Very welcoming and helpful! we didn't stay but popped in for a break and a top up. Used the showers, small and basic but very clean and very hot, so lovely. Filled up our water at the cafe and had a very well priced lunch and a few cups of tea to support the place as they had been so nice. We did phone ahead. The staff were so friendly and accommodating.
