Beautiful spot to stay, little to no traffic on the night. No phone signal. Space is set back off the road slightly and is only a very short walk to the beach.

Hemos pasado una noche muy tranquila junto a tres autocaravanas. El paisaje es espectacular, lo malo es que te comen los mosquitos.

Fine for a night. No traffic after 20:00. Good acces to the sea for a swim. No phone connection

Grand parking, avec poubelles pouvant accueillir plusieurs camping car. une vie sur la mer et une balade sur la plage pleine de charme.

(Confined small campervan) Arrived and only one other van, great beach directly opposite. No 4g/5g. Set up by council completely free. Only issue we had was a car driving by honking it's horn... only guess is the land owner of a private campervan/motorhome parking area which charge £10/night 2 minutes up the road. If that wasn't full I would have paid and stayed to support local businesses.

Great spot opposite the beach. We stopped on a wet and windy night and didn't feel too exposed. struggled to find a flat space but eventually found one side on.

didn't stay over but stopped to take dogs down onto the beach unfortunately there were Highland cattle on track so couldn't as our dogs would of reacted.

Great overnight spot. No services or 3g, just bins. But public toilets just 5 minute drive away at Smoo Cave carpark in Durness. Flat but very windy and no shelter at all. Incredible spot to walk down to the beach immediately in the morning. Had it all to ourselves in December.

About 5 vans when we arrived at dusk. Great beach opposite, good sleep. Great park up for a night

A great view across the bay. We had a peaceful night and would definitely stay here again.

Belle vue sur la plage, au bord de la route 500 (peu passante), séparée par un terre plein. Nombreux campers, endroit calme.

Très bon spot! Une poubelle à disposition, le parking est plat et surtout un point de vue incroyable! La balade sur la plage était conseillée dans les commentaires, elle vaut le coup, le coin est très joli!

Great place, used this as couldn’t get into sango sands oasis but I think this is better anyway as close to the beach, bins available etc. just have to be self contained and not get all your awnings etc out. Definitely stay again if we pass.

Schöner Parkplatz. Die Flächen oberhalb sind nur für Besucher der Seilrutsche.

Spent one night here, lots of campervans, but everyone was quiet and respectful. Not too much traffic at night and the view is very nice.

Parking avec vue imprenable sur la mer, possible d'être légèrement reculé de la route pour ne pas être dérangé par les passages. Accès direct à la plage Poubelles disponibles

We had a fantastic quiet night here. We stopped as we were passing and decided to stay. It was a beautiful evening with an amazing rainbow. A few other campers. Peaceful and perfect - loved walking down to the beach in the evening. Next to the road but quite large and no traffic overnight.

Good place for one night, there were a few other motorhomes with us. The beach is beautiful and suitable for swimming. No phone signal, toilets in the next village :)

Stayed here overnight. Great flat car park overlooking the beach. Zip line is great fun. Swam in the sea which was beautifully clear. Road is next to the car park but not much traffic overnight.

Beautiful spot, a bit busy. There where about 10 vans with us, but there is space for a couple more if everyone parks socially. There are boxes to throw your trash away, which is convenient. The pink beach is stunning and if you feel adventurous, there is even a zip line!

Eine schöne Übernachtungsmöglichkeit direkt am Strand und in den Bergen. Die Kinder konnten im Sand spielen, ein richtig schönes Fleckchen Erde!

Good little stop off, busy in the morning. There was a fair bit of litter around, please make sure you get yours in the bin aye? ;)

One of the nicest free stops on our trip. No phone signal for us on vodafone. Bins provided and 4 other campers on the night we stayed. Views of the bay.

Stayed here for 1 night (during October 2023) whilst driving the NC500. This was one of the most tranquil places we stayed. We shared the spot with 2 other vanners, who were on their 2nd time doing the NC500. Adjacent to the parking area is a gentle walk down to a beautiful sandy beach, it really is a piece paradise, well if the sun is shining as it was for us.

Great spot. There are also bins. Overnight parking is allowed but we only stayed there for an hour to have a walk down the beach. Seems quiet and good to stay for a night with a beautiful view of the beach.

Très calme la nuit. Quelques emplacements plat. Mais pas de 4G.

We stayed here one night and half a day with no issues. 2 other campers were here when we got here and protected from the wind and rain considering it was 50mph gusts! Overlooks the beach which is lovely and not far from Smoo Cave and Durness. Can imagine this gets very busy in the Summer so be prepared for that. No signal what so ever on 4G but fine with a starlink.

Sehr gut übernachtet, wenn Abends nicht die unmengen an beißenden Fliegen gekommen wären. Also ab Dämmerung Tür und Fenster schließen. Mobile Daten nur am Strand oder auf dem Berg!

Parquing perfecto para dormir, trankilo y llano. Vista a la playa perfecta. Ojo no cobertura movil (Movistar) , en el parking más arriba si.

Beautiful beach to walk down to and have a swim. (Water very cold but refreshing). Had a good nights sleep. Saw cuckoos. Had a go on the zip line in the morning that runs over the beach and cove. Excellent £15. Would use again.

Beautiful beach just across the road, worth it for the views! Large space for several motorhomes but not everywhere is flat. Seems to be very popular spot as several vans came through after we parked up and not all could fit in. No phone signal. Very quiet when it started to get dark

We stayed here March 23. It’s a nice quiet spot with three bins but no other facilities. Overlooks the stunning beach,cliffs and zip line, the zip line states it’s open all year weather permitting but it wasn’t being manned while we stayed despite the nice weather.we even got a surprise sighting of the northern lights.Easy access in and out. On the route of the NC500.

Popular carpark with a great view over a stunning beach which is easy to access. Spots did fill up early. No facilities other than one bin and there were lots of midges. No phone signal here but could get a small amount on the beach/ if you walk up the hill a little way.

Sitio amplio (habrían unas 4 autocaravanas y algunos coches), llano y cómodo. Tenía contenedor de basura. Al lado de una playa, unas vistas preciosas y de un sitio donde había una tirolina. Super recomendable. Gratis .

Parfait ! Mais à l’air de vite se remplir donc ne pas arriver trop tard si vous voulez avoir de la place :) Même si vous arrivez plus tôt, vous pourrez profiter de la belle plage qui se trouve juste en face!

Schön für die Nacht auch so nah an der Straße sehr ruhig. Tagsüber recht viel los wie beschrieben. Internet Signal war nicht vorhanden daher fürs Essen vorher auf dem Platz etwas weiter die Straße hoch. Die Plätze oberhalb des Strandes sind mit Verbotsschilder voll. Alles in allem ein schöner Ort mit dem Wohnmobil. Auf dem Weg zum Strand gibt es schöne Plätze für wild zelten.

Very busy spot but amazing views over the beach and to watch people do the zip line. Perfect car park to walk onto the beach or to the zipline or cliff jump. Quiet at night but busy during the day. No EE signal

Tagsüber lebhaft. Nachts absolut ruhig. Windgeschützter als die Plätze links und rechts. Toller Ausblick. 2 Minuten zum wunderschönen Strand. Tolle Wanderungen möglich.

Ruhige Nacht. Schöner Ausblick auf das Meer. Etwas windig.
