Excellent all round, Sanday is beautiful and worthy of a few nights. The shower and toilet are luxurious and scrupulously clean. The cafe is wonderful, the pizza is worth coming to Sanday on its own! Thanks for a wonderful stay. mi
Can't praise the place highly enough. Welcome after a few days off grid on Hoy, at the Orkney Folk Festival and on Stronsay. A great and very helpful reception; generally laid back atmosphere; excellent pizzas, desserts and coffee. Good facilities. Well located for seeing the rest ofSanday.
Come here for a perfect pitch to explore Sanday. Jon & Clare really understand what an Aire should have and they have got it just right! The facilities are outstanding; the Pizzas are wonderful and the cafe shed is a joy. From the site you can see over the sea to Eday, Westray and Papa Westray. You can walk from the aire to beautiful sandy beaches taking in varied history and wildlife...
Great to find an aire on the island. Lovely friendly couple. Pizza and bakery still under construction and this will be a great touch when completed. Very quiet location and good for riding to beaches if you you have bikes with you.
