Ferme Stybeck. Camping parfaitement fonctionnel mais pas votre terrain de camping typique comme nous l'attendions. Nous étions garés sur le côté le long d'une longue allée et nous avions un peu l'impression d'être sur une aire de repos et notre espace extérieur immédiat était une clôture menant à un champ. La route sur le terrain est malheureusement la principale distraction de la belle vue. Une route très fréquentée.
Stybeck Farm. Perfectly functional campsite but not your typically camping field as we expected. We were parked to the side of along a long driveway and felt a bit like being on a layby and our immediate outside space was a fence to a field. The road down the field is the main distraction unfortunately from the beautiful view. A very busy road.
Stybecker Hof. Perfekt funktionierender Campingplatz, aber nicht Ihr typisches Campingfeld, wie wir erwartet haben. Wir parkten neben einer langen Einfahrt und fühlten uns ein bisschen wie auf einem Rastplatz, und unser unmittelbarer Außenbereich war ein Zaun zu einem Feld. Die Straße das Feld hinunter ist leider die Hauptablenkung von der schönen Aussicht. Eine sehr stark befahrene Straße.
Granja Stybeck. Camping perfectamente funcional pero no su campo de acampada típico como esperábamos. Estábamos estacionados al costado de un largo camino de entrada y nos sentimos un poco como si estuviéramos en un área de descanso y nuestro espacio exterior inmediato era cerca a un campo. Desafortunadamente, el camino por el campo es la principal distracción de la hermosa vista. Una carretera muy transitada.

Wir hatten hier eine schöne und sehr ruhige Nacht im Lake District auf dem Weg nach Keswick und dem Derwentwater. Sehr freundliche Besitzer, alles vorhanden (außer Grauwasser), man kann frische Eier kaufen und direkt vom Platz aus wandern.
Great little campsite set back off the main road on a farm. Friendly owner and a great pub just down the road.
Stayed here NEW YEAR EVE. Great site with friendly owners. Working farm with animal roaming. Pub down the road great (kings head) will be back again to have a few walks.

good stay and cheaper than others in the area, ideal for a night after hiking up Helvellyn. toilets and shower were clean. small busy spot but was very chilled, chickens and dogs came to say hello which was an added benefit! would visit again
Loved Stybeck Farm, it's a working farm with warm and friendly hosts (and dogs and chucks). £25 is great for a lovely stop with electric. Walks nearby and a pub up the road, what's not to like. Level pitch in the layby was perfect for us. Make sure you buy some eggs :)
La señora fue muy disponible y el sitio es súper agradable por un precio muy bueno (20 y poco pounds). Los servicios pero muy justos. Mejor sin niños nos han dicho, que no se llevan bien con los perros de la granja.
We spent a comfortable and peaceful night on this working farm. Good clean toilet and shower facilities (£1 for 9mins.) Friendly people, would recommend as a good stopover for a recharge and to empty your chemical loo.
