An incredible view but far too many midges. We followed another reviews advice and moved on. There is a lay-by slightly west that is not on park4night but we went to the car park about 2.5 miles west that is. A few others there but plenty of space and up away from both the road and the midges.
Maybe we were unlucky but there was a swarm of midges all around the van. We had to open for a few second and we ended up fighting for about an hour. Appart from that, nice views and quiet night.

Piazzola su una piccola spiaggia, proprio sul lago. Bidone spazzatura, nessun servizio. Cartello divelto forse indicava divieto pernottamento? Tanto vento, il camper balla…
Panorama molto bello. Notte tranquilla, pochissime macchine. Solo qualche moscerino serale, ma vale la pena sostare solo per la vista. Consigliato
Straße wird sehr wohl ab 6 Uhr am Morgen bis Mitternacht heftig befahren (Ende September). Die Autos rasen mit über 100 Sachen an einem vorbei - sehr laut. Pluspunkt ist der Zugang zum See, welcher von einer Mauer umgeben ist und man den Hund laufen lassen kann. Ansonsten empfehle ich den Parkplatz 1 km weiter westlich mit Sicht ins Tal - da steht man erhöht von der Straße weg!

Direkt neben dem See, fantastische Aussicht auf den See, eher windig und rauh, der Verkehr ist durch die Nacht selten. Uns hat er sehr gut gefallen.
Un emplacement en bord de route comme il y en a plein, exception faite du petit accès menant aux berges du Loch, qui fait tout son charme. Idéal pour s'arrêter pique-niquer sur l'herbe, pour lire un livre au soleil, pour flâner, hors du temps.
Fantastic views, road quiet at night. There is also a little beach as you look out over the Loch.
Nice spot to stop for lunch! Great views and a few elk nearby! Right on the water, so a nice fresh breeze!
