Wooded parking area with many walking trails and stream running nearby. I managed to get through the night (November) without any problems.

Great spot, very quiet nights sleep, mostly level and lots of room, no one else hear overnight, nice picnic benches, few signs of small fires dotted around the car park, quite dark too so great for star gazing. I have between 1 and 3 bars of 4G with EE enough to stream, Would Definitely come back.
We had a lovely night, had slow WiFi via router and WiFi roof antenna. Nice walk, not bothered by anyone.
This is one park up that I will definitely return to, very very peaceful and with no phone signal on O2 so this may not be for everyone unless you have Starlink. No services as to be expected with a park up like this and also no bins, plenty of space when I arrived on a Wednesday with only one other camper staying over. No issues whatsoever and a very pleasant stay
Great spot tucked away! Absolutely no issues staying here over night (no signage and plenty of space). Has no amenities, but some wooden tables etc. and nice walks around the area (starts just across the road). Was also great to see the steam train at lunch come past up on the hill! Was a bit wet and become a bit muddy but to be expected when raining! Become very busy on Saturday morning from around 11am-ish, but only one other car there on Friday night.

lovely spot with picnic benches and grass, was 4 vans when we arrived at 11pm and all had left by the time we got up, does fill up with cars in morning. great access to walks to pen y fan etc. nice forested spot
Spent 2 nights here. Thursday and friday was super quiet and we basically had the place to our selves. Saturday morning the car park got really busy. Great walking routes nearby. As everyone say, there’s no phone signal. We didn’t have any issues getting signal from our Starlink.
Lovely place to park and good trails to hike. Only problem no phone signal with EE
Failry quiet spot with great access to the trails. Tables and a small river accessible. very crowded until 6pm

Had a lovely peaceful night here, no other cars/vans, just us and nature. Woke up to beautiful sun shine & explored the trails. Respect the place & leave no trace. Highly recommend.
great place stayed last night went walking in snow whilst snowing, ace funny to watch my mate slip on the trails very muddy but overall fairly quiet excellent scenery lots of walks to be had, will be using again p.s absolute garbage phone signal there
Brilliant little location, next to a stream you can paddle in. Perfect for starting the Fan Y Big, Cribyn, Pen Y Fan and Corn Du circular. Slept very well in my car. Only 1 van and 1 car there. Only disturbed by an obnoxiously loud group returning to their car at 4:15am who sat engine running/lights on and chatting but was getting up at 4:30am anyway to catch sunrise on the mountain top. NO SIGNAL
A beautiful spot to stay. However, we were unprepared for the amount of midges and biting insects. Husband got eaten alive! Moved on to another place alongside Pontiscill reservoir.
Great spot, beautiful walk near the river close by. We saw an owl & a deer! Super quiet at night, very lovely.
Ruhig gelegen, tolle Wanderungen möglich. Wir haben dort zwei Nächte sogar gestanden. 250 m ein toller Tierrung, wo es super schönen Cream Tea gibt.
found this little hot spot stayed for one night, beautiful walks around. no phone signal but a lovely till tea and cake barn house which was stunning and peaceful
No signs prohibiting camping. I arrived at 1700hrs and left 0700hrs; no wardens. Shared the car park with 2 vans and a roof tent. Traffic stopped about 2100hrs. No 4G. The car park is called Owls Grove and I did indeed fall asleep to the sound of owls.
Nice little spot. No wardens seen but if there are apparently they have no right to move you on. Please do us all a favour and stand up for your rights. Plenty of room and had a peaceful night.

Schöner Parkplatz mit Picknickbänken und circa 25 Plätzen. Sehr ruhige Nacht mit zwei Mitcampern. Auch hier gibt es kein Telephonnetz. Am Morgen kommen dann vermehrt Wanderer und Spazier-/Gassigeher.
lovely place, ignore any comments by ClockworkSky they've clearly never been anywhere and have left a 1* on every park up in South wales to discourage campers.
