(ST7) Castle Camping ltd

Wir waren hier als Zwischenstopp. Sehr netter Empfang. Saubere Sanitäre Anlagen, allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Nicht nach Frauen/ Männern - unisex. 15 min zu Fuß ist ein schönes Castle zu erkunden.

Superb little site with amazing views. Level and wide, gravel parking. Excellent, extremely clean facilities and very friendly owners. Highly recommended.

I am new at this camping lark. I’m very impressed with how this place looks and the staff are both friendly, welcoming and professional at what they do. Very accommodating.

Stayed here so many times and always had a great stay. Barry and his family are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Toilet and shower facilities are always immaculate. Small friendly site and would recommend to anyone.

A Camping and caravan club cs site members only. Only 5 units caravan or motorhome allowed. Up to ten spots for tents. Limited EHU facilities are excellent and spotless.

superbe camping,douche et WC super propre, tous neuf et très grand, propriétaire super sympa, arrivé à l'improviste fin d'après-midi, une place pour nous ,avec une vue magnifique, je recommande

wow what a fantastic stay at castle camping ! views are wonderful overlooking the hills, fresh air, facilities remarkable and owners friendly and helpful. we had a magical time visiting nearby landmarks and national trust biddulph Grange gardens. thank you Barry

I have no idea what the previous comments are referring to. The owner was wonderful. He gave us his mobile and was extremely friendly and pleased that we had come to stay with our van. Gravel pitches that are level. The best shower facilities, with great pressure and no button to press to keep on. Everything was clean and all for the massive price of £14 (in cash) without electric (£18 with).

Même constat que le commentaire précédent, propriétaire très nonchalant, qui n'avait vraiment pas envie de nous accueillir avec notre van, alors qu'il était vers 19h30 et qu'il lui restait plusieurs places. Il voulait des campeurs en tente, il avait assez de camping-car selon lui, il ne pouvait rien pour nous.

Etonnement surpris en arrivant : un champ +/- vide, des sanitaires occupés par les serviettes et affaires de campeurs présents. Nous avons ensuite pu difficilement accéder à la maison du propriétaire afin de lui demander s'il était possible de passer la nuit, ce qui nous a été refusé avec pour raison "un camping plein", ce qui était faux vu que nous avions pu nous garer sur un emplacement.

Accueil très chaleureux, propriétaire très sympathique, route bruyante dès 5h du matin, belles installations sanitaires mais manque d’entretien.

Freundlicher Besitzer, er war nur schwer zu finden. Alles ganz unkompliziert. Nachts ein wundervoller Blick über die Stadt.
