Walked past this (we parked elsewhere) height barriers were pulled back and restrictions removed. That said, the layout does not allow any overhangs it would be impossible to park any van large than 5.5 metres in the spaces available.
Very spacious and well-maintained pay-and-display carpark, but day parking only! Easy access to the beach and a beach cafe next to the carpark.

Had visited in May now back in July lovely day out planned in Wells. Headed to this car park- as used before - to be faced with height barriers and huge ‘no campers’ sign. Thought parking attendants may open height barriers as they had done in the past but no . Luckily Sherringham and Cromer are more accommodating.
Great parking next to the beach, toilets, water and outdoor shower facility available. Outstanding beach too! hidden gem .. that plenty of people know about, beach was busy but more than enough room
