Great for a night. No facilities. It's a popular walking track so don't expect complete privacy. Plus, it unfortunately seems to be a dumping ground so there are 'covert CCTV' signs, some obvious dumped trash and there were a couple of pairs of men's briefs in the hedges! But for one night, it was quiet and fine for us.
Quiet spot near hiking in the aherlow area. On 1 evening 2 cars & several (dog) walkers past (and some cows 'moohing'), but in the night we had a deep sleep. Near a road; it didn't give the sparks of a 'wild camping' spot.
