Decent enough little park up. Gaining access could be difficult as you have to go through a carpark 1st, which can be chokker blocked with cars. weekends will be noisy as it's right next to a few very busy bars
Super petit endroit pour une halte d'une nuit. Ne vous garez pas sur la place les mardis et samedis le marché local s'installe vers 5h du matin. Toilettes à côté du parking mais elles ferment à 17h. Grands bars et cafés à côté. Le village est très sûr mais extrêmement fréquenté en été, alors soyez poli, ne prenez pas plus d'un espace et comprenez que de gros véhicules y tournent. La jetée est également une option, mais il n'y a pas de bornes pour vous empêcher de reculer sur les bords.
Great little place for overnight stop. Do not park in the square Tuesdays and Saturdays the local market sets up around 5am. Toilets next to parking but they close at 5pm. Great bars and cafes beside it. The village is very safe but extremely busy in the summer so be polite and don’t take up more than one space and understand large vehicles are turning there. The pier is an option too but there are no bollards to prevent you reversing off the edges.
Toller kleiner Ort für einen Zwischenstopp. Parken Sie nicht auf dem Platz. Dienstags und samstags öffnet der örtliche Markt gegen 5 Uhr morgens. Toiletten neben dem Parkplatz, die jedoch um 17 Uhr schließen. Tolle Bars und Cafés daneben. Das Dorf ist sehr sicher, aber im Sommer ist es sehr belebt. Seien Sie also höflich und nehmen Sie nicht mehr als einen Platz ein. Seien Sie sich darüber im Klaren, dass dort große Fahrzeuge abbiegen. Der Pier ist ebenfalls eine Option, aber es gibt keine Poller, die Sie daran hindern, rückwärts über die Kanten zu fahren.

scubaexped10/01/2025Parked up on the harbour pier. About 10 other campers around us. Felt very safe. Great bars, beaches and people here! Good phone signal and toilets a short walk away. Two dog friendly bars nearby.

Wij stonden op de pier, samen met nog heel veel andere campers. Het was er erg druk. Er stonden ook nog campers op de parkeerplaats achter 'the Rusty Oven'. We hebben daar trouwens een heerlijke pizza gegeten. De nacht was erg rustig, ondanks dat het vrijdagavond was.

Endroit très sympa pour se promener dans la petite ville (de nombreux petits commerces divers, pubs et restaurants). Pub/pizzeria super juste à côté. Beaucoup de monde durant toute cette journée de Dimanche et pourtant très calme le soir et la nuit. Possible également sur la jetée juste à côté. Toilettes disponibles et très propres.

It’s good but wind gusting 45 knots so rocked about all night. It’s obviously very wind exposed. It was busy for December.
nathanNi12/12/2023Stayed here in December 23 in transit custom. Parked on the harbor and had two larger vans near me even at this time of year! Quiet and local shop opens nice and early. Great bars and food options. Surf shop is really nice and good coffee

Wir haben unten neben den Toiletten geparkt. Links gibt es einen grösseren Parkplatz/Wiese zum Übernachten und rechts davon könnte man auch auf den Pier. Eine Einwohnerin hat uns das alles gezeigt und meinte, es sei kein Problem. Ein tolles kleines Städtchen, definitiv einen Stopp wert.

This is for small campers only. Do not park in the square or in the disabled parking spaces. Please be respectful as there is a risk that access will be denied in the future. Market days are Tuesday and Saturday.

we stayed here for 3 nights in November and the town was quiet but really nice. parking spot was nice and level with toilets 20 feet away open during the day. Lovely beach 15 minute walk away, great pubs with friendly locals (Guinness is great). Apparently the pizza place 'Rusty' is life changing but not open much during winter months. only downside is a bit of early noises.

Nice views from harbour. Safe stopover. Alternatively stay in car park of The Rusty Oven pizzeria adjacent to the harbour. Free of charge. Public toilets nearby.
