would expect it not to interfere with sleep but we went to Mirador Tajo instead so cannot comment. Would drive past and choose some of the other places near North Access to Caminito Del Rey’s.

This parking is also used by big tour buses so expect it to be noisy from 8am of buses turning around, reversing, parking etc. After 5pm it's nice and peaceful again to spend the afternoon and night. Also, there is a constant slight buzzing noise from the power station, which you can't hear when all windows are shut. Tip: park towards the end of the carpark for more tranquillity.

Buen sitio para pasar unos días, pegado al embalse con pinos, tranquilo y suele haber más vehículos acampados, cerca del pueblo y de los bares, sólo hay q subir una cuesta, se pueden sacar unas sillas à la calle sin problema, sitio recomendable, dejar todo limpio por favor.

Avec un gros camping-car c'est un endroit pratique sous les pins à l'ombre et pour faire "le Caminito del Rey " endroit idéal. Vous prenez le premier car à 9h en haut à la gare et il vous amène directement à l'entrée nord du Caminito del Rey 1.55 € par personne pour le trajet et 10 € l'entrée du chemin

Vraiment déçus, du coup on est allé au parking au-dessus (la sortie du Caminito Del Rey)

Good place to spend the night

Zona solitaria, no da muy buen rollo para dormir si estás sólo. Pero vale.

Il four aller tout au bout du parking. vraiment au calme avec juste le bourdonnement de l'usine du barrage que l'on oublie vite.

Un parking assez grand, plat et ombragé à l'abri des pins. Site remarquable si ce n'est la centrale hydro-electrique qui émet un bourdonnement mais dont on s'accommode assez facilement.

Un havre de paix après une route difficile en venant d'Álora.

Mucha sombra y muy tranquilo, a mediados de Mayo, perfecto para hacer una visita al Caminito del Rey, aunque con un ruido de fondo a todas horas, producido por una subestación de bombeo.

Un aparcamiento amplio, muy cerca del Caminito del Rey y de las zonas de escalada.
