Petite place de camping-car. Route d'accès à voie unique très étroite. Il n'y a qu'un seul WC dans un cabanon en bois. Évier sans toit. Les deux étaient absolument propres. Il n'y a pas de douche, mais un sauna tonneau et une piscine. Nous n'avons pas utilisé le sauna. Il y a une cheminée, plusieurs bols à feu et un four à bois. Vous pouvez apporter ou acheter du bois. Si cela ne vous dérange pas que tout semble plutôt improvisé, vous pouvez rester ici pour pas cher (18 £ avec électricité pour 2 personnes). Les chiens ne coûtent pas de supplément.
Small camper/motorhome place. Very narrow single lane access road. There is only one toilet in a wooden shed. Sink without roof. Both were absolutely clean. There is one shower, and a barrel sauna and a swimming pool. There is a fireplace, several fire bowls and a wood oven. You can bring or buy wood. If you don't mind that everything seems rather improvised, you can stay here for good price. Dogs do not cost extra.
Kleiner Wohnmobilstellplatz. Sehr schmale einspurige Zufahrtsstraße. Es gibt nur 1ne Toilette in einem Holzverschlag. Spülbecken ohne Überdachung. Absolut sauber. Es gibt keine Dusche, dafür aber eine Fasssauna und ein Becken. Wir haben beides nicht genutzt und hatten einen Duschsack dabei. Es gibt eine Feuerstelle, mehrere Feuerschalen und einen Holzbackofen. Holz kann mitgebracht oder gekauft werden. Wen es nicht stört, dass alles eher improvisiert wirkt, kann hier günstig (18£ mit Strom für 2 Personen) stehen. Hunde kosten nicht zusätzlich. Toller großer Kletterfelsen (ohne Haken!) in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Total angenehme Atmosphäre bei freundlichen Menschen.

latest of 8 visits / 31 nights, all seasons since 2021. Stayed 6 days over NYEve. Intense freeze, site and our MH pipework froze ! (-8) Basic facilities, gravel and grass, well drained. Black and grey waste disposal. EHU being improved. Many fresh water taps. Very friendly owners. Campfires allowed, fire pits provided. Muscovy Ducks, Hens, Pigs, local Red Deer and Spud the dog add to the charm.

The owners were great happy to site us last minute the downside was a couple of permanent pitch caravans who allowed their dogs to roam free without a thought to others with phobias, allowing them to piss everywhere, barking, owners shouting in conversation instead of just talking, far from a nice quiet site for us won't be going back sadly.
Quiet peaceful small campsite, facilities were spotless clean and well maintained. Narrow road leading to the site but it wasn't an issue in a Transit. Superb location with several nice walks within a few miles. The free WiFi is an added bonus, will definitely stay here again
We loved this place. Talk about value for money. It was a bit trick but we managed to get down the lane in our 8m truck. We paid for a tent pitch for our daughter and son in law and really enjoyed our stay. We were made very welcome. All facilities are more than adequate and it had a lovely vibe about the place. Definitely highly recommended.
For the cost this is definitely five stars. Rustic, a bit out of the way and charming. And the free roaming chickens are delightful. Lovely walk around the lake
Heel rustig met heel vriendelijke uitbaatster. Back to basic campeerplaats maar ideaal als tussenstop. Tevens veel smalle toegangsweg; zeker voor een mobilehome van 7,5m.
Stayed 4 nights- access road narrow but only 0.4miles long ( 7.3m and were fine). Lovely walks from site. Owners very friendly and easy to book via email and bank transfer. Farm produce delicious and reasonable price. Construction work means site isn’t the tidiest and could do with a general tidy. Other frequent campers let dogs roam free and bark a lot which was a pain. Good value at £13.
Really nice place to camp for a few nights! toilet is in a little shed so not the most amazing but the shower, dish washing area and chemical waste are all amazing amenities. £13 for 2adults in a van and £8 for electric/ night, site is on a family farm with pigs, ducks and free range chickens who loved to jump into our van haha. family who run the place are lovely! would stay again
This is a working farm. the facilities are spotless and quirky, which I found quite lovely. The contact with this small site was excellent and very informative. We had a very pleasant stay for £13 no ehu. I will definitely recommend and use again.
We stopped here for a night on our way to NC500. Emailed the owner and had very quick and helpful replies. The site has 2 proper flushable toilets and a shower too. When we stayed there was only 1 other family staying so facilities plenty. Would stay again and £13 (without electricity) very reasonable.
