Great park up in a lay-by near Dunster. Slightly sloping, but next to a little stream and under trees. Close to main road, but not too noisy. Very quiet and very dark in the night so slept well here for two nights with no problem. Grabbist Hill is a lovely uphill walk and then down into Dunster village. Phone signal isn’t good, but would definitely use this park up again.

Nice little walk opposite this layby up through the woods and down into Dunster. Didn't stay overnight but would happily do so. Park up used by elderly walkers so best to park leaving maximum room for cars - ok if you are 6 m or less.

Just off the main road going into Dunster. 10 minute walk from Dunster. Little bit of road noise but nothing major, and a very slight slope. We were the only ones there, and it’s perfect for one night.

Parking en terre battue sur une minuscule route de campagne. Calme la nuit, à 5mn à pied du village de Dunster. Bien pour 1 nuit

Decent spot for the night, short walk to the pub/village and used it as day parking aswell. About a mile walk to the tallest tree in the UK!! Only bad thing was a quad (gamer or gamekeeper) drove passed at 8 in the morning screaming ‘get up’. Was a decent alarm but I’d have preferred a lie in.

A wonderful little place with a stream running past and very quiet.

Nice spot that’s dead quiet after 9pm. Very limited 4G but good phone signal. Good sleep till 6am when cars started arriving with the allotments next door.

Feels safe & quiet. Sound of nearby stream can be heard which is pretty nice to sleep too! If you park back/front to stream there's probably enough room for 6 vans :)

Stayed here last night beautiful little spot left only memories let's keep it that way

Free medium park up just outside dunster ! So walk away from the pub, and opposite is a public foot path that goes up the hills overlooking minehead and exmoor !!

Beautiful park up with a lovely little stream close by. It gets busy with dog walkers but we parked sensibly so others could swing by too.

Great overnight stop. Firm ground, plenty of space and fairly flat. Under trees and beside little stream. Just off A396 so a little road noise, but otherwise undisturbed quiet spot.
