Very good for overnight. bus to center costs 2 pounds. Check out Lark Lane with very good independent coffee shops and bars!
Parking gratuit dans Sefton Park. Pas de portes, pas de barrière de hauteur, pas de stationnement ou de restrictions de nuit. Grande zone herbeuse menant au lac - idéale pour promener / jouer avec un chien et jouer avec des enfants, des pique-niques et de belles promenades dans le parc. Poubelles dans le parking. Café du parc très proche. Aussi Lark Lane a une épicerie, un petit supermarché, des cafés et des bars - à 5 minutes à pied. Peut-être plus occupé la nuit pendant les mois les plus chauds mais en hiver, très calme.
Free car park within Sefton Park. No gates, no height barrier, no parking or overnight restrictions. Large grassy area leading down to lake - great for dog walking/playing and children playing, picnics and lovely walks in park. Litter bins in car park. Park café very close by. Also Lark Lane has corner shop, small supermarket, cafés and bars - 5 mins walk. Possibly busier at night in warmer months but in winter, very quiet.

Große Grasfläche, die hinunter zum See führt - ideal zum Gassigehen/Spielen mit dem Hund und zum Spielen für Kinder, Picknicks und schöne Spaziergänge im Park. Abfalleimer auf dem Parkplatz. Parkcafé ganz in der Nähe. Auch Lark Lane hat einen Tante-Emma-Laden, einen kleinen Supermarkt, Cafés und Bars - 5 Minuten zu Fuß. In den wärmeren Monaten möglicherweise nachts belebter, aber im Winter sehr ruhig.

Mamandekiwi07/09/2025Petit stationnement, avons eu de la chance pour avoir un espace avec CC de 7 mètres. Nuit calme. Beaucoup de marcheurs avec chiens. Balade sur voie cyclable jusqu’au centre ville.
drifty16/05/2025Great spot just outside city centre. Great nights sleep, good 4g. 20 min cycle along the Mersey into town. Cafe and toilets in the park it self. would stay again. probably not ideal for anything longer than 6 metres.

Geil, liebs hier. Der Park ist super schön für große Spaziergängen mit Hund, die berühmte Park Lane ist direkt nebenan und mit den Öffis ist man in 30 Minuten in der Innenstadt für 2£. Nachts super ruhig, tagsüber recht voll. Internetempfang ist aber auch zum arbeiten perfekt

The car park is a bit small if you are 7m . I parked on the road. It's peaceful enough overnight but runners, traffic and dog walkers start from about 6am so you have an early start. so much space for your dog...loos in the daytime and plenty of shops/bars within a 10 minute walk. Recommended for everything except a lie-in

Great park for visiting Liverpool. We stayed 3 nights, quiet at night, people in and out all day so ok leaving the van. Sefton Park is great for walks, runs, kids and dogs. There are toilets by the cafe. 5 min walk to Lark Lane, a street full of restaurants, cafes and pubs, this is also the way to get the bus 82 into town £2. Takes less than 15 minutes on the bus or 1 hour walk, 20min bike.

Toller Platz für eine Nacht. Am Morgen wird es spätestens ab 9 Uhr sehr trubelig aufgrund der Spaziergänger und Hundebesitzer. Die Nacht war ruhig, trotz einer Hochtzeitsfeier im nahegelegenen Pavillion.

Habe hier 2 Nächte verbracht und eigentlich ist der Parkplatz perfekt & ziemlich sicher. Aber am zweiten Tag haben mir Leute mit einem Ball eine Delle in den Bus gemacht und abends/nachts sind viele laute Menschen hier und haben mich unteranderem mit dauerhaftem Hupen vor meinem Bus aufgeweckt. Besser so parken, dass man nicht am direkten Eingang zum Park steht, dann ist zumindest das Auto sicher.
hk3lly30/06/2024Can't fault it. Very nice part of Liverpool. Great park for morning runs, the park Cafe has a public toilet - only open when the cafe is open. The area is great with bars, pubs and cafes. Can walk along the waterfront all the way to the city centre. Very quiet overnight, we arrived, and there was a cop car chilling in the carpark, so it felt safe.

Parked for one night and a day on hot Friday evening and Saturday daytime. Arrived at 10 and only van there. Quite a bit of noise in the carpark from people coming to/from adjoining park but quiet after midnight. Good location overall. 15 minutes walk from Merseyrail station and really close to Lark Lane (bars and restaurants).

There is a larger car park, but we chose the smaller one along the road to the right and parked against hedge. Some cars coming in and out until midnight but felt safe. Beautiful park with play area, stepping stones, caves, cafes and a lovely palm house which is free to visit and had a children’s trail on.

Hatten eine sehr ruhige Nacht, Mülleimer vorhanden und in der Nähe etwa 400-500 Meter entfernt findet man ein öffentliches WC. Empfehlung um die Nacht zu verbringen.

Lovely area, kids was able to play on the field and we was able to for a walk in the evening around the lake. not too busy carport tended to quieten down around 8pm. had a few cars come in and out and loud noises after around 11-12pm. but overall felt safe and was able to have a peaceful sleep.

Very handy for Lark Lane area of Liverpool. Sefton Park is brilliant for dog walking. Stayed two nights in July with only problem being one lad pulling up right next to us on first night to work his way through pack of nos balloons! Quite enjoyed his music though. Lovely coffee van just outside every morning from 8.30.
