RubytheRoamer25/02/2025lovely little park up, some level spots in places, well lit till around 11pm, quiet at night, lovely walks with the dogs, toilets across the road in the other carpark, phone signal not great in the daytime but good at night, would definitely visit again

Madducks12/08/2024Good site, as others have said There are toilets across the road in another car park that are open 8am to 10pm. We made a school boy error of leaving a roof vent open and got attacked by midges.

We had alovley quiet night , with great walks for the dogs I’d definitely stay again. Although we didn’t use the shower and toilet facilities and all just for £12 for 24hrs cafeteria and bakery on site but only when the mill is open . Lovley night

Good spot £12 for 24 hours fairly flat tain 5 min walk £2.50 return into matlock bath very quiet at night

stayed for one night to co-incide with an event. free entry to the mill and event. day one, event, next morning look around the mill. a few "shops" in the mill. al the staff we interacted with were very pleasant and friendly. all the reviews prior to mine are accurate when we visited. no probs visiting again.

The rugby club car park Crompton Meadows car park is free overnight and toilets are open until 10. Past mill car park on right. Height restriction but open when we went in April. Flat. Hard standing. Good view over the meadow

Stayed 1 night, a little muddy in places due to heavy rainfall. Excellent location alongside river and nice walk into Matlock Bath. Toilets and shower available too - very clean and warm. Will definitely visit again.
MissyJo30512/03/2023A really peaceful nights sleep. Showers and toilet during mill open times too. Lots of walks in the area. 20 minutes to Matlock Bath. Cafes and restaurants are plenty but no supermarkets or local food shops other than cheese and pie shop in the mill so make sure you have supplies if not eating out.
