(2782) Wentworth Falls - 31 Sinclair Crescent

Nous y avons passé 2 nuits de suite. Gratuit la nuit et jusque 8am. Les toilettes sont fermées la nuit mais rouvrent à 7am. Tables, poubelles, barbecues, un point d'eau potable. La vue lac très sympa ! Effectivement proche d'une ligne de trains mais quand nous y étions, il y en a eu seulement 2-3 avant que l'on se couche puis peut être 1 pendant la nuit mais ça ne nous a pas empêché de dormir.

Der Park ist schön am See gelegen und auch mit einem Spielplatz ausgestattet. Für Übernachtungen eignet sich dieser Platz aber weniger, da die ganze Nacht neben Personenzügen auch sehr laute Güterzüge vorbeifahren.

Stayed for 1 night. Arrived after 6pm & left before 8am. Paid parking outside of these times. Lovely view, quiet apart from the trains which ran until just before midnight.

Joli spot au bord d'un lac. Nous y avons dormi une nuit sans soucis, nous n'avons pas été dérangées par le train. Toilettes ouverts uniquement jusqu'à 17/17:30.

parking sympa pour une nuit ou deux bien qu'un peu bruyant avec le train mais les toilettes sont fermées de 17h à 7h j'ai donc passé ma soirée dans le parking souterrain woolworth de Katoomba jusqu'à 21h avec toilettes et wifi

Great free spot for the evening. If you arrive after 6 and leave before 8 no fee required. There are plenty of bays in car park however slanted so problems with water draining and camper on a tilt but over the road lots of flat bays by train track and road bays. Toilets closed at 7 and re opened at 5am when I stayed which was handy for the morning. Bbqs and tables useful. Train noisy for children

Perfect spot for a night. We came after 6pm and left before 8am as payment needed for parking outside of these hours. Nice toilets but shut between 7pm-5am. Beautiful lake views and near to a small village. Drinking water available and covered tables/BBQs. A train does go past fairly close but nothing too late. Great spot for a night.

Wunderbare Ruhe, sobald die Sonne untergeht. Von 18:00 - 8-00 kann man kostenlos stehen. Wir haben uns direkt neben den Spielplatz gestellt, dort ist es blickgeschützt von der Straße. Morgens eine traumhafte Landschaft mit Vogelgezwitscher. Im See baden ist möglich. Trinkwasser ist vorhanden.

Chill spot but the noise from the trains (massive freights) did wake us up throughout the night. We were in a rooftop tent so it’s probably fine in a van, but otherwise bring earplugs!

We stayed here two nights in a row and everything was fine. Toilets close at night and open at 6am. A few other campers also stayed the night. Good spot

Excellent spot près du lac, mais devenu payant la journée entre 8h et 18h à un prix exorbitant, pire que Bondi Beach : 12$ de l'h. A part ça le lac est parfait pour une baignade, il y a un robinet pour faire le plein d'eau et des barbecues un peu mou pour faire des grillades. On est aussi resté dormir dans la rue avant le parking d'où partent les balades un peu plus plat.

Nice place to stay. The train tracks are right next to the park and trains are rather loud. But they don’t run frequently at night or at least they didn’t bother me! Toilets are closed between 5pm and 7am, but there’s a water fountain right outside the toilets.

Pas mal de place, spot très sympa avec le lac juste en face ! Parfait pour aller visiter les cascades. Toilettes propres mais qui ferment à 17h jusqu’à 8h le lendemain

Schöner Platz am See mit tollem Spielplatz, Toiletten und kostenlosen Grillplätzen. Zwar direkt an der Bahnlinie, wie empfanden die Züge allerdings nicht als sehr störend.

Nice spot to stay overnight, in front of a lake. Some noise from the train and some people on the parking. Toilets open during the day.

Der Platz ist sehr sauber. Toilette, Spielplatz und Grillstelle ist neuwertig. Aber hat den Charme einer Autobahn Raststätte nur ohne Tankstelle aber dafür ein schönen See. Der Parkplatz ist durchgehend schief und kann nur mit Hilfsmittel für Wohnmobil genutzt werden wenn man einigermaßen gerade steht will. Zug und Straße sind laut und deutlich zuhören. Nie wieder!

Lieu agréable et tranquille la nuit. Il y a quelques trains qui passe mais ils ne sont pas très bruyant et peu fréquents.

beautiful place right on the waterfront, plenty of toilets and parking space
