A great spot to be able to access somewhere to empty black and grey waste. The fresh drinking water too is also super handy. we have cans we fill up so the hose adapter doesn't matter to us. There is a donations box that takes cash or card next to it. The car park is handy in the town too and blue badge holders park for free.

Nous avons pu vider nos eaux noires et grises mais nous n’avons pas pu remplir notre réservoir d’eau car l’embout n’était malheureusement pas adapté à notre tuyau.

Grand parking propre avec un centre d’information. Possibilité de faire le plein d’eau potable, et de vider ses eaux usées à condition d’avoir un contenant pour. Apparemment pas recommandé pour y passer la nuit car pas prévu à cet usage (sous peine d’amende).

Parking très pratique avec de nombreux services. Pas de stationnement la nuit en revanche bien sûr.

Signs clearly state no overnight stays. I asked in the info hub and the lady confirmed it's not an overnight stop. It's managed by the council, not by the info hub. So we did not risk it. The fine is £100 if caught.

Easy to use self service facilities

La vidange des eaux grises n’est pas accessible à tous les véhicules à moins d’avoir un récipient pour les récupérer. D’autres voyageurs avaient vidés à même le sol avant notre arrivée.

Estupenda área, ya que entre otras cosas es la única en muchos kms a la redonda, vaciar las grises y muy complicado por no decir imposible, pero las negras y rellenar agua están de maravilla. pasamos el finde en el parking adyacente y muy tranquilo.

In the visitor centre parking lot. Waste water & chemical dump available (donation). Clean bathrooms. Our water hook up didn’t work with their set up. Water bottle fill up station towards the Main Street. Busy lot & tourist town. Had a meal at restaurant- probably over priced.

Obwohl es ein Schild gibt, dass man hier nicht über Nacht parken darf, konnten wir ein 24h Parkticket für £3 kaufen. Wir sind über Nacht geblieben, war kein Problem. Toiletten sehr sauber, Nessieland und das Loch Ness Center sind zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

No tuvimos suerte ya que el pueblo entero estaba congelado así que no salia agua del grifo pero el resto de los servicios podían usarse. El parking es solo para el día.

OUT OF ORDER 30-12-23 We were met on arrival by a very polite gentleman who said he was sorry but we were unable to get fresh water or dump black or grey waste due to everything being frozen. Plumbers were on site but unable to sort it so they were having to call out Scottish Water to sort it out.

Frozen so we couldn’t use the service. But seemed fine for a pit stop when the weather is better. Donation based and toilets right next to it.

What a fabulous facility. I couldn’t get the online donation to work, it wanted card details and postcode, entered card details but nowhere to enter postcode and I could t progress with the donation. Went into the shop and the lady there said I could make a donation via the shop card machine, which I did.

brilliant but of community services here, was able to empty everything out, get a shower in and drained, even filled up the fresh tank. donate people, this is a brilliant service!

Service spot connected to The Loch Ness Hub. Grey and black water dump and fill up water tank for a donation (non-cash option). There is a spot to fill water bottles at the entrance of the car park. I also spotted an electricity point but didn't investigate further. Cute little spot and worth a wander around to get a meal or hot drink whilst enjoying Loch Ness.

Such amazing facilities! I didn’t stay the night here but stopped in twice to top up water/empty black and grey, and made sure to donate because it is so useful having places like this. First time a bloke came out from the tourism info centre and checked I had everything I needed. A really useful spot!

Sehr gut um tagsüber kostenlos zu parken, seine Chemie-Toilette und Grauwasser (mit eigenem Schlauch) zu entleeren, die sauberen Toiletten zu benutzen und Wasser (auch mit eigenem Schlauch) aufzufüllen. Müll kann man auch gut entsorgen. Gut für einen Zwischenstopp.

Parking de jour avec toilettes propres. Sur don, on pouvait remplir l’eau propre mais pour vider les eaux grises, nous ne pouvions pas passer au dessus de la grille, il fallait un tuyau, dommage.

Merci pour l’initiative, c’est un plaisir de pouvoir faire ses services. Cependant l’impossibilité de dormir sur place est un gros inconvénient qui nous à fait partir de la ville pour dormir gratuitement à Inverness. De plus voir le Loch depuis Dores est beaucoup plus intéressant.

Perfekt, auch wenn man Grauwasser nicht einfach in den Boden laufen lassen kann. Man bekommt frisches Wasser und die Toilette auch einfach leer. Kleine Spende und das ganze bleibt uns noch lange erhalten. Im hinteren Bereich gibt es Parkplätze ausgewiesen für Wohnmobile. Toiletten sind auch am Haus sowie einige Restaurants gegenüber und die Straße nach Süden. Dort ist auch eine Tankstelle.

Excellent well needed facilities, Black waste, grey waste (use a bucket or bottles) and fresh water tap. We only have a urine tank (not chemical toilet) and they were fine with us emptying it there after asking. Donated £4 using the donation box, but you can donate online if you scan the QR code on the box. Limited motorhome/campervan parking so I'd advise getting there early or late.

Schöner Platz aber leider no overnightparking

The laundry is near the lochness hostel and not the lochness inn. For the grey water, there is no sewer grate where you can open your tap. You need to be able to carry your grey water in a content, like for chemical toilets. There is no pipe available from the water tap. Otherwise clean toilets and great to have such free facilities.

Super point d’arrêt pour camping-car, possibilité de se garer gratuitement, il y a un robinet d’eau pour recharger. Il y a aussi de quoi vider les eaux grises (prévoir un seau car la grille d’évacuation est contre le mur du bâtiment) et aussi les eaux noires (cassette toilettes chimiques), tout est au même endroit (situé derrière le bâtiment). Les wc publiques sont également gratuits et très propres. Il y a aussi 2 gift shop pour le shopping

Great stop for a recharge and using facilities. Park is asking for a small donation for use which is optional but totally encouraged as this place was great! No overnight parking but loads nearby. We drove through on market day so was busy but we had no trouble parking up.

We came back and used these facilities quite a few times. Absolutely perfect car park! Free to park, toilet waste dump, drinking water and toilets. What more could you want?

Hugely busy during the day as basically no where else to park in the village. "No overnight parking" sign obscured by branches but centre due to close permanently at the end of October. Water point and rubbish bins. Toilets 50p charge. We stayed one night, extremely quiet, not bothered.
