We had a great night here, no problems at all. Lovely evening spent in the local - we were even lucky enough to get free roast potatoes in the bar behind us.
Parking public, j'ai demandé au pub si je pouvais me garer devant. Et si c'était un parking résident, il a dit non. Parking gratuit idéal pour les petits camping-cars, mais notre 6 couchette était correcte. à droite sur le port.
Public parking, I asked in pub if ok to park out front. And if it was resident parking he said no. Free parking ideal for smaller motorhomes,, but our 6 berth was ok. right on Harbour .
Öffentlicher Parkplatz, ich fragte in der Kneipe, ob es in Ordnung sei, vor dem Haus zu parken. Und wenn es sich um einen Anwohnerparkplatz handelte, sagte er nein. Kostenlose Parkplätze, ideal für kleinere Wohnmobile, aber unser 6. Schlafplatz war ok. direkt am Hafen.

there's a few bigger spots on the road next to the carpark. the car park itself is only really for L2 or smaller. great spot, pretty quiet and a small bin
neilb188910/08/2025Managed to park our 6m Moho and levelled up with the help of a local from the Pub! The Pub is well worth visiting too and the landlord allowed us to top up our water. Very close to the town centre and the railway.

Geweldige plek om te overnachten. gratis P. Uitzicht haventje. Bij café/restaurant en op loopafstand van stoomtreinstation.

Brilliant place to stop no bother at all by local around there at all even had pint in pub and had laugh with local people in the pub

Only for Stealth campers... Small parking spots, didn't ask at the pub as mentioned above, because there weren't any signs saying these spots belong to them. We were there on a Saturday night, so a bit rough and noisy, but all quiet after the last round. Definitely recommended!

We stayed here in May 2024. Parked outside the pub. It was lovely. Staff were amazing and so was the food... also waking up in the morning and opening the rear doors to the marina. Lovely to explore in the morning as well.

Eigentlich super. Aber besser nur max. 5,50m und unauffällig. Minivan wäre super, Campervan von 6m ist schon zu massiv. Es ist zwar nix verboten, außer den kaum zu erkennenden Anwohnerplätzen, die natürlich frei bleiben müssen, aber sicher vor einer Anzeige wäre ich mir da trotzdem nicht... Lage ist superschön und ideal!

Das sind normale Parkplätze im Ort. Nicht für Übernachtung geeignet.

I didn't stay here. free car park. no signs about parking. pretty spot, surrounded by cottages, so no privacy. less than 5 mins walk into high Street.
