In a small culinary workshop format, you will create your own ravioli gratin using farm products and local cheeses.
The recipe dates back to the Middle Ages and was prepared during family celebrations in the Romans region. Its preparation was often carried out by "ravioleuses," women specializing in making these small squares of thin pasta filled with a stuffing made primarily of fresh cheese and herbs.
Enjoy it on-site at the farm or take it away.

In the morning after breakfast, meet me in the farmyard to help feed the animals, go on an Easter egg hunt, harvest vegetables from the garden, pick fruit from the orchard…
Oh yes! Fellow travelers!
Bruce, a Pyrenean Mountain Dog (Patou), guardian of the property, is adorable and playful.
Noisette, Lili, Rossa, Vachette, Marty, IA, and Oréo are discreet cats, but they love cuddles.
Broki, Boule, Bill, and Berlioz, with their four paws and two horns, love being petted.
Abraham, the head of the henhouse, is quite the chatterbox.
And I'm Jocelyn, and my children, Paul and Arthur, love country life!
Sorry! I speak very little English. Please communicate by email (Gmail).
