Ein schöner Parkplatz. Ruhig und toller Ausgangspunkt um Balmoral Castle zu erkunden oder zu wandern.

Als Übernachtungsplatz für 10£ akzeptabel und sehr ruhig. Schade nur, das kein Service hier sogar bedeutet, dass es an beiden Parkplätze überhaupt keine Mülltonnen gibt, außer 4 Glascontainer und einer für Altkleider. Dass der Platz trotzdem sauber ist, spricht für die Gäste

Cinq euros pour le stationnement à la journée 17 livres pour la visite du château. Nous avons préféré faire la randonnée des cairns où l’on peut apercevoir le château et la pyramide du prince Albert.

vous devez payer 10 livres juste pour stationner votre camping car. N'espérez pas prendre le château en photos, on ne le voit pas, nous avons marché jusqu'au point de vente des billets pour la visite, et n'avons rien vu, le château et ses jardins sont cachés dans la forêt, on ne voit absolument rien. la visite du château coûte 17 livres par personne

Wir sind erst spät angekommen und haben dort eine Nacht geschlafen. Wohnmobile bis 7/7,5 Metern haben keine Probleme, alles was darüber hinaus geht, ist vermutlich zu lang. Nachts war es schön ruhig.

Op de parkeerplaats zijn zes plekken. Het kost nog steeds 10 pond en lekker rustig na 18 uur

Nice park up for visiting the castle grounds, we opted to walk upto prince Albert’s pyramid. O2 signal along with smarty was fairly low from the spot we had. Dedicated parking bays but day trippers in MPVs we’re using these when we first arrived £10 for the overnight stop which when you get 2 days of parking isn’t to bad. No services for waste water or fresh water.

Die Stellplätze sind nur bis 6m zu gebrauchen. Leider dahinter viel Baumbewuchs, so dass man nicht hinten überstehen kann.

Parked in the corner with side to the river. There are six campervan/motorhome bays with no extra space between them so could be a bit crowded, but there were only three of us when I stayed, spaced out, so all good. Lovely walk to the Prince Albert Cairn through the pine woods. Paths along the river to take the dog. It is £10 but then it is Balmoral!

Nous y sommes restés une nuit, super calme, 10£ pour 24h, le château était fermé pour vacances du Roi Charles que nous avons eu le plaisir de voir le lendemain matin grâce à une parade avec la fanfare militaire, le Roi est venu voir la foule, super sympa.

Sehr gut für eine Nacht, 6Stellplätze für Womo‘s. Leider keine Mülltonnen denke aus Sicherheitsgründen. Außer Glasmüll.

Toll, um das Schloss zu besuchen! Man kann da übernachten. Etwas krumm, aber mit Keilen kann man es ausgleichen! Wir hatten eine ruhige Nacht. Allerdings kamen relativ früh schon die ersten Besucher!

Très bien placé pour visiter le château Royal de Balmoral parking relativement plat. La nuit obligation de stationner aux emplacements réservés. C’est calme après 19:00.

Used for day parking only to walk to Prince Albert's pyramid (about 7km return). You can stay overnight for £10. The day parking rate (up until midnight) is £5 per vehicle. Large car park, but got very busy and chaotic midday Sunday, with so many cars, campervans and coaches. Pay and display a ticket, cameras register your reg. Toilets 5 minute walk at far end of other car park (10am-4pm)

A really great find, and it's so good that places like this do allow over night stays. There are bins but no other facilities. aA few reviews said that there were toilets, but these were closed when we were here unfortunately.

Nice location for the night. The hike out to the Cairns was fantastic and well worth doing! The MH spaces aren’t level and IMO was a little expensive, that said, we had a peaceful nights sleep and are thankful carparks like this allow overnight stays!

7mtr moho, no problems parking overnight in one of the 6 dedicated spaces for the night. we found it to be peaceful at night with the faint sound of the river. 24hr parking was only £10. we arrived at 2.30pm and nabbed the last spot. moho spaces appeared to come and go pretty quick during the day, however at least 4 moho's used the empty car spaces after 6pm and gone before visiting hours.

Great wee spot to spend a night on way back to Dunfermline. Only 2 hours and the drive south is spectacular! Not signal with giffgaff/O2 at the designated parking spots but fine if you have a little walk to the main road. Only 6 spaces available in the parking area before the bridge but there is an overflow park park next to the toilet/post office with plenty of space

So Klasse, dass hier auf 6 Plätzen übernachten möglich ist! Früh kommen ist wichtig, ist schnell alles voll. 10 Pfund für 24 Stunden.

Big bays for campers/moho’s. Good signal on EE, none on o2. Was hoping there’d be a bit more to see of Balmoral without paying the £16pp entry as was only passing by, i.e. a gift shop or something by the entrance but nothing. Whisky shop/distillery and cafe a mile down the road. I have never seen a road with as much roadkill as the A93? :(

Parking no nivelado en la zona de motorhomes. Pagamos £10 por dormir y poder hacer la ruta al día siguiente. Puedes pagar £10 por 24h o £5 si no quieres hacer noche.

Good for a one night stop on the way up to the north coast or Aviemore. Great little track to the river.

No facilities but fantastic surroundings. Loads of Cairn walks with dogs. Fabulous cafe, food made with all fresh produce, about 5 minutes past church up the road. The Castle grounds are open during November & December on Wed, Sat&Sun with free admission!!

Ruhiger und sicherer Platz für den Zwischenstopp. leider ist der Zugang zu Balmoral Castle z. Zt. geschlossen, noch nicht Mal aus der Ferne zu sehen. Aber "The Highlander Bakery" 200 m weiter entschädigt mit den besten Scones!

Also der Stellplatz ist ganz ok. Vorteil an diesem Parkplatz ist, die Toiletten sind derzeit 24/7 begehbar Nachteil man braucht einen „sehr guten Humor“ um sein Geschäft dort verrichten zu wollen. 4 Dixi WC stehen jetzt da, wo Männlein wie Weiblein die gleichen benutzen. Trinkwasserhahn ist weiter verfügbar.

£10 for 24 hours nachine takes card, gutted the castle wasn't open as the Queen was in residence but the coffee shop was open, we walked up to Albert's cairn, check website for castle opening times. carpark is flat loads of spaces, we fit in a normal bay (mwb sprinter). it's a very tidy area with police patrol so safe and quiet after 10pm. no facilities apart from parking and a bin for glass.

5£la journée, 10£ les 24h. Nous avons fait la super rando gratuite des cairns. Belle vue sur le château du cairn du roi Léopold. Pour trouver le départ de la rando, marcher en direction de la distillerie, il y a une entrée avec un policier sur la droite, tourner à gauche devant le poste de sécurité. Il y a en face de cette entrée, 3 places de parking gratuites pour des vans ou des voitures.

Nous avons avons passé une nuit très calme et l’emplacement était pratique pour nos 3 filles car nous sommes rentrés tard de la visite du cairn du prince albert . Les seules poubelles à disposition sont pour les bouteilles en verre . Vu le prix une poubelle classique n’aurait pas été de trop .

£10 for overnight in the car park. Close to toilet block - though it’s only open 10am-1600 but there is a tap on the outside wall with drinking water. Highly recommend- very quiet; fall asleep listening to the Dee. Take your dinner down to the Dee -go for an evening walk. We stayed about 20hrs. The £10 is for 24hrs. A novel and lovely spot. Very quiet - apart from the river :)

Blue badge holders used to be free—no longer. Is the Queen hard up?

Disappointed that they have now doubled the charge to £10 and still not as much as a bin. Great place to stop but if you’ve got the cheek to charge £10, at least provide a bin or water.

It’s £10 for overnight, actually 24hrs paid at machine. No facilities not even a dog waste bin. Expensive for what it is, a car park, very little room between vans. Not sure how or if it’s checked but as you can imagine there are cctv cameras everywhere. A large lorry with trailer pulled in at 7am, otherwise quiet overnight.

Excellent place to stay BUT no rubbish bins at all, toilets close at 6pm. we arrived early and climbed to Prince Albert's Cairn so paid the £3 parking (meters only takes coins but can pay by card in a few places including post office). does state you need to pay to park overnight but doesn't say a price or how to...the local police patrol past pretty much all night, but no issues at all.

Stayed here 23/05/21 enroute to our NC500 road trip, never been in a Motorhome before so was quite nervous about parking up somewhere. Shouldn’t have been, very quiet. Lovely nights sleep and free which is the most important bit

Stayed overnight on 17th October. Some confusion of what the overnight payment should be as signage isn’t clear, we bought a day ticket as we left early in the morning. Clean, quiet and amazing scenery. We walked around all the family cairns. Great overnight stay and would highly recommend. Toilets and water not available at this time.

Great that they have this available. 5 or 6 spaces. £3 from 8am-6pm August to November I think it was, free other times. Need to pay with cash.

Great spot, we spent 3 nights there, toilets open from 10h to 16h, whisky distillery near and the pyramid. Water tap at the back of the toilets. No bins around the car park.

Sehr ruhiger Platz, direkt vor dem Eingang zum Schloss gelegen. Saubere Toiletten der Touristeninformation in der Nähe.

Parking gratuit, calme. Les sanitaires sont à proximité ainsi qu'un point d'eau. Pas possibilité de services WC.

£2 for car, £4 for Motorhome per visit plus £6 per night, strangely enough from August to November, beautiful Scottish autumn?
