Looks quiet enough, although there are plenty of residential buildings surrounding the parking. On the pay and display, it does state that;”No sleeping in vehicles permitted “ ,but i don’t see it it enforcable, because 1.) its a private parking and NOT Council. 2.) There are NO cameras taking pictures of your licence plate.
